The hotel used to be luxurious long time ago. now it is far from 5 stars. All baths are dirty - rust, mold and repulsive smell. Rested at this hotel in July 2015. The hotel is family-run, quiet, peaceful night brawlers was not. If you want a night of dancing, 3 of the hotel(about 400 meters) from the MS beach, MS is arancia, there is disco and very decent. If you like convenient location and good food, you can definitely choose to stay here. The Green Mosque is right outside the window, and there are countless delicacies hidden in the two old streets behind, such as lamb trotter soup, desserts, grilled liver, and Turkish coffee. The only drawback is that it is next to the road and it is not quiet at night, so light sleepers will not sleep well.

The stay at the hotel was great. The room was decent, the terrace very small, but I saw that other rooms and parts of the hotel had larger terraces. The hotel is quite good for its price. Food is tasty and can fit all tastes. In march the beach is closed, however you could enjoy the terrace with the sea views. Be mindful if you have any cat allergies, they are everywhere.

It's conveniently located from the airport, about 25-30 minutes by taxi. The room was recently renovated, so there were no major complaints. The view from the corner room is excellent, with views of both the sea and the mountains. The food is simple, so you won't go hungry; it's mostly chicken and fish.

This was my second stay at this hotel. The rooms and cleanliness were excellent. However, even with our all-inclusive plan, it's impossible to find anything to eat outside of meal times. Especially if it's a rainy day and you check in after dinner ends at 2 p.m., you'll be hungry until 7 p.m. Furthermore, despite the friendly, courteous, and skilled staff, the food was very poor.

Certainly not a 5 star hotel. Very old tired rooms and bathrooms. Food was below average. Some of the meat served was not cooked properly. Poorly maintained facilities, bad service overall.

Good location close shops near and a market also Rooms are clean however the cleaner not so great. Good atmosphere great holiday and the entertainment team made it even more enjoyable. They are all great and keep everyone busy with games and entertainment shows which run daily

I just came from Aletris hotel and had the best experience there, i would recommend it to all of you especially the staff was amazing, everything was on point especially cleaning, i hope they get paid well. The hotel was mainly with german, polish and russian people, but we were the only albanian people there and never had any problem with it because the staff speaks fluent english too.

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights and we liked it very much. The hotel's pool, food, rooms are nice, the animation team is friendly and energetic, activities are Dart, Bocca, gymnastics, etc. Everything is nice and we thank Fatih for his attention.🎊🎊🍻🍻🍻

I had one of the best holidays in this hotel. The staff were welcoming , smiling and the same time professional. Our mini fridge was filled everyday. Our rooms were cleaned well thank you Fatma kobak for your job well done. Great variety of food to choose from even for a picky eater. I will definitely stay in this hotel next time.

A very nice hotel, see pictures. My room was huge. Suitable desk and chair for i office work. No carpet, I prefer for hygienic reasons. The bed for myself was too soft and very warm. But that's personnel taste. Breakfast, from all 3 big hotels I have been in Konya, is the best. A huge choice from buffet or fresh made in the kitchen. I would like to thank the hotel staff for their service and the way they treated all the guests. I would especially like to thank Miss Nisa — she was with us from the beginning until the end of our stay. She was very helpful and always looked for what suited us best. I don’t recall ever needing her assistance and not finding her there. I wish her all the best and hope she continues with this kind spirit...

1-The hotel staff do not speak English well. 2-Room standard is good, bed is uncomfortable. 3-Kitchen staff do not adhere to hygiene and food safety instructions. 4-When serving food they don't listen to your requests well. 5-Room cleaners do not complete missing items such as towels, slippers, and ear clean. 6- FINALY, The only one lady names NISA , she has help everyone, especially the tourist people...
