We was here last time and we lost our passport in this hotel after we give it to info office we asked him to safe it for us but after we come back the second day the man she said we don't remember we give him anything we call police they don't do anything this hotel it's very bad and not safe and stealing our passport

Safes didn't work, didn't provide soap. Staff was completely useless, breakfast was garbage. One of our rooms was filthy.

First of all, this isn't a hotel; it's a dormitory run by people with a prison manager mindset. The staff at the desk have the most inadequate communication skills and have difficulties understanding proper Turkish and English. Although they have the most advanced surveillance cameras to monitor every corner of the building, they do not have a working air conditioning unit that makes the lobby hotter than any beach in Bodrum.
They do not have working AC, Wi-Fi, safe, and proper housekeeping procedures. My children and guests checked in at 6 pm, and one of their rooms was not clean. They ended up checking into a dirty room with no towels. They refused to provide towels because housekeeping would not open until the following day. Also, they never cleaned or refreshed two rooms despite numerous requests. The hotel staff rudely kicked our children and their guests outside the lobby.
There was a lack of help from the front desk guards (to respect my industry, I won't call them receptionists) when we needed to reach our family. Instead, they argued with us about ridiculous policies that I had never heard of in my entire hospitality career. I explained to them that I am a professor who teaches hotel management and has worked in the hotel industry for over 30 years. They began to boast about how well they ran the dormitory, and their rudeness continued to grow. Moreover, they were about to fight with me if I didn't step back. There is a violation of privacy in how this dormitory is run, and this is not a secure place.
The so-called breakfast they serve is an insult to any human being. Despite paying for bed and breakfast, we ended up eating breakfast somewhere else every day. Tourism organizations and the government must inspect the place due to misleading marketing and harassment of customers. I expect to see this place on the news with a kind of violation in the near future.

Not a good hotel at all. Keep clear. The rooms were extremely small and dirty (I'm talking visible clumps of dust on the floor, stains on the ceiling, etc), AC took some time to work, the room was lacking amenities (soap, towels), and trying to get the reception to do anything is a nightmare. For breakfast they give you a measly plate (one plate, you don't choose anything) of assorted moldy cheeses and half a simit. The safe doesn't work either, and after telling reception and being told that "we'll come in 5 minutes", they never came. I asked them 9 times over the course of 3 days and they always gave the same response but never did anything. Room cleaning never happened, and when I asked reception they made up a lie that we had to tell them to get our rooms cleaned. Upon further questioning, they just say "today was weird". Service is abysmal!! If you know what's good for you, never come to this hotel.

Rooms are usually on the smaller side but clean. AC in the rooms isn't that powerful. Staff is quite friendly. It's close to the beach..
