Aterna Hotel in Dikili

The hotel and furniture is very old, and there is no elevators. The bed is hard as rock very uncomfortable, and there’s a column in the middle of the room, very small and uncomfortable rooms, and the bathrooms are very tiny and dirty, when I saw the room I asked them to change the room. They said there is NO room, but the hotel was almost empty unfortunately I had to stay there one night but when I need to use the shower I realized the shower head is broken. It was very painful to make a shower because the showerhead was cutting your skin, it was so disappointing, Maybe they have a good rooms too but I have a very bad experience with them so I just wanna share.

We stayed at the hotel for one night. The location is good and there is no parking problem. The staff are polite and helpful. However,
The rooms are extremely small and old. The bed in the room we were given had sagged. When we complained, we were moved to a different room, but both beds there were extremely hard. The beds urgently need to be replaced. The bathroom is very old and not clean. The breakfast was inadequate, and coffee was charged extra except for tea.

The hotel is utterly DISGUSTED. The rooms are unbelievably filthy. When they want to have it cleaned, they say, "Today is not cleaning day, how many days are you staying?" You come across such silly questions. We certainly would not have stayed in this hotel if our company had not arranged it due to our work. There are very nice hotels in the district at a much more affordable price than this hotel. I couldn't even make sense of what they called breakfast. His egg looked like anything but an egg. Don't worry. The bedding and pillows in the hotel are unbelievably dirty. A guest who came after us also had a problem with this. When you say why this is dirty, you get tripped from the employees. Good reviews were probably made by acquaintances and friends. Definitely don't come.
