Okay so some people really hate this hotel too much, yes it might not be the most beautiful hotel out there but its alright. Just be aware almost none of the working people there speak english, most of them only speak russian. Else everything is alright

The hotel used to be luxurious long time ago. now it is far from 5 stars. All baths are dirty - rust, mold and repulsive smell. Though if you complain - they could clean it better and the smell gets bareable. The food is gorgeous - lots, delicious, varied, tasty! The best I've tried. I'm nervous when I read reviews, but the rooms are clean, well maintained and new materials to be used, it's a relief. The variety of food in the least, but it's enough. All of the employees was friendly and helpful. Pool is clean and the beach is a very important criteria. I'm happy to have chosen this hotel as a family.

Rested at this hotel in July 2015. The hotel is family-run, quiet, peaceful night brawlers was not. If you want a night of dancing, 3 of the hotel(about 400 meters) from the MS beach, MS is arancia, there is disco and very decent. I put 4 and not 5 because it seemed to us very little space in the room. Will definitely be in this hotel.

If you like convenient location and good food, you can definitely choose to stay here. The Green Mosque is right outside the window, and there are countless delicacies hidden in the two old streets behind, such as lamb trotter soup, desserts, grilled liver, and Turkish coffee. The only drawback is that it is next to the road and it is not quiet at night, so light sleepers will not sleep well.

The stay at the hotel was great. The room was decent, the terrace very small, but I saw that other rooms and parts of the hotel had larger terraces. The food was varied and good, especially the desserts. The staff was hardworking. However, the staff spoke very little English. 90% of the guests were German, so they spoke better German. Certainly not a 5 star hotel. Very old tired rooms and bathrooms. Food was below average. Some of the meat served was not cooked properly. Poorly maintained facilities, bad service overall.

The food not so bad! The rooms really nice and clean but many times problems with drinks! Sometimes missing things like banalities (ice). Desert not really good and food not always so good. Some of the employees nice and kind, others not so professional unfortunately!

Hotel really clean and nice. Staff very nice and respectful too, specifically a man called Zeynel, who was really helpful and easy to talk to (English was great) ! Would definitely recommend ! The food supplied at this hotel was lovely too, I will definitely be returning.

Beautiful hotel, beautiful staff just an all round great place to stay. I especially want to thank Zeynel the guest relation officer, for helping us plan our amazing days out and made us feel safe and make the most of our holiday. Would highly recommend to anyone. 5 STARS
