We arrived in the afternoon and were welcomed most pleasantly. Staff is exceptionally friendly in restaurants, cafe, misi (kids) club and at the bar.
We had a family suite facing the garden and tennis courts (B block). The two bedrooms and bathrooms served us (5) very well, room was mostly clean (except under some furniture) and upon request a broken lamp and a blocked drainage in a shower was repaired within less than a day.
A lot of refubishment was going on on site which left its mark.
In winter season, most a la carte restaurants and outside bars and pools are closed.
Also, the number of guided activities is limited to archery, rifle shooting, darts, pilates in the morning and afternoon.
One of the outside pools is heated, apart from that the inside pool is rather small, as is the sauna - absolutely fine for the summer months, yet in chilly winter a bit tricky.
The kids club is amazing and the staff and activities offered exceptional. Highle recommended. Even Santa Claus came to town.
Beach access was limited due to winter season but must be splendid in summer.
All in all, I recommend Megasaray - especially for families and in the summer time.
We also had an amazing time with the animation team, especially Ms. Olyana and Mr. Mahmood, who kept the whole family entertained. Every single person working in this hotel is friendly, professional, and truly deserves 5 stars.
It was our first time visiting, but definitely not the last.
The only thing I wish we had known in advance is that there is ongoing work on the beach that blocks part of the view.

The staff was all friendly, no one was pushy, and everyone made us feel welcome. It was a great trip!
We stayed here last year and loved it so much that we had to come back again this year. Everything was amazing — from the warm and welcoming staff to the variety of activities, especially for kids. Our child had a fantastic time every single day! The hotel offers so much for families, and considering the quality of service, the price is very reasonable. I highly recommend this place to anyone, especially families with children. It's the perfect spot for a fun, relaxing, and memorable holiday
