Honest review, if you have coeliac disease or any other allergies, PLEASE consider another hotel… Our stay with completely tainted by the lack of understanding of allergens and food choices. We had made contact with the hotel in advance of our stay regarding the requirement of gluten free meals to which we were told not a problem contact guest relations once we had arrived. Guest relations were very reluctant to do anything to support and gave us a phone number to WhatsApp - it is almost 2 weeks later and this number has still not replied to us. The restaurant staff seemed to have very little understand of allergens. Further to reading other reviews we visited the pizza pasta restaurant but you had to order gluten free pizza (this is all they could offer) a day in advance. The waiter in this restaurant was helpful and ordered gf pizza for the remainder of the holiday. However, when you have booked an all inclusive holiday you don’t expect to only be able eat pizza…. As the holiday progressed, the bar started to run out of drinks, coke, beer etc. The main buffet restaurant was totally riddled with cats and kittens, many of which were visibly unwell, shabby and had kitten flu but the staff didn’t stop them from running over the seating or tables - even whilst guests were dining! There is also a 24/7 restaurant but on some night times this was closed, the doors were open but it was in darkness, no staff with sun loungers piled up. The rooms are cleaned daily and towels replenished and the grounds seemed generally well kept but this was honestly the only small positive. Overall, you do not get your moneys worth and would not return.

A hotel that does not meet any 5 stars. It does not even come close to 4 stars. Zero hygiene. Zero service. Broken umbrellas around the pools, dirty sunbeds around the pools. Every day there is no hot water from 16.00 to 19.00
The service staff everywhere serves and clean with medical gloves that I never saw changed.
Ultra all inclusive ?
All imported alcohol was hidden in the refrigerators, no matter if it was whiskey, vodka or cognac.
Only some local low-quality alcohol was offered, not to mention juices. There were none.
Possibly the cheapest ones that can be found on the market.
And about fresh juices, not to mention anything.
Dirty juice glasses at all times
The most disgusting thing was that the food / Hot / at the buffets was cold at all times.
After trying to make a comment, the staff answered OK, and that was it.
The only people who were linguistically prepared were at the reception, who did a great job.
The maids were also on a high level
I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO VISIT THE HOTEL UNLESS YOU WANT TO SEE FOR YOURSELF WHAT I WROTE
