I liked this place. My two main criticisms would be: 1. The room was quite noisy until about midnight as I think it was above a bar that was used for after show dj entertainment. Perfect resort for kids. Clean, with amazing pool facilities (even if the water temp could be higher). The entertainment provided is first class, both during the day poolside and at night. Food is well varied and made for those with families, even offering a toastie service at 11.30pm. Ala Carte dining is a must, but be sure to starve yourselves beforehand. The hotel itself is really lovely with amazing food and great service. The staff are friendly and always willing to help, which made our stay really enjoyable. The pools are a little cold for kids, and our room felt a bit dated, but those were minor details compared to the overall experience. The atmosphere and quality of the food more than made up for it.
