Excellent hotel and staff,everthing is perfect!

From the reception to the valet to the security all honest down to earth people. Spent 5 nights at this hotel and I have complaints. Most of them speak English, Arabic, Turkish & Kurdish. And they have great recommendations for local foods and landmarks.

The hotel is located 15 minutes walk from the beach, there is a bus service. The food is delicious. The indoor pool, sauna, and hammam are open from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. There are many shops around. 95% of guests are from Germany, mostly older. The sea in November is already cold, you can sunbathe.

Perfect hotel, 1 hour from the airport, always clean and tidy, great facilities, super animators, excellent food and drinks... the beach is not as close as it was promoted by agency, but never mind, really nice walk anyway. The only problem was the sea/beach area. You can only use 1/3 of the area coz of huge rocks and altogether with waves could be pretty dangerous. There is even a sign not to enter...

Lovely people and very welcoming despite not much english people they treated me as one of their own got some stuff for the family the food and entertainment was good tried some other foods I didn't know about whilst here. I really loved this 5-star hotel. It was great to have Chinese-speaking staff, especially being in a foreign country. The front desk even upgraded my room to a deluxe king-sized bed for free! It was so comfortable staying there alone, I'm very satisfied.

Booked this hotel for a short weekend break 2 nights. Hotel is lovely and room is nice, but had so many issues from day 1. Day 1 issues: Air con not working 2 technicians came to fix the problem but it wasn’t fixed and could not sleep because it was so hot. Shower not working had to call maintenance to fix problem. The hotel's location is excellent, and the cleaning service was adequate. However, the 'do more with less' approach with limited staff is completely unacceptable for the service one expects from a 5-star complex. Despite this, F&B Manager Gökhan BEKTAŞ and his team were very attentive and friendly.

Ms. Duru was incredibly helpful, and we instantly knew we'd enjoy our stay the moment we stepped into the hotel. This hotel offers excellent value for money; you truly get more than what you pay for. We were extremely pleased with everything and will definitely be visiting again next year.

Dear Hotel Management, One of the things I especially loved was seeing the friendly cats around the property. They give the hotel such a warm and cozy atmosphere, and many guests (including me) truly enjoy their presence. The owners of the hotel, make the service better, at least in these autumn months! The hotel needs to be treated with antiseptic! There may be a stomach infection in the hotel. We have had the most wonderful ten days at the Adalya Artside. The hotel is spotless, rooms are spacious and food is as good as we have ever had at an all inclusive. Staff are friendly and helpful - particular mention of reception (Alper, Okan and Melih) and entertainment teams - Casper was a favourite with the whole family. stayed for 5 days and 4 nights. found this place on the internet and it was way better than I anticipated. pool is huge, slides are enough. (3 large and 3 small ones for kids.) food is good, never felt hungry for the whole holiday. Employees are nice and friendly. would hardly recommend and would come again.

Stayed for 7 nights in August 2025 as a family of four (2 adults, 2 children). First impressions of the resort were good as the grounds are immaculate. Review as a couple visiting in September. Firstly, the views are amazing. The location of the hotel is easy via taxi from the airport, and the scenery is stunning as it is situated on a hillside. When we arrived it was very late. We were taken to our room in a buggy car. The room was a village room with a king size bed and single sofa bed which pulled out another single bed underneath.
