The water park was a huge hit with the kids, and our boat ride to see the nearby caves was a real highlight. We stayed in one of the family pool houses — spacious, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed

I’ve got absolutely no complain or anything bad to say But booking this hotel is the best thing you can do for yourself and your kids ! You’ll be relaxing and they’ll be at the kids club/camp Do it with your eyes closed

The facilities are also great and dinner was very good! Thank you so much to the team for the all attention and care! We had a lovely time celebrating our anniversary with you! I know we’ll remember this holiday forever

Despite the difficult beginning, I would like to acknowledge the excellent service and fast problem-solving we experienced. So regardless all the issue we had i can recommend them as the one who won't let you down

It's perfect for kids! Lots of games, activities, and tasty treats. For adults, there's live music every evening. Various fitness classes during the day. The grounds are huge, well-maintained, and cozy

Perfect Family Getaway with Stunning views. We had an amazing stay at this resort! The scenery is absolutely beautiful, with breathtaking mountain views right behind the property

All compliments go to the management, who clearly know how to keep guests satisfied, as well as to the entire staff who work tirelessly to maintain cleanliness, order, and safety (lots of lifeguards at the pools and slides), while also being friendly and helpful at all times

Ours was by the Hawaiian pool and a good size, heard from other guests that some are on the small side

We had the opportunity to stay with voyage torba and we were not disappointed Having stayed at many resorts worldwide I would say this resort fulfilled all the requirements and surpassed them by far Special mention should be made since it’s a requirement for a good resort ALL staff whether at dining or cleaning and even the managers are most welcoming Hospitality goes above and beyond Thank you...

Note: There are many nationalities holidaying at the VT which we enjoyed but some brits seemed to feel a bit put out by it, just say hello it's understood in most languages and learn a few words of Turkish, the staff and locals really appreciate it when people make an effort and treat them as equals not someone just there to serve you

There are a few restaurants of different cuisines: asian, mexican, turkish, italian, fish restaurant, 24h one — everything you could ask for and more! Rooms are always cleaned, the staff is so caring and friendly

Whether it was a refreshing drink offered by the pool, a friendly chat at breakfast, or the attentiveness of the housekeeping team, everything was done with warmth and professionalism

The entertainment is top quality, the pools are immaculate, and the beach area is beautifully maintained. There are plenty of quiet corners if you want to unwind, and fun activities if you want to be more social

Pool games and pool aerobics all day would have also been irritating but thankfully we were no where near it. If you like that kind of thing though then get your towels out early

Honestly the best hotel we have ever stayed in, amazing hotel, you don’t need to leave, it really has everything you need,we got a free upgrade to the swim up rooms just because we asked,it was end of season but so worth the ask ! Plenty of subbed available , 24 hour drinks at the pool area, cocktails naff but that was just my opinion, staff were generally nice , if you tip in the restaurant you get...

The only downside is that they need to heat the swim up pools, ridiculously cold , if I’d of paid full amount I’d of been a bit annoyed. The food got repetitive after a while but was still good

Used mainly the small kids water park which the loved. They also have a shallow pool without slides for kids. Definitely was a memorable one

Its does anger me tho the way some people treat the staff expecially in the restaurant, clicking there fingers at them like there some kind of dog, the way there spoken to is disgusting, they are there to do a job like the rest of us at home, how would you like it to go to work everyday and be spoken to like that, have some respect

Taxis into local town took 10 minutes, taxis are always available and are nice !Cant wait to return !!!

Entertainment and activities were a highlight! There was something for everyone; live shows, music, sports, and a great kids’ program. The pools and beach area were fantastic, with plenty of loungers and clean facilities

First of all, I would like to sincerely thank the hotel management for their kindness. Even though it was not part of their obligation, they generously allowed us to check in early at 10 a. and provided us with two rooms

Christmas time was especially special with a Santa Claus touring the grounds throughout the whole day and exquisite decorations. The New Year gala dinner was a phenomenon. Thanks for always being by our side in Antalya!

The new extra pier area added in 2025 brings you calming, relaxed and warm experiences with a full bar and DJ performances at set times during the day. Summer break and winter chill made us want to go back for more

The food was exceptional, plenty of variety at the buffet and à la carte restaurants, catering to all tastes. The quality and freshness were impressive, and the staff ensured everything was well presented

Overall, Swandor Topkapi Palace is perfect for families, couples, or anyone looking for a relaxing yet vibrant holiday in Antalya. We would definitely return and highly recommend it to others!

This hotel has truly become like a second home to me. From the moment you arrive, everyone is so friendly and welcoming—they really go out of their way to make your stay feel special

This is our second visit to this hotel, we were disappointed this time as the Italian was not open for lunch, as the last time this was our favourite place for lunch

Always took his time to chat to everyone and even played football with my son. My daughter got very sick on this visit and the onsite nurse was fabulous

My children love the entertainment and special mention to Murat, who always likes to make sure everyone has a brilliant time despite the weather

Just back from a 2 week break in this hotel, we really enjoyed it and would return again. Food was good, room was a little small but perfectly fine. Sunbeds on the Jetty to watch the sunset

The room was spotlessly clean and had a fully stocked mini bar, which is replaced daily. We woke up in the morning to a breathtaking view of the mountains. At Breakfast, I chose to eat outside and omg what a view

Since you don't need to stay in Fethiye for many days, the hotel can help you call a taxi to the city center for meals. I recommend Mori restaurant (reservations required)

We stayed here from 2nd September until the 12th. We arrived in the evening after a private transfer,which I would recommend to anyone staying here as it's apparently the last stop on the coach transfer

The lifeguard is the man in the main pool who is attentive to his duty which honestly was a breath of fresh air as we've been to many hotels where that role isn't taken as seriously as it should be

My husband and I vacationed at the Liberty Lycia for a few days and came here to paraglide. We came here with our children about 10 years ago. The hotel grounds are vast, surrounded by greenery

Smaller pool ideal for people who like peace and quiet, we spent every day there, large pool provided many attractions if someone does not mind louder music and more people

Back in June, I had an amazing stay at Kustur Club Holiday Village and honestly can’t recommend it enough! The hotel itself is lovely – great food, beautiful surroundings, and such a nice atmosphere

I’ve been here since I was a kid. I’m 46 now and still I feel like I’m 6. This is the best place for a family. Everything is under control, secure and great staff

The rep didn’t give any hotel information just tried to sell us the trips - we’d have much rather the hotel times, where to get what and all the amenities the hotel had to offer! The hotel is lovely, it is very clean and well cared for, the food is great and something for everyone, we went in September and there were some queues and very few tables at 7

30 - 8 so I couldn’t imagine what it would be like in the height of summer. The pools were gorgeous and always spotlessly clean, plenty of beds all day

⸻ Incredible experience from start to finish I travelled to Turkey for an elective procedure and stayed at the Kremlin Hotel, and I honestly couldn’t have chosen a better place to recover

The experience at Kremlin palace has been wonderful. From the start, the welcoming of refreshments at the entrance was a nice surprise. We have eaten numerous ala carte restaurants, and they were all excellent

What really stood out was the level of care and thoughtfulness — they even prepared nutritious smoothies to support my recovery. I felt safe, reassured, and genuinely looked after throughout my stay

Our guest relations host, Deniz has been very helpful in everything, from booking reservations to getting property info! All in all I would highly recommend a stay here at Kremlin palace

There is a large adults only pool, an Olympic size swimming pool, a sports/recreation/lively pool, a fantastic kids pool and the water park! All very clean and well served by brilliant waiting staff

Yes you get the usual sun bed ****** who are up at the crack of dawn to put their towels down and then disappear until mid day but you get that everywhere and it’s by no means out of control

This extends to the outdoor areas with pools that cater for literally everyone

There is also a mini peer with sun beds and a bar but you have to be there early to stand a chance of getting a spot and this was not a game that we were willing to play! The water park was great (the life jackets for the lazy river could do with a regular clean as they were often smelly and covered in black mould) There is also a children’s fun fair at the side of the hotel which our little boy really...

Our son was sick one night and the two ladies who came to help change the bedding were lovely showing concern for our son and even offering advice on how to help which was much appreciated

The only issue would possibly be in the height of summer the air con is not very powerful at all and 19 degrees is the lowest setting. In October though it was fine for us

I used an indoor pool and gym, which were well managed and most importantly clean. We also had a breakfast which consisted of Turkish traditional cuisine and wide range of dishes to choose from

There was an issue related to the number of beds but the guest service team worked brilliantly to compensate the inconvenience we encountered. Beautiful hotel with amazing staff. Dinner at the restaurant was so good!

So good that I looked forward to waking up every morning. Grabbing a taxi was easy here but if you’re aiming to tour with a public transportation like bus and metro, you might have to walk +15mins

The hotel is extremely clean, all the facilities are new and modern. The lobby is great for relaxing during the day and the bar on top floor is very nice as well

Breakfast didn’t disappoint at all, filter coffee was delicious, so many food options to choose from. We will definitely be back soon

- restaurant staff is rude (i had an incident where a restaurant staffer brought us beer we didn't order and we said its not for us, he then gave to the German people at the next table and told them that we are unsophisticated russians - we are not even russians!!)

- hamam experience was ruined by random people coming in the bathing part - its partially public so that is to be expected but for 70€ I really wanted an A class service. The masseuse was amazing though

Unfortunately about the good that is more or less it. This hotel is really reaching when it comes to having 5*. - no plates at dinner (i actually witnessed an argument about a plate)

- indoor jacuzzi was COLD!! - the only time anyone cares for you is if you leave a tip. i understand the mentality of it, but thats not a good 5* service style

- basketball court was full with random stuff from the hotel. After someone made a huge fuss they finally freed it from stuff and guys could enjoy basketball

- the restaurant workers needed to set the tables but it was never done and we had to run around looking for forks and knives

There is an "Olympic" pool of 50 m, for amateur swimmers it is just paradise, in the sea along the buoys 300 meters for training in open water

The rooms are big and clean, furniture is ok, but bathrooms need some treatement and refurbish because the shower spilled everywhere and the drain was mostly clogged. The schedule for the towel system is super annoying

This hotel is most for Russian tourists everything was in Russian even music was ,fine by me but I would prefer also something in English when you are relaxing by the pool

Food is the same every day, very small choice of fruits. At dinner you get previous lunch food just in sauce. They didnt wash or clean floor in rooms for full week, just change towels and make up bed

Meat was always fresh and tasty and if you ask they will cook it exactly to your preference. The choice was varied and always tasty. Soft drinks were always from a small bottle or can, never large plastic bottles

There was live music and an animation show every evening and activities throughout the day. The restaurant staff are more comfortable speaking German rather than English but were polite and attentive

While returning home, you feel that you are bringing back not just a piece of sunshine, but also memories of meeting wonderful, kind-hearted people. I think we might have to come back again

Just returned after a week in this lovely hotel. The choice of food throughout our stay was fantastic. Huge selection of cheese and olives

The powerful shower always gives a great star to the day. The cleaning staff always did a good job making up the room and changing the towels etc

My stay at Granada Luxury Belek was absolutely amazing! The resort is huge and beautifully designed, offering something for everyone. The rooms are spacious, modern, and very clean

The pools are many and they are placed throughout the complex and each with food and a bar and although it was October it never seemed busy at all

The staff is friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The food is excellent with a wide variety of options at the buffet and à la carte restaurants

All inclusive drinks the pool bar was ok but the drinks at the beach bar were much better. Beach was clean plenty of beds and shaded areas, which is a good thing as it was 50° whilst we were there

We stayed at AQI Pegasos World with our children at the end of October 2025 and we were very satisfied overall. The hotel is clean and well-maintained, and the environment feels pleasant and welcoming

Pool was slightly colder than we would have liked during our stay but it is October so not the end of the world and once you was in you would get used to it rather quickly, plenty of sunbeds never had to get down early as there was always some free

All the staff were really friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. Our favourite staff were the entertainment staff who done the darts. Kids played darts every night and went on the pool tables

We have booked again for 2026, we never go the same place twice but this is a must. The other problem we only had was sunbed wars, you need to wake around 6am. Wish the staff would stop this happening

Overall, we really enjoyed our vacation and would recommend this hotel especially to families with children

In my opinion, the staff and the level of hospitality are what truly make a holiday memorable. Between the Candyland closure and the poor service at the bar, it just didn't hit the mark for us

The entertainment was excellent in the hotel ( around the pool and at the amphitheater)! I recommend this hotel for families with small children and just for a break to get some sunshine

The private beach is small and on one side where there are no sun beds is full of rubbish and rocks. The sunbeds along the pier all needs replacing as they are worn out

Amazing experience with family , cannot fault the hotel for the money. However a few things didn’t live up to my expectations, I paid for an upgraded room which I presumed would be a better room not just a better view

This may have just been a misunderstanding of mine , plus you are only in the room to sleep so cannot make this a bad review
