The main entrance looks really nice but all the carpets in the hallways to your room all need replacing. They are covered in stains and lifting causing a trip hazard. Some money needs to be spent to upgrade alot

The staff lack speaking any English which does not help having English guests. We occasionally get change of towels in our rooms but other than that they are not cleaned. The shower was poor and not strong

One evening, a poor young boy was being sick on their table. We was not advised online about how many levels the hotel has. I would not recommend if you struggle walking

Most of the tourists are not English and are so rude pushing in front of you to get in the lifts or to get food. The food hall is so busy and no one has any manners

If you like to venture out, this hotel would not be ideal as it is out the way and you need to travel. There are alot of bonus things that they charge you for

Hotel is beautiful and impeccably clean, right on the beach lots of water sports available at a cost. Rooms lovely and spacious maids clean every day

Animation team especially Ates and Taskin were great fun and lots to get involved with. The party on the pier was really good as was the pool foam party

Excellent place for the 5 day retreat afterwards that included 350 people from around the world, as the food options are limitless, and the facility can easily handle the volume

Beautiful location, excellent Turkish spa facilities, a decent gym (for a hotel), lovely beach to walk, clear clean Aegean sea (can't beat that), sunsets and sunrises that take your breath away, excellent restaurants, but you have to reserve your times at least a week in advance (free is you stay a week)

Some of the workers were rude but the animation team were amazing!! loved the bar during the night and all the entertainment but the pool area is quite dirty and only gets sweeped at night time , so during the day expect dirty feet and sun loungers

The hotel us just fine if you are ok to just sit by the pool and do nothing all day. The location is far from any town and there are no attractions in 50 km perimeter

the slides are good and so is the baby pool , but people tend to claim sunchairs at 5am morning which is ridiculous and dont show up for half the day

I cannot say this enough: the people and staff are amazing they can talk with you and are so nice i met a lot of cool people there and will miss all of them the people just treat you with niceness and like a year old friend like its the most normal thing every! Really an amazing experience and i cannot wait to come back one day

we have stayed with the family, i was surprised they offered a kind of junior suit for us which was great

should be a policy where towels get removed after an hour or two of not being there. Really good for kids but not great if your just trying to relax as there is a lot going on. Taxi to kusadasi cost 90 up and back

We also spent time at the beach snorkelling, and paddle boarding, and we had a couple of lunches in the adult only beach

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Club Marvy. There was something there for everybody in our group of 3 generations from grandparents to teenagers. The quality of food and drinks were excellent and staff friendly

The plantation and layout of the resort has been so cleverly thought out. There are literally olive and pomegranate trees all over the resort. The organic nature of the food and complimentary items is very high quality

The room was immaculately clean, with a good selection of drinks in the fridge, which were restocked daily. The bed was huge and so very comfortable. It is the little touches that made the holiday feel so luxurious

Buggy service to take you anywhere in the resort, and a handy little app that gives you information as to what is happening throughout the resort, and your drinks ordering service

No self-service drinks so we frequently ate our entire meal without getting a single drink. The games room equipment was ancient or broken, ping pong tables were broken, and decking around the ponds was a trip hazard

On-site Extras: The shop is tiny (no cold drinks) and water sports are extortionate (70 EUR for 15 mins on a jet ski). Cats: Be warned: cats are everywhere. In the lobby, around the pool, in the restaurants

Guest Relations (contacted via WhatsApp) were brilliant and very responsive. The A la carte restaurants Curio (Steak) & Wabi Sabi (Asian) were excellent, with great food and staff. The Bad: Rooms: Poorly maintained

Ours had rock-hard beds, various things broken, a leaking shower, and filthy floors (my white socks turned black in 10 minutes). Food was often cold or lukewarm, and waiter service was poor

Drinks: Poor and inconsistent. No Efes Malt as shown on the menu and in the app. No dark or spiced rum and the white wine and prosecco was horrid

If you ask for an Espresso Martini you'll get something resembling (and tasting like) drain water! Location: Quite isolated

Notion Kesre Beach Resort serves as a family friendly hotel from in to out. Especially its buffets offer traditional Turkish food. Lamb tandoori,Uzbek pilaf and turkish desserts were served on the feast night

Food repetitive but plenty and something for almost everyone in the Buffet restaurant but also burgers, pizza ,chicken nuggets available at beachside café. Plenty of free parking and good security

A near perfect 4 star hotel with great beach front location, around 5 miles from Ozdere Town centre with lots of shops. 35 minutes to Izmir airport by car and 30 minutes to Ephesus

All inclusive experience similar to many others with daily room cleaning and good pools and spa available

It was amazing- we had such a lovely stay- it was clean and the food was really nice- they have lots of options and they continued to give us great service no matter where we went in the hotel or what time it is

I think it was an indicator to see that every plate was finished by all the guests :) Hope to see you again soon before the end of the season

Its proximity to the sea is the biggest advantage of the cleanness and calmness of the sea. The succinct and delicious food was scrumptious

There is no room to open suitcases in the 2 bed room. When you sit on the toilet in the rooms, the feet stay in the shower. There is a cesspool smell in the corridor of the hotel from time to time

The friendliness of the employees, the service of the beer in an ice cold glass and the price of 50 dollars per room per night in the hotel by the sea are good, but I would not prefer it again
