Unfortunately this hotel is not a 5*. And has definitely down graded since changing. The restaurant is like a school canteen people here do not understand the concept of all inclusive. Food for me was not nice, nothing kids can eat, lits of traditional food, which is hard for those who are not use to such strong flavours. It does not cater for all especially the young tourists.Tourist make about 5% of the holidayers and the rest of the resort as they've told us are workers for the companys who have shares or something in the hotel, who get to have anual holiday in the resort. Its more of a public beach and kids and adults actually swim with clothes on, not swimwear.which i found very unsettling. The kids adults eat in the pool, no body actually stops this, its become the norm. and just unhygienic standards for what i paid. So many bugs and my bathroom wasnt cleaned once my whole 10 days stay. My floors were so dirty we had to wear slippers in doors. The hotel doesnt provide a basic iron for anyone, you have to use their laundry service which infind is another way to get people to spend money. There are So many ques for everting,the gozleme stand refused more than 3 slices because they have too much people queing. So me my sister and 2 kids have to basically make do. Horrid treatment for those paying for a 5* luxury stay. hotel doesn't even have alchol by the beach bar. Only at the pool bar, and the younger boys working there cannot make a coctail. Only some seniors do. It is near impossible to even get space by the pool at 9am because people have taken towels to their room to bring back on the crack of dawn, which is usually not how most hotels operate. People actually argue with you if you remove a towels if they haven't come for more than 2 hours. Im so shocked at how. Badly tourist are being treated. Thankfully 2 pool boys,by the tow standhave been helpfull in gathering unused sunloungers from people who hog for the and dont come back. Dj Ugur was amazing and the animation team were great with music and the shows. Sila at mini club loved the kids andd the kids loved her as much. if it wasnt for them i woould say 1* satisfaction would be my experience. The hotel is lucky ro have a wonderful animation team but sadly management is very poor. The hotel is in a beautiful location close to the altinkum strip. Bout 15 mins walk. Beach is beautiful but again cannot be enjoyed due to lack of management. Such a shame hopefully they read the commments that are honest rather than the ones they make people write for freebies.

Honest review.
This hotel in my opinion is not 5 star. The majority of staff with the exception of the animation team (Tanya, Casper, Marcello), Efet by the pool, Ege at the pool bar, Murat lifeguard, were mostly in bad mood. I felt that for a 5 star hotel the atmosphere was not great. Only these guys made an effort. For example in the morning you weren't greeted with a smile or good morning. Nor was your greetings responded to. The atmosphere was very dull. For me a 5 star hotel encompasses a great experience and interaction with the staff. I felt the staff were very standoff ish. Not the usual experience I am used to. Furthermore, although apparently the hotel has been renovated, the decor is very tired looking especially the lobby. The mini club room for kids does not have many acitivies. Although Tanya is great and makes every effort. But the management should make more effort with the facilities and invest. A total let down. The mini kids club room smells like cigarette. There is a tiny shop in the hotel. The owner is full of attitude. Does not even look up from his phone and is constantly smoking even though kids in his store. In terms of the food. It was average. Not very high standard that a normal 5 star hotel provides. And also not very clean e.g. the toastie maker machine is full of grease! The animation team try their best to arrange the entertainment e.g., quiz nights, bingo etc but not like other 5 star hotels we have been to that had shows every night. There was one waffle machine by the pool and sometimes you had to wait 35 to 40 minutes in the queue. That is ridiculous. It does feel like all that's on their mind is to make money for example day 2, they bought a popcorn machine near mini disco event time, they first charged 1.5 euro for pop corn and next day increased price to 2 euros. Its not much at all but still for them it's all about different ways they can make money. E.g. buy raffle cards, buy Bingo cards. Guests have already paid enough. They shouldn't have to pay every night to participate for further entertainment. We had one incident where due to miscommunication we were picked up by the wrong taxi. The original hotel taxi driver stopped our car in the middle of the motorway and started being aggressive to our driver. My kids were very scared of the incident. Despite the fact that we complained this driver was still working for the hotel. I was told by the guest relations manager that the hotel would not work with this driver due to his reckless and dangerous behaviour. But that did not happen. I was travelling with young kids and due to the incident the guest relations manager allowed us a late check in. But these things don't make up for the average service that was recieved. There is an undertone of tension between the management and the staff. Very hierarchical. I feel like management need to be more present and take more responsibility. Sadly will not be returning again.
