This is a family-run hotel, and the owner is incredibly kind. When we arrived around noon, the owner offered us tea, and orange juice for the kids. Upon learning we were visiting Hierapolis, he kindly offered to drive us to the north entrance of the site, allowing us to walk downhill through the ruins instead of climbing up from the base. We were truly grateful for his thoughtfulness.

That evening, after returning from the site, we had dinner at the hotel's restaurant. The owner's wife cooked authentic local dishes, and they were delicious.

The room was a bit small, but it had one double bed and three single beds. Since we were only staying for one night, it wasn't a major issue.

It's a cozy hotel runned by a very friendly and lovely family. They serve delicious food and they also told me how to save money, what to see and personally drove me to hierapolis entrance. Very welcoming people and nice stay

They have been very friendly and supportive with all we needed although it was extra season it made us feel very well. We recommend the location being close to restaurants and to beautiful white travertine. Thank you!

I have stayed there for 2 nights and they have welcomed me with respect like their family. The hospitality is good and they also provide service for hot air balloons and paragliding. The rooms are clean. I would definitely recommend this place

Excellent location, close to the local restaurant, the host is friendly, welcoming and helpful,free tea and coffee for customers.. rooms are comfy and very clean.free wifi and often free parking ..budget friendly hotel to stay for 1 or 2 nights at pamunkkale

The receptionist called osman was not helpful. He told me the wrong timing of the minibus resulting me missed the schedule . The room is very noisy and the door couldn’t lock properly. The window is no privacy anyone walked pass can see thru the room .

The location is great, with minibuses passing right by the entrance. The owner was very helpful, giving us a free ride to the South Gate and offering many good suggestions. The room itself was a bit basic, though.

Very helpful ,room is chean and tidy ,coffee and tea is free ,they also send me to South Gate for free in the morning ,hope to see them soon in the next trip in turkey

Aspawa hotel isna family owned hotel, with the head of the family being so nice and kind. When i arrived, i toured pamukkale and he volunteered to bring me at the southern gate, for free! He told stories about amazing visitors he had, places to eat and visit and what to do in pamukkale. Definitely, i will recommend and stay here again!
