Eros Otel in Pamukkale

There is nothing positive i can say about this place. We were supposed to stay 2 nights but checked out after 1 (and still waiting for refund). It was worn, old, dirty and the bathroom floor was constantly wet. We had to put a chair against the door to the balcony as it wouldnt stay shut, let alone lock. We were on the first floor. Additionally we were not given the room we booked. They said they were full, which was plainly not true. It was all pretty shady. I would never stay here again!

We paid via cedit card as soon as we arrived. We stayed 3 nights returning the keys to reception. The day AFTER we left we received notice that we had not paid. Subsequently 2 more demands made even after i had replied to them. This is highly likely a scam. Both Agoda and ******* have been useless. This is very unpalatable

I do not suggest. a lonely place. There is one staff member trying to do everything. The staff is diligent and friendly (Şenol Bey). There are 3 sockets in the room, one for the TV, one for the satellite receiver and the other for the refrigerator. I wanted 3 sockets to charge the phone. They said to unplug the refrigerator and use that socket. There was a cockroach in the room at night, the children could not sleep. Those who want to stay with their family like me will regret it. The place he calls the terrace is a sloppy place where 4 tables and chairs are placed on the roof of the building, the floor of which is concrete, and the laundry is dried. They said the pool is under renovation already, the pool looks like a water tank.
