I really loved this 5-star hotel. It was great to have Chinese-speaking staff, especially being in a foreign country. The front desk even upgraded my room to a deluxe king-sized bed for free! It was so comfortable staying there alone, I'm very satisfied.

This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in, hands down. Let me tell you why:
1. Upon entering, the room was incredibly dirty. It looked like someone had just used it and they did a really superficial cleanup. The bathroom sink hadn't been cleaned at all, and the floor hadn't been mopped.
2. The air conditioning was broken. We set it to 30 degrees Celsius, and it ran all day, but their maintenance staff came and said there was nothing they could do. We asked the front desk multiple times to switch rooms, but they refused.
3. When I checked out, the front desk asked for my booking number. Once I found it, he said he needed to look at it, then grabbed my phone and started scrolling through it. I asked him what he was doing, and he said he wanted to leave a review. I then asked him why he was trying to leave a positive review without my permission? It was absolutely disgusting and infuriating.
4. When I went to store my luggage, they told me I had to pay 400 Lira. I asked them why they were charging, and they just said, 'That's just how it is, take it or leave it.' So I paid. However, the hotel booking site clearly stated that luggage storage was free. Who exactly is scamming us here? The hotel or Trip.com?

Worst hotel experience ever – this is NOT a 5-star hotel
This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. I strongly warn everyone NOT to stay here.
My very expensive diamond ring was stolen from my bag inside the room by housekeeping. When I reported this serious issue, the security manager simply said “we trust our housekeeping staff” and refused to investigate or even tell me who entered the room. No help, no responsibility, no professionalism. This is extremely unsafe. The only people who tried to help us were the police, who started the process to find the person who stole from us.
The room was dirty, old and smelled bad. Furniture looked worn out and the curtains looked like they had not been cleaned for years. Hygiene standards are unacceptable.
The heating situation was a complete disaster. Reception told us they would send someone to fix it, but nobody came. I called three times and no one cared. We asked to change rooms. The second room had no real heating system, only air-conditioner heating. It was clear the hotel had closed the main heating system to save money, which is unacceptable for a hotel claiming to be 5-star.
The elevator looked broken and unsafe. Maintenance is very poor.
Service was terrible. Bellboy and valet staff were not helping guests. They were busy talking while guests waited with luggage and cars. Completely unprofessional.
The management of this hotel is extremely poor and does not care about guests’ safety or comfort. I request the hotel owners and authorities to seriously inspect and control this property. If this hotel is not properly controlled, it should be closed permanently.
This hotel should not operate as a 5-star hotel. I will never return.

Excellent experience with Wanda vista hotel the room was big and clean. Also have to mention that Okan, Azar and Taner at service are super nice and helpful. I 100％ recommend this hotel .

The location is a bit far from the Old City and popular attractions like the Blue Mosque, Galata Tower, Taksim Square, and Istiklal Avenue. Due to Istanbul's heavy traffic, it takes about 40-50 minutes to drive there. It's an apartment-style hotel with somewhat outdated facilities. Being away from the city center, the surroundings are quite quiet. There's a Chinese restaurant downstairs called 'Wanhao' which is a bit pricey, but the food is really good.

This has to be the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The inconvenient location is one thing, but the facilities are dilapidated, and the service is abysmal. It's like a domestic 3-star hotel (or even lower) trying to pass itself off as a Mandarin Wanda! They use that name to attract tour groups from Asia, Africa, and Latin America. I stayed four nights and my room was never cleaned. The meal trays were left outside my door for two days without being collected. I won't even post pictures of the room; you can experience that nightmare for yourselves. Here are some photos of the elevator interior, just to give you an idea.

Absolutely terrible! The pillows and sheets were dirty everywhere on the night we checked in. Just look at the pictures! We had to call multiple times, and they only came to change them in the middle of the night. The next day, we came back to find that the room hadn't even been cleaned! We had to urge them three times and even complain to the platform before they finally came. For a Wanda Reign hotel, paying over 800 yuan a night, this is simply unacceptable!
