The main entrance looks really nice but all the carpets in the hallways to your room all need replacing. They are covered in stains and lifting causing a trip hazard. Some money needs to be spent to upgrade alot

The staff lack speaking any English which does not help having English guests. We occasionally get change of towels in our rooms but other than that they are not cleaned. The shower was poor and not strong

One evening, a poor young boy was being sick on their table. We was not advised online about how many levels the hotel has. I would not recommend if you struggle walking

Most of the tourists are not English and are so rude pushing in front of you to get in the lifts or to get food. The food hall is so busy and no one has any manners

If you like to venture out, this hotel would not be ideal as it is out the way and you need to travel. There are alot of bonus things that they charge you for

Hotel is beautiful and impeccably clean, right on the beach lots of water sports available at a cost. Rooms lovely and spacious maids clean every day

Animation team especially Ates and Taskin were great fun and lots to get involved with. The party on the pier was really good as was the pool foam party

Excellent place for the 5 day retreat afterwards that included 350 people from around the world, as the food options are limitless, and the facility can easily handle the volume

Beautiful location, excellent Turkish spa facilities, a decent gym (for a hotel), lovely beach to walk, clear clean Aegean sea (can't beat that), sunsets and sunrises that take your breath away, excellent restaurants, but you have to reserve your times at least a week in advance (free is you stay a week)

We also spent time at the beach snorkelling, and paddle boarding, and we had a couple of lunches in the adult only beach

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Club Marvy. There was something there for everybody in our group of 3 generations from grandparents to teenagers. The quality of food and drinks were excellent and staff friendly

The plantation and layout of the resort has been so cleverly thought out. There are literally olive and pomegranate trees all over the resort. The organic nature of the food and complimentary items is very high quality

The room was immaculately clean, with a good selection of drinks in the fridge, which were restocked daily. The bed was huge and so very comfortable. It is the little touches that made the holiday feel so luxurious

Buggy service to take you anywhere in the resort, and a handy little app that gives you information as to what is happening throughout the resort, and your drinks ordering service

Sedef (Guest Relations Supervisor) was particularly helpful

No self-service drinks so we frequently ate our entire meal without getting a single drink. The games room equipment was ancient or broken, ping pong tables were broken, and decking around the ponds was a trip hazard

On-site Extras: The shop is tiny (no cold drinks) and water sports are extortionate (70 EUR for 15 mins on a jet ski). Cats: Be warned: cats are everywhere. In the lobby, around the pool, in the restaurants

Guest Relations (contacted via WhatsApp) were brilliant and very responsive. The A la carte restaurants Curio (Steak) & Wabi Sabi (Asian) were excellent, with great food and staff. The Bad: Rooms: Poorly maintained

Ours had rock-hard beds, various things broken, a leaking shower, and filthy floors (my white socks turned black in 10 minutes). Food was often cold or lukewarm, and waiter service was poor

Drinks: Poor and inconsistent. No Efes Malt as shown on the menu and in the app. No dark or spiced rum and the white wine and prosecco was horrid

If you ask for an Espresso Martini you'll get something resembling (and tasting like) drain water! Location: Quite isolated

The hotel us just fine if you are ok to just sit by the pool and do nothing all day. The location is far from any town and there are no attractions in 50 km perimeter

I cannot say this enough: the people and staff are amazing they can talk with you and are so nice i met a lot of cool people there and will miss all of them the people just treat you with niceness and like a year old friend like its the most normal thing every! Really an amazing experience and i cannot wait to come back one day

The sea not at all on the fan ie me wave the second day,a small storm Babes at the pool stick. Cleanliness everywhere,staff was friendly Executive. In General did not regret that chose intercity and this wonderful hotel

Amazing! I have been to a lot of hotels but this was the best! It really has everything i need, great food, nice staff, and of course i could fish there i had a lot of fun Meeting other people also the accessibility of other places from there is really good

Some of the workers were rude but the animation team were amazing!! loved the bar during the night and all the entertainment but the pool area is quite dirty and only gets sweeped at night time , so during the day expect dirty feet and sun loungers

the slides are good and so is the baby pool , but people tend to claim sunchairs at 5am morning which is ridiculous and dont show up for half the day

We really enjoyed our stay here. The beach, room, pool and restaurant were so close to eachother. The views from the room were gorgeous. It isn't in a town but that is what we wanted

The sea is beautiful but bring swimming shoes as it is rocky! It is a 4 star hotel doing a 4 star job so I don't get the negative reviews. It gets five stars for cleanliness, facilities and balcony

No fresh juice in drinks The vodka wasnt amazing quality It gets bonus points for a very lovely shaded area by the pool. I would definitely come back to relax again

This hotel is lovely, the staff are very helpful and friendly. The whole place is always very clean and tidy. So much entertainment and enjoyment for the family

And at the slides, there's no life gaurds, so if someone went down dangerously they would just not care? Those are the only problems but other than that, great food, great everything!

But no, when we came there there were 3 beds, 2 regular and 1 double bed/king bed? So that means I only got space for 4. We asked for another room but there wasn't any available

ur stay in Turkey was great mostly because of the sun and the sea that was awesome and clean in this location, however the resort is far behind modern 4* resorts. It needs a reconstruction asap

This was our first time at Hotel Karya as a family of 5, 2 adults and 3 children (6 and 9 years old) We arrived late in the evening and were shown where we could have dinner and there were bags waiting for us in the lobby, we were shown to our room which had a great view, The rooms are clean, our room was cleaned every day I would recommend going before or after the season as the hotel can get busy...

I enjoyed every single moment at Karya family resort, the food is so so delicious, both breakfast lunch and dinner, rooms are so nice and big with nice view of the sea at the balcony, night shows are so so nice , the place is too big and nice🥰🥰 you must visit this place

The sunsets on the beach were simply breathtaking. Our only criticism, which is really important to us, is that the hygiene in the room left something to be desired

First of all, we stayed for 2 nights as a nuclear family with a 1-year-old baby. The location is nice, the hotel is very old, the sea is rocky and extremely wavy (not suitable at all for beginners like me)

I recommend that those going here definitely bring water shoes. 40 meters deep, the children's pool is not suitable for adults because it is too small. There is only one main course, but it was delicious

The main hotel building is right on the beach, several other smaller houses are in the hotel garden, maximum 100m from the sea. The equipment is simple but functional, clean and sufficient (family room with 2 bedrooms)

Minus — the beach and territory are not always perfectly clean and there are too many skinny cats around. But overall, a great option for a family holiday with kids!

The kitchen cannot match the big hotel chains, but the food is good and you always choose. Wide selection of desserts and salads. Small swimming pool with slide
