Great hotel, but was starting Winter season. Apparently winter is determined by date, not temperatures, so the air-conditioning was turned off even though it was 23° at night! The hotel is excellent and perfect for a family. We had two kids under 3 years old and they loved the water park. I also want to especially thank Muslim from the jewellery shop, he sourced an amazing diamond ring for my wife to replace the cheap one I bought when I was younger. We had a fantastic time! The location is unbeatable—we could walk everywhere. Our room was modern, spotless, and so comfortable. And the food... wow!
