Кухня и гостиная находятся на одном уровне. Дверей между ними нет, поэтому пространство открытое и светлое, но при этом зоны четко разделены. Удобно: можно накрывать на стол, не отрываясь от общения в салоне.

Территория и отдых
Двор обустроен для тех, кто любит проводить время на улице, а не в четырех стенах:
- Бассейн и загар. Есть 4 лежака и огромный зонт — он реально спасает в полдень, когда солнце в зените.
