Some very minor opportunities for improvement would be a softer bed, and the cost of buying photos from the people who go round and snap you by the pool, the charges for these were excessive and it’s best not to entertain it

The water park was a huge hit with the kids, and our boat ride to see the nearby caves was a real highlight. We stayed in one of the family pool houses — spacious, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed

I’ve got absolutely no complain or anything bad to say But booking this hotel is the best thing you can do for yourself and your kids ! You’ll be relaxing and they’ll be at the kids club/camp Do it with your eyes closed

The facilities are also great and dinner was very good! Thank you so much to the team for the all attention and care! We had a lovely time celebrating our anniversary with you! I know we’ll remember this holiday forever

Despite the difficult beginning, I would like to acknowledge the excellent service and fast problem-solving we experienced. So regardless all the issue we had i can recommend them as the one who won't let you down

Perfect Family Getaway with Stunning views. We had an amazing stay at this resort! The scenery is absolutely beautiful, with breathtaking mountain views right behind the property

After travelling, all we really wanted was something to eat, so the lack of guidance made arrival less welcoming. A porter kindly helped us with our luggage and showed us to our room

From spacious rooms to the excellent all-inclusive food and drinks, beautiful beach, water park with slides, lunapark, and not to forget the fantastic evening themed shows – it’s really hard to leave this resort

All compliments go to the management, who clearly know how to keep guests satisfied, as well as to the entire staff who work tirelessly to maintain cleanliness, order, and safety (lots of lifeguards at the pools and slides), while also being friendly and helpful at all times

Unfortunately, as it was near the end of their holiday season, only one of their 4 swimming pools was heated, which means everyone flocks to the same pool and it can seem crowded

From the moment we arrived at Voyage Torba, we knew we were in for something special

The rooms are modern, beautifully designed, and spotlessly clean, with thoughtful touches that make you feel at home , from plush bedding to stocked minibars and amazing sea views. The food is simply exceptional

The entertainment is top quality, the pools are immaculate, and the beach area is beautifully maintained. There are plenty of quiet corners if you want to unwind, and fun activities if you want to be more social

Each restaurant feels like a culinary experience on its own ,from fresh seafood by the beach to delicious Turkish specialties and international dishes that rival any top restaurant

The pool areas are always being cleaned by staff and there’s a lot of space. The beach is stoney so would recommend beach shoes but swimming in the sea was great

Honestly the best hotel we have ever stayed in, amazing hotel, you don’t need to leave, it really has everything you need,we got a free upgrade to the swim up rooms just because we asked,it was end of season but so worth the ask ! Plenty of subbed available , 24 hour drinks at the pool area, cocktails naff but that was just my opinion, staff were generally nice , if you tip in the restaurant you get...

The only downside is that they need to heat the swim up pools, ridiculously cold , if I’d of paid full amount I’d of been a bit annoyed. The food got repetitive after a while but was still good

Used mainly the small kids water park which the loved. They also have a shallow pool without slides for kids. Definitely was a memorable one

Great hotel, but was starting Winter season

Loved it!!! Went in end of October so was warm but with a breeze. We stayed at lake house suite. Staff were friendly and helpful. Evening entertainment was brilliant, kids loved it

Everything was good, but not in winter. There was nothing to do at the hotel. You have to try it in high season.

Entertainment and activities were a highlight! There was something for everyone; live shows, music, sports, and a great kids’ program. The pools and beach area were fantastic, with plenty of loungers and clean facilities

There is absolutely nothing missing, except maybe a Starbucks… however, the coffee served in the lobby bar and patisserie is just as good! Every detail has been thought of, families, solo travellers groups, couples, honeymooners will all create unforgettable moments here

Christmas time was especially special with a Santa Claus touring the grounds throughout the whole day and exquisite decorations. The New Year gala dinner was a phenomenon. Thanks for always being by our side in Antalya!

The new extra pier area added in 2025 brings you calming, relaxed and warm experiences with a full bar and DJ performances at set times during the day. Summer break and winter chill made us want to go back for more

The food was exceptional, plenty of variety at the buffet and à la carte restaurants, catering to all tastes. The quality and freshness were impressive, and the staff ensured everything was well presented

This hotel has truly become like a second home to me. From the moment you arrive, everyone is so friendly and welcoming—they really go out of their way to make your stay feel special

This is our second visit to this hotel, we were disappointed this time as the Italian was not open for lunch, as the last time this was our favourite place for lunch

Always took his time to chat to everyone and even played football with my son. My daughter got very sick on this visit and the onsite nurse was fabulous

My children love the entertainment and special mention to Murat, who always likes to make sure everyone has a brilliant time despite the weather

Just back from a 2 week break in this hotel, we really enjoyed it and would return again. Food was good, room was a little small but perfectly fine. Sunbeds on the Jetty to watch the sunset

The hotel is very large, except that it is a little expensive, there is nothing else that is good. The sea view room has a good view, and the sea water is crystal clear

The all-inclusive hotel offers unlimited food, but the food is terrible and the selection is very limited. The biggest advantage is that the hotel arranges paragliding landings on its beach

Cleanliness: The quilt had stains that hadn't been cleaned properly. Surroundings: The beach was beautiful, but it was incredibly crowded

We stayed here from 2nd September until the 12th. We arrived in the evening after a private transfer,which I would recommend to anyone staying here as it's apparently the last stop on the coach transfer

My husband and I vacationed at the Liberty Lycia for a few days and came here to paraglide. We came here with our children about 10 years ago. The hotel grounds are vast, surrounded by greenery

Smaller pool ideal for people who like peace and quiet, we spent every day there, large pool provided many attractions if someone does not mind louder music and more people

Back in June, I had an amazing stay at Kustur Club Holiday Village and honestly can’t recommend it enough! The hotel itself is lovely – great food, beautiful surroundings, and such a nice atmosphere

We did the a la carte Italian in the restaurant overlooking the sea and it was beautiful- very windy so top tip in September take a cardi and a hair bobble to tie hair back

Absolutely lovely hotel with the most amazing entertainment team! They’re so lively and really keep the vibes up all day long!!! Zoe and Buse are the sweetest chattiest girls ever and so easy to get along with!!! Deffo recommend x

I’ve been here since I was a kid. I’m 46 now and still I feel like I’m 6. This is the best place for a family. Everything is under control, secure and great staff

⸻ Incredible experience from start to finish I travelled to Turkey for an elective procedure and stayed at the Kremlin Hotel, and I honestly couldn’t have chosen a better place to recover

The experience at Kremlin palace has been wonderful. From the start, the welcoming of refreshments at the entrance was a nice surprise. We have eaten numerous ala carte restaurants, and they were all excellent

What really stood out was the level of care and thoughtfulness — they even prepared nutritious smoothies to support my recovery. I felt safe, reassured, and genuinely looked after throughout my stay

Our guest relations host, Deniz has been very helpful in everything, from booking reservations to getting property info! All in all I would highly recommend a stay here at Kremlin palace

The hospitality was absolutely faultless from the moment I arrived. The staff truly went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and well cared for while I was recovering

I Stayed at the Kremlin Palace Hotel December 2025. From the moment that I arrived until the moment that i left, i was very happy with everything

The bar, the bar was amazing, when I asked for the milk shake they gave it with in 10 second!! The pool was not the worst but just a bit deep and cold but it was still fun

Food ok for budget hotel, however, as a diabetic struggled to get a suitable complete diet. Location good for the Bazaars and beaches, with local Migros supermarket only some 100 metres away

Spent 7 nights Rooms made everyday with fresh bedding and towels Fresh water in the fridge everyday I'm a picky eater, but found the food to be a good selection and never went hungry Waiters and waitress very efficient and helpful, remembered what drinks we had and always asked it we wanted more

Just one guy who was kinda rude to me but overall it's lovely, we had to tip some lovely staff members including this one lovely woman, can't remember her name and this lovely guy I believe his name is Karmel or something similar

A special mention to the night manager at the bar, who was energetic, fun, and created a fantastic atmosphere in the evening. Overall, the hotel is excellent in every aspect – service, hospitality, and guest care

Lovely experience We actually moved to this hotel from a different resort which we didn't like

One downside was that our room was the furthest away from the reception & restaurant & took us 8 minutes to walk there, via many steps (97) & very steep slopes. Very tiring at the end of the day to walk back to our room

All guest relation staff & reception staff are also very friendly & always happy to help. The food is amazing, ready made sandwiches at lunch, chef's signature dishes, so much choice & all cooked to perfection

There is a large adults only pool, an Olympic size swimming pool, a sports/recreation/lively pool, a fantastic kids pool and the water park! All very clean and well served by brilliant waiting staff

The beach area was clean, pleasant and there were plenty of sun beds with a bar/cafe on the beach

This extends to the outdoor areas with pools that cater for literally everyone

There is also a mini peer with sun beds and a bar but you have to be there early to stand a chance of getting a spot and this was not a game that we were willing to play! The water park was great (the life jackets for the lazy river could do with a regular clean as they were often smelly and covered in black mould) There is also a children’s fun fair at the side of the hotel which our little boy really...

Yes you get the usual sun bed ****** who are up at the crack of dawn to put their towels down and then disappear until mid day but you get that everywhere and it’s by no means out of control

Even though it was busy we were always able to find a sun bed

In the afternoon to find a seat no problem. Russians and Germans quite mono. Took 1st for 9 nights for 90T flight from Moscow

One of the best vecations my family had in life, very nice food, a lot of activities, great animations, parties and evening shows. We stayed there for 10 days and it was a paradise

- restaurant staff is rude (i had an incident where a restaurant staffer brought us beer we didn't order and we said its not for us, he then gave to the German people at the next table and told them that we are unsophisticated russians - we are not even russians!!)

- hamam experience was ruined by random people coming in the bathing part - its partially public so that is to be expected but for 70€ I really wanted an A class service. The masseuse was amazing though

Ok so the rooms are amazing! The balcony is spacious, they have a tv with Netflix, locked cupboard and in general very nice. The reception desk was welcoming and nice, helped us with a broken door

Unfortunately about the good that is more or less it. This hotel is really reaching when it comes to having 5*. - no plates at dinner (i actually witnessed an argument about a plate)

Beautiful rooms and clean, and there are so many swimming t pool to choose to swim and they are very clean, very close to the beautiful beach. Alcohol drinks is free, juice and water

There is an "Olympic" pool of 50 m, for amateur swimmers it is just paradise, in the sea along the buoys 300 meters for training in open water

Out of season there is not anything to do. Aquapark, inside pool, a la carte restaurants, fruit bars are closed. Buffet is very crowded, long time to catch table for lunch or dinner

This hotel is most for Russian tourists everything was in Russian even music was ,fine by me but I would prefer also something in English when you are relaxing by the pool

These small details set this hotel apart from others. The staff in the Patisserie were really cheerful and friendly, special mention to Muazzes who introduced me to the delicious Ottoman winter Sahlep

The Chinese al a carte was terrible, The less said about that the better. We didn't use all the facilities but the live pianist was a joy to listen to every evening

There was live music and an animation show every evening and activities throughout the day. The restaurant staff are more comfortable speaking German rather than English but were polite and attentive

Beach is quite small, just over 150 meters wide and cut in half by the big bar on the little pier like structure

The private beach away from the hotel by a short courtesy bus ride was also first class as like the hotel everything was kept very clean and the staff first rate

My stay at Granada Luxury Belek was absolutely amazing! The resort is huge and beautifully designed, offering something for everyone. The rooms are spacious, modern, and very clean

need to hire more employees with better english and need to heat all the pools and open all the slides but offers free shuttle to the beach every half an hour

A big plus is the beautiful, well-kept hotel beach located directly at the resort, which is also suitable for small children thanks to its gentle entrance into the sea

Pool was slightly colder than we would have liked during our stay but it is October so not the end of the world and once you was in you would get used to it rather quickly, plenty of sunbeds never had to get down early as there was always some free

We have booked again for 2026, we never go the same place twice but this is a must. The other problem we only had was sunbed wars, you need to wake around 6am. Wish the staff would stop this happening

All the staff were really friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. Our favourite staff were the entertainment staff who done the darts. Kids played darts every night and went on the pool tables

The food selection was very large, although some dishes were repeated, there was always something suitable for everyone. The cocktails at the bars were a bit average, but still drinkable

Overall, we really enjoyed our vacation and would recommend this hotel especially to families with children

We were here on October and enjoyed it much. Hotel is located in an amazing place. We had a very nice and modern room with sea view. We liked the food and entertainment. Candyland is a paradise for kids

Even though the main restaurant was busy, it is large enough that we never had an issue finding a table immediately. • Entertainment: We found the entertainment program to be engaging and well-executed

On multiple occasions, we weren't even acknowledged after ordering, leading to long, awkward waits just to be served. Final Verdict While the hotel itself is physically beautiful, I wouldn’t return

In my opinion, the staff and the level of hospitality are what truly make a holiday memorable. Between the Candyland closure and the poor service at the bar, it just didn't hit the mark for us

While we were offered the option to switch resorts, it was so close to our travel date that we decided to stick with it—though it definitely put a dampener on our expectations

The entertainment was excellent in the hotel ( around the pool and at the amphitheater)! I recommend this hotel for families with small children and just for a break to get some sunshine

The private beach is small and on one side where there are no sun beds is full of rubbish and rocks. The sunbeds along the pier all needs replacing as they are worn out

You do have to cross a bridge to get to the beach, watersides and the outdoors theatre. If you leave the bridge you can turn left or right to get into the outlets which sells more fakes and clothes outlet

Amazing experience with family , cannot fault the hotel for the money. However a few things didn’t live up to my expectations, I paid for an upgraded room which I presumed would be a better room not just a better view

This may have just been a misunderstanding of mine , plus you are only in the room to sleep so cannot make this a bad review

Kind helpful staff who are attentive. It is noisy at night with cleaning staff. We asked for an extra bed which was provided quickly. Advertised as having an indoor heated pool but there wasn't one

We came for a week as a couple and have enjoyed every single moment of our stay. This place is vast ,with so much to explore. The staff are very polite and eager to help. I am sure we will come back again

The catering for gluten free isn't great. Only some items labelled and staff not helpful with this. The air con in the room isn't great. We were told when we arrived we can change rooms if needed

Best place to have family holidays. This is our second time visiting Turkey and staying at the same hotel as we were very impressed during our last visit

Despite this, I have to say that the food, beach, and pool are all fantastic — truly beautiful and well-maintained. The value for money is excellent , and overall, we had a great time
