It's definitely not a 5 star hotel, however a nice 3 star all inclusive. The location is just perfect and you get the best sunset views. The food is pretty good, coffee isn't that good, alcoholic beverages are also average. Otherwise, a nice small hotel, you have everything you need like beach, pool, main restaurant and a snack bar, nice rooftop bar on the 3rd floor with a great view (which for some reason no one tells you about although it's the best spot), and a nice hamam and sauna. Do not expect service, it's mostly self service there.

It didn't bother me at all that the hotel is a bit older, but you can see that they invest in it, the most important thing for me was that the entire staff is friendly, always ready to help with anything.I have no complaints about the food, everything was at a high level, especially sweets, cakes, drinks in sufficient quantities.If you are one of those who criticize the food here, you won't be able to because everything is excellent.All in all, I am very satisfied and I recommend it to everyone who wants to have a good rest.I thank the entire team of personnel who work like ants, hardworking, quick and helpful.I would especially like to greet and single out these 2 guys, Ayhan and Murat Barmen, who greeted all the guests at the pool bar with a smile and positive energy every morning.Greetings to the entire staff, the practitioners worked very hard, a special greeting to them as well.

This hotel is not even close to be a 5 star. Beach is small and dirty, main pool is small, entertainment is the worst, nothing is working. 12 days not even one show in amfiteatre. Food is not great also. The worst hotel I have ever been in Turkey. The only good thing is the fact that it is close to the centre of this village so you can escape in 7 minutes walk.
Sunsets are amazing but that is free anyway. This should be 3 star .hotel

Best customer service ever. Workers and waiters are so nice and kindness. Very clean and neat hotel. In my opinion this hotel deserve more than 5 star. I really enjoyed it at this hotel and specially the party at night was so fun

With an all inclusive package you get to eat and drink as much as you can or want from morning till night time.There’s a pool table and a table tennis I loved playing.The rooms are cleaned on time and security is top notch.The service is ok,it’s a busy place so don’t really expect a well detailed service.The beach is nice preferably better than the pool area,it’s situated in a beautiful area.Ask the workers for anything you want.It’s a fun place of you are into animation since almost every activity like board games,cards,boat trips etc.Overall it was alright

The hotel is situated in a beautiful setting, dasha amination person brilliant a couple other staff great, but & this is a big but the hotel is filthy the food is horrible I would struggle to give this a 2 star.it needs a re vamp & a deep deep clean . The cleaner haven't got a clue I've never been anywhere where the cleaners just don't clean. This is an honest review. Such a shame as situated in a beautiful place.

Excellent location with very friendly staff. Good for families. Select rooms have an amazing sea view and layout of activity pool, main pool and jetty very good.

Only negative is that rooms look a little tired.

Staying here at the moment for another week. Nice enough but not a 5*, probably 3*. Room good size but I wouldn't choose a garden view room again, it's not a garden you see, I would not call this a garden. Room cleaned every day but needs maintenance and attention to detail.Air-con not strong enough, room far too warm (27°) even with air-con on 24hours a day. Communal areas very very warm. Pool and beach are nice but it's a shame the grounds are not secured, anyone can walk into the pool/bar area. Staff are friendly but most don't speak any English. Animation team good but entertainment could be better. Food is nice and dont need to wait too long at the bar, which is always good.Not great for romantic holidays, children are absolutely everywhere. I don't think it's worth what we paid for 10 days stay. I would come back to the area but I think to a different hotel.
