I really loved this 5-star hotel. It was great to have Chinese-speaking staff, especially being in a foreign country. The front desk even upgraded my room to a deluxe king-sized bed for free! It was so comfortable staying there alone, I'm very satisfied.

I had an amazing stay. The food was great and the customer service was more than lovely. Make sure you book your rooms with Sea view cause I loved my view and I'd like to thank Tolga Shaheen for his lovely customer service.

The best part of our experience was getting assisted by Mr. Ömür Sonmez who made our stay very enjoyable and he was able to accommodate our requests and do even more than expected. The rooms are nice, but they are not at a 5-star quality. The beds are a bit too soft. Bathrooms are excellent though. The hotel breakfast lounge and pool are also excellent. Would recommend.

This is a great location for families with kids. Nothing too fancy. It's an old hotel but with plenty going on. The football pitch was a hit with my kids. The hotel's location is excellent, and the cleaning service was adequate. However, the 'do more with less' approach with limited staff is completely unacceptable for the service one expects from a 5-star complex. Despite this, F&B Manager Gökhan BEKTAŞ and his team were very attentive and friendly.

Ms. Duru was incredibly helpful, and we instantly knew we'd enjoy our stay the moment we stepped into the hotel. This hotel offers excellent value for money; you truly get more than what you pay for. We were extremely pleased with everything and will definitely be visiting again next year.
