We had a fantastic time! The location is unbeatable—we could walk everywhere. Our room was modern, spotless, and so comfortable. And the food... wow! Dilek makes the best fish sandwich you've ever tasted, Mami makes the best cocktails! Entertainment is wonderful! Can't recommend this place enough. We will definitely be back!

Overall, we had a nice time, but there are definitely areas where the hotel could improve. The rooms could do with a bit of TLC – some wear and tear is showing, and the air conditioning was pretty much non-existent, which would make the summer months quite uncomfortable. Our bathroom toilet also had a slow leak, which didn’t help. The breakfast was fine, though it was the same every day, so it got repetitive after a while. Lunch was probably the best meal of the day, especially with the Italian and other restaurants on offer. The buffet, however, was a bit of a letdown – some odd combinations of food, and I couldn’t help but feel they were trying too hard. Being in Turkey, I expected to see more authentic local dishes – not once did I see a kebab or proper Turkish meal on the menu, which was disappointing. Alcoholic drinks were hit and miss, really depending on who made them. Sometimes great, other times not so much. On the plus side, the pool and beach areas were lovely and very clean. The sea was actually warmer than the pools at this time of year, and while the main pool was freezing, it was still a nice spot to relax. The location is great, around 15 minutes from the hustle and bustle of Didim, and the walk into town was pleasant. With a few updates and more attention to detail, this place could easily be a great stay.

Honest review, if you have coeliac disease or any other allergies, PLEASE consider another hotel… Our stay with completely tainted by the lack of understanding of allergens and food choices. We had made contact with the hotel in advance of our stay regarding the requirement of gluten free meals to which we were told not a problem contact guest relations once we had arrived. Guest relations were very reluctant to do anything to support and gave us a phone number to WhatsApp - it is almost 2 weeks later and this number has still not replied to us. The restaurant staff seemed to have very little understand of allergens. Further to reading other reviews we visited the pizza pasta restaurant but you had to order gluten free pizza (this is all they could offer) a day in advance. The waiter in this restaurant was helpful and ordered gf pizza for the remainder of the holiday. However, when you have booked an all inclusive holiday you don’t expect to only be able eat pizza…. As the holiday progressed, the bar started to run out of drinks, coke, beer etc. The main buffet restaurant was totally riddled with cats and kittens, many of which were visibly unwell, shabby and had kitten flu but the staff didn’t stop them from running over the seating or tables - even whilst guests were dining! There is also a 24/7 restaurant but on some night times this was closed, the doors were open but it was in darkness, no staff with sun loungers piled up. The rooms are cleaned daily and towels replenished and the grounds seemed generally well kept but this was honestly the only small positive. Overall, you do not get your moneys worth and would not return.

Ups: Very nice place with the best fish sandwich in the world made by dilek. There is a kids club with a little mini disco at 21:00 with is alright. The waitress is good because when you want them to get some drink etc The bright me a drink without asking which is good

Downs: the air conditioning in the room we stayed in was faulty and it blew barely any air out which made it very hot at night For one of the pools you have to pay just to see the sea which is just bad because all you see is bushes and most of the food is just tasteless

Our first time in Turkey, sand definitely not the last one!
Hotel is fantastic, rooms are clean and well equipped. The beach is by the hotel, walking distance to town, loads to do at the hotel itself as well as in the area.
The staff is very helpful and extremely friendly 💗 Mami makes delicious cocktails at the lounge bar 👌👌 Dilek makes the best fish sandwich in the world 😍
We seriously cannot fault it at any point!

Lovely hotel in a great location! Very clean, cozy, and close to the beach. The staff were kind and always helpful. The pool area was pleasant and peaceful. Perfect for a relaxing stay in Didim.

A hotel that does not meet any 5 stars. It does not even come close to 4 stars. Zero hygiene. Zero service. Broken umbrellas around the pools, dirty sunbeds around the pools. Every day there is no hot water from 16.00 to 19.00
The service staff everywhere serves and clean with medical gloves that I never saw changed.
Ultra all inclusive ?
All imported alcohol was hidden in the refrigerators, no matter if it was whiskey, vodka or cognac.
Only some local low-quality alcohol was offered, not to mention juices. There were none.
Possibly the cheapest ones that can be found on the market.
And about fresh juices, not to mention anything.
Dirty juice glasses at all times
The most disgusting thing was that the food / Hot / at the buffets was cold at all times.
After trying to make a comment, the staff answered OK, and that was it.
The only people who were linguistically prepared were at the reception, who did a great job.
The maids were also on a high level
I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO VISIT THE HOTEL UNLESS YOU WANT TO SEE FOR YOURSELF WHAT I WROTE

My family and I have had the most amazing holiday at Laur Hotel. From start to finish everything was great. Room was good size, always clean and fridge topped up with drinks. Staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful. Plenty of food choices and incredible cocktails!
Pool areas and the private beach were just stunning, although you had to be up early if you wanted sun lounger near the main pool (nothing unusual though, this is the case at most hotels).
Entertainment was also great and if you wanted to visit the town it's only 5-10 min walk.
Overall it was great and we would definitely return and recommend this hotel to others.

Food is ok you can always get something to eat… omelette on a morning or beans on toast…. Snack bars down towards the beach have good menus on for instance pizzas and burgers till 5pm… also in hotel next door food is also available and is I’d say edible. Both my kids have found things to eat…also main restaurant food is also ok just busy as it’s august Alcohol and drinks are available on tap you will not go thirsty. I gave a tip of £5 one night and my kids got the best mocktails all week made with real fruit….on an evening I’d preferred the pool bar in the other hotel on site as it’s 24hours and less busy…. 1 minute wait at the bar maximum Swimming pools… in August very busy all day… to make sure of a sun bed you need to be up and at em at 6 am to put your towels down. We upgraded our bedroom on booking so got a 2 bedrooms. Has 2 balcony’s and has everything you need…. Cleaners in every day and fridge is filled with pop and 1 beer daily. Very good coffee machine in room Just outside the hotel main entrance turn right 100 meters is a small shop… very nice shop keeper with very cheap prices… cans of beer, ice creams, pop, snacks.. I’d say this hotel back in the day was a good 4 star but now say a good 3 star…would I stay again….. yes definitely if the price was right…. We paid £2500 for a family of 4 in August.
