Hotel already old ..but staff very humble

Happy with our stay
We stayed 3 nights. The regular pool was great. They were working on the thermal pool when we arrived but we were still able to use it. The thermal pool was much improved during our stay. Breakfast varied based on how many guests are at the hotel. With few guests they fix you a plate in the kitchen but they were very accommodating. With more guests they put out a buffet which is excellent. The room and balcony were clean. We do not smoke and the room we were given smelled great.

The check-in was horrible. The receptionist was overwhelmed by something and was yelling at the night porter. The toilet in the room didn't flush. The music in the pool was extremely loud. Not recommended due to its proximity to the north entrance to Pamukkale.

By chance, we found it in the evening and went, we liked it as a family. Even if you go out to the balcony in the cold, it is warm because it is heated from the bottom. 5 minutes from the center. It is also nice to have an outdoor and family-only indoor pool. We recommend you to go with peace of mind.

Clean decent place, friendly staff, I recommend it, the price is reasonable, there is a thermal pool, there is a bathtub in the rooms, you can come for thermals.

We made a reservation through Otelz, we did not have to pay any down payment etc. and there was no problem. I had read the bad reviews and was shy, but probably the competing hotels had bad reviews. There is air conditioning, 82 inch LCD TV, refrigerator, wifi that can be taken from anywhere, and a pool in the bathroom that two people can easily enter. (I'm attaching the picture) It's really hard to find a better one for this price. On behalf of my wife and myself, we would like to thank Mr. Ercan, his wife Ms. Ayşe and their sons. Now we have a house in Pamukkale.
