Absolutely the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had — avoid Ozbay Hotel in Pamukkale at all costs.
The room I was given was shockingly small, and the bathroom was even worse. The toilet was crammed so close to the wall that there was barely any legroom — extremely uncomfortable and poorly designed.
What made the stay even more disturbing was the behavior of the owner. He barged into my room without permission and spoke to me in a rude, aggressive, and completely unprofessional manner. His behavior was honestly unacceptable and made me feel very uncomfortable. He clearly lacks basic manners and has no understanding of how to treat guests. I don’t know if he’s just completely untrained or if there’s something more serious going on, but either way, it was not okay.
Do not waste your time or money on this place. There are far better and more respectful options in Pamukkale. This hotel is a complete disappointment.There were no basic need like towel and tissues etc

Don’t pay at the entrance. Use the app instead — they’ll try to overcharge you. You can find a better value-for-money hotel.

Basic accommodation at the main road within 3 minutes walking distance to the Pamukkale city entrance gate. Even though I didn't like the atmosphere at the hotel as well as in the town of Pamukkale in general (however the Travertines and Hierapolis were overwhelming), it was still quite okay for the reasonable room rate of 1300 TL for a single room in September 2025 (approx. 27 Euros at that time). The welcoming was quite unfriendly, the room was only fitted with the beds, a smelly fridge, a kettle and the aircon and there was no breakfast included. However, the room and bedding were clean, aircon and hot water worked well and the friendliness got a little better later on. I'd actually rate it 3 stars, but for that room rate in this ridiculously overpriced town of Pamukkale, the value for the money makes it up somehow.

This hotel is disgusting we stayed here for one day the staff was very arrogant we were just using are mobile at 9 pm the staff came in the room woth out permission we were using mobile with not much volume the staff came started shouting on us and slammed the door who does that to an international tourist you are representing your own country to the international tourist dont stay here this a 3rd class hotel there is no car parking very rude

The one night stay there was great and met with very good, attentive service and comfortable, clean rooms.
The recommendation of going to a massage and Turkish bath nearby was great and arranged with transport too.
Both the Turkish food ( cheese and meat pide, lamb kebab) and Chinese food
( seaweed egg soup, lamb cumin, fried egg rice and spicy eggplant ) that we tried were delicious and authentic. Local wines esp the Shiraz and Rose are full of flavour and wholesome pomegranate juice became our favourite.

Such a ridiculous experience! They said I didn’t Checkin before 9pm, then didn’t reserve a room for me even I have already paid! And non refundable! DONT GO!

Superb location, right next to Pamukkale attractions. The staff and place give a homely feel, making it a pleasant stay. To note that there is no fridge in the room, pretty minimal. But you can easily get food from the hotel's restaurant, or if you prefer, I'd like to give Oba Grill Time a shoutout, the restaurant is 5 mins away from the hotel and the food and the owner of the place is super pleasant. There's also a taxi stand a few mins walk away, making it convenient to take the ride to the bus station/airport. I like this place and I say give it a chance. 😊

It's 2.5 hours to Virgin Mary Museum, Efeso Archeological Park, Cappadoceia and 1.5 hours to Istanbul by plane.

Hotel located was good , they have Chinese restaurant, local restaurant together, it very convenient from the guest who like or miss Chinese food

It’s a lovely place to stay. We stayed here for one night, the staff are really nice and friendly and accommodating. It has a very nice courtyard in front of to the hotel, so nice to have a drink and have a meal after a long day.
