I recently visited the Hammam and Spa at CVK Hotel Taksim and had a wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, Aylin, the receptionist, was incredibly polite and welcoming. She took the time to help me choose the perfect package for my friend and I, making sure we got exactly what we were looking for.

The highlight of the visit was the Hammam and massage treatment. Indah, the therapist, was extremely professional and gave one of the best massages I’ve ever had. The whole experience was incredibly relaxing and left us feeling rejuvenated.

I highly recommend this spa for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy top-notch service. I will definitely be returning for another visit!

I stayed at this hotel for a night in May 2022. I forgot my jewelry in a drawer when I checked out. They texted me about 3 hours after I checked out to let me know. I was on my way to the airport to leave Istanbul. I turned around and grabbed my jewelry!! I congratulate this hotel on their honesty!!

The hotel’s only advantage is its location. Prices are high compared to the quality offered. Rooms are small, the furniture is worn out, and the city view is poor with very small windows and no sound insulation, making hallway noise very noticeable. Reception staff were not cooperative and tried to charge extra for services for any reason. Bathrooms need maintenance, and the AC is noisy. I do not recommend staying here.

A beautiful hotel, the view of the Bosphorus is simply mesmerizing. Good food, beautiful, clean rooms. A very pleasant surprise for me was the shower gels, shampoos and all the other little things in the bathroom from Hermes, it smells so good. I recommend this hotel to everyone.

From the reception to the valet to the security all honest down to earth people. Spent 5 nights at this hotel and I have complaints. Most of them speak English, Arabic, Turkish & Kurdish. And they have great recommendations for local foods and landmarks.

This hotel doesn't deserve any good review, and 1 star is also too good for them.
When we change our holiday plan, and arrived at the hotel about one month earlier, we requested to the hotel to allow us to bring forward our reservation. However, the hotel declined our request and insisted us to re-book and pay for another room. I reckoned that it is partly our fault for not informing the hotel in advance. However, since the hotel still had vacant room, I don't understand why the hotel cannot accommodate to our simple request. This hotel had very bad customer service.
After we checked in, we notice that the kettle is terribly dirty at the filter area (refer to photos for evident). I had to remove the filter from the kettle and brush/scrub that area with tooth brush. The hygiene level displayed by this hotel is not existence at all. Their room amenity is also very poor - no tissue box in the room, no amenity kit (such as tooth brush).
If we were to re-visit Taksim Square area again, this hotel will definitely not on our consideration list.

I love that it is in the heart of the city, located in a very convenient spot at the Taksim. I also should mention that the service was all-around great and recommendable. Clean and fresh rooms, friendly staff exceeded my expectations. Can't wait to stay here again!

We chose this hotel due to its location (10 minutes walk from Taksim square, which is a great area), and that the hotel had a pool, whilst being affordable. The hotel met all expectations and scored high in bed and pillow comfort. The room was maybe a tad warn and the road noise was quite loud 24/7 (but it is in the busy city centre! And we were the road side, not the quieter riverside) but the roof top terrace has beautiful views, the staff were really nice and our overall satisfaction we felt at this hotel will certainly make us consider staying again. I'd recommend a room with a river view, going to a drink on the terrace and a walk into taksim square.

Rooms are medium and clean. Servise is very atentive, friendly, hepful and dont bother you. Location is ideal for travelers- taxim square is near and place is quite. Kabatash dock is 15-20 min by foot and you are in fairy wich takes you- either beahiktash, kadikoy or eminonu. (Its under construction but works) meteo station - from where you go all over the istanbul. And+ short road wich leads you even on Sisli. Near is a park and consert amphitheatre- where we go for evening conserts (that was a reason why we stay there) breakfast is nice. Thay have a swiming pool (3*7m,) gym… and roof top restourand. In the side is 2n normal restourant as well.

The property was in a great area for my trip objectives. The hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff and service were great. Every staff member I encountered was very friendly, professional, and attentive. I especially want to mention Hayri and Erdal for their assistance when I had a couple of specific requests. I found the Opera Hotel Bosphorus a wonderful choice.

My family had a wonderful stay here. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were large and clean, and our view of the Bosphorus was simply amazing! My family enjoyed breakfast, which had a nice variety of foods. We also had room service, which was quick and tasty. The proximity of the hotel to Taksim was great. Highly recommend staying here!
