The hotel is currently under construction, yet there is no prior notice about it. Rooms facing the road are very noisy, and there is no proper soundproofing. Parking is not included and comes at an additional cost. Overall, it feels overrated. If half of the hotel is still under construction, this should be clearly stated on booking platforms.

One of the more expensive hotels in Izmir, but if you can afford it, I highly recommend it. The hotel is European-style, clean, has nice rooms, and the staff is very friendly. They answered all our questions and requests promptly. The location is incredibly convenient—as they say, "it couldn't be more central." Kemeralti Market, the promenade, cafes, and restaurants are all within walking distance.
