Reviews
Big shout out to Zelal Sude Turhan Baran and Erkan they’ve been so welcoming and friendly! Always smiling and made sure everyone got involved in the activities. The darts and archery sessions were so much fun thanks to them!
We couldn’t ask for a better time, great staff, great food, and a lovely atmosphere.
(Trip: Oct 2025, Group of 10 Adults)
This hotel is not the 5-star 'Platinum' experience it's advertised as. We were a group of 10, and none of us felt it was worth the £1200pp we paid. We have sent a complaint to TUI.
The Good:
The lobby bar staff (Selim, Omer, Tuncay etc.) were fantastic and a credit to the hotel.
Guest Relations (contacted via WhatsApp) were brilliant and very responsive.
The A la carte restaurants Curio (Steak) & Wabi Sabi (Asian) were excellent, with great food and staff.
The Bad:
Rooms: Poorly maintained. Ours had rock-hard beds, various things broken, a leaking shower, and filthy floors (my white socks turned black in 10 minutes).
Main Buffet: Chaotic. Food was often cold or lukewarm, and waiter service was poor. No self-service drinks so we frequently ate our entire meal without getting a single drink.
Hotel: Felt neglected. The games room equipment was ancient or broken, ping pong tables were broken, and decking around the ponds was a trip hazard.
Drinks: Poor and inconsistent. No Efes Malt as shown on the menu and in the app. No dark or spiced rum and the white wine and prosecco was horrid. If you ask for an Espresso Martini you'll get something resembling (and tasting like) drain water!
Location: Quite isolated. Not much in the area. It's a 45-minute, 100 EUR return taxi to the nearest town with things to do and see, which was Kuşadası.
On-site Extras: The shop is tiny (no cold drinks) and water sports are extortionate (70 EUR for 15 mins on a jet ski).
Cats: Be warned: cats are everywhere. In the lobby, around the pool, in the restaurants. Avoid if you have allergies or a phobia.
Conclusion:
This is a 3-star hotel at best. We wouldn't complain for £700, but at £1200pp, it's not worth it. We cannot recommend it and we wouldn't go back.
(P.S. Please feed the friendly stray dogs in the area, they'd appreciate it!)
A special shout-out to Zelal Sude Turhan Baran they’ve been incredibly welcoming and made our stay even more enjoyable! They always had a big smile on their face and really helped get everyone involved in the activities. The darts and archery sessions were so much fun thanks to their energy and enthusiasm!
Overall, a wonderful experience great staff, great food, and a lovely atmosphere.
The rooms were perfect — clean, quiet, and large enough. The staff was great. We liked all the food and drinks. The water was a bit cold, so we couldn’t use the outdoor pool, but we still managed to sunbathe and enjoy the poolside area.
Overall, I really liked it!
The facilities are very good and the staff are very attentive at all times.
Can not really find fault.
The only issue is the hotel hasn't any designated smoking areas.
This with out doubt is an problem. On Sunday Night there was a show which I enjoyed bout almost everyone sitting at the bar was smoking. I thought the days of a smoke filled venue had long gone.
This needs to addressed as talking to other guest they had the same
Last night I was in one of the themed restaurant really enjoying are meals when the Cople behind me started stoking.
HOW IS YHIS ALLOWED.
I have been to Turkey five times and this is yhe only hotel with a smoking policy of smoke anywhere you want.
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone
Erkan the animation rep is really good have e joyed some great times with him
The staff are very friendly and helpful. They have good entertainment at night. One thing I would like to add is.. maybe they could have some board games , cards , for adults who like to chill at the lobby bars.
There is plenty of sun bed all around the property as the swimming pool is huge. You will always find a spot.
The staff name muhammert ( I hope I am spelling his name right ) he is bartender at the beach bar. He was always smiling engaging wit guest and learning new language to communicate. And he remembers your drinks by second day !
Overall stay was great ( except the weather as it was cold and rained a lot) we would come back. Oh one more thing such a big hotel but no ATM at property .. it could be helpful for someone who were out of money to tip !
