The hotel is in a great location and also has a large swimming pool. The room was ok although the beds were very uncomfortable. The air conditioning was leaking and dripping during the first night. The manager came to look straight away and gave us some extra towels and it was rectified the following day. Breakfast was good - typical Turkish breakfast and was varied. It would have been good to have had some scrambled or fried eggs as the only option was a boiled egg. The hotel has a car park which is good if you need parking. The staff were really nice, friendly and extremely helpful.

The only part I liked was the staff and their excellent service. The room was ok, but the bathroom was in a terrible condition and I personally would not come back to this property.

Basic hotel with a good pool and small bar area. Hotel is across the road from Pamukkale cotton castle. Easy walking distance to sites/ restaurants and shops. Room was basic but comfortable and the staff, espcially fatima, were super helpful.

The hotel was basically a good one. The rooms were old (furniture, AC, fridge, etc). The pool facilities were really nice. Breakfast was lavish, by Turkish standards. However, the attitude of staff was neither helpful nor courteous.

Good breakfast, nice service, rooms with balcony, good WiFi, center of Pammukale, everything correct. One swimming pool inside, with thermal water. Normal swimming pool open 8:30-23:00 (children should quit 20:30), but no problem if you want use this later (how long you are silent and don't disturb other guests). A very helpful lady works at the reception desk - always explain, answer with smile and gave to us thermometer, when child feel bad. The only negatives are: no fridge in room and smells ± music in night from Kokoreç bus (if you have window at road side).

Kind staff, small and moderate rooms, below average breakfast. Pool and proximity to Pamukkale is a plus.

One of the worst hotel of my life. The towels were dirty, the light comes in the room early in the morning and you can't sleep after 6pm. THE FOOD WAS NOT GOOD, ALL OF US GET SICK. I don't recommend, and I wouldn't stay there again.

A completely regrettable experience. Bring your own maid and pest control. Nothing good to say about our stay, and I've had my fair share of sketchy places to sleep. I understand tourism has taken a hit with covid, but cockroaches and dirty bathrooms are where I draw the line. Too late for us, save yourselves.
