We stayed in June. We were the only Asian family in the entire resort, so the staff called me by name as soon as I arrived at the front desk. I like all-inclusive resorts. It's very relaxing to be with my family. There are unlimited drinks and snacks. The staff are also very friendly.

The hotel is a bit humid near the sea, but it is generally good in the off-season. The wine lists of several bars are the same, with a relatively simple variety. There are many choices for breakfast and dinner, but the taste is average.

The hotel is divided into three buildings all joined together. Some of it seems a bit antiquated - my room had only one spare mains socket and no USB but it was fairly quiet at the front of the hotel and I had a nice little balcony overlooking the harbour. The room was clean and I slept well. The main complaint was that it was a fair way out of town - maybe 15 or 20 minute walk.

The room is very small. Every room has a balcony, but it's small too, you can only fit one chair and that's it. AC is alright. Çalis is a bit of a suburb (dominated by English retirees), so if you're looking for somewhere with more choice of restaurants etc, go down the road to Fethiye itself. The hotel's location is close to the bus station, which is why we chose it. There's a hairdryer in the room. But there's a big BUT: we didn't see any hot or even warm water; the tap only runs cold. So taking a shower is simply impossible, especially in winter. The breakfast is decent: Turkish, with eggs, potatoes, jam, and more.

The hotel is located near the Otagar, which is very convenient if you need to stay here for one or two nights and then go on your way. There is also a shopping center nearby, which is also very convenient.

Because we arrived late, we put down our luggage and went out to eat. When we came back, we found that there was nothing in the room, no drinking water, no cups for drinking water, no toilet paper in the bathroom, and even no quilt in the room. There was only a thin sheet on the bed. 🙁 It was already past midnight, and it was too late to change hotels. In the end, I covered myself with a few blankets...

The receptionist in the hotel was very kind and was very helpful. The room was very clean and the breakfast tasted good. One the best hotel I ever stayed.

It was a good hotel for the price. There was an elevator, so it was easy to get around even with a lot of luggage. And if you ask the hotel owner about paragliding (cost, what to bring, etc.), he will do his best to tell you. It was really great!

Clean hotel. Good location within walking distance to Erasta and Paspatur bazaar.

A good place to stay when we arrived we waited an hour in the room, most things don't work. Spa does not work, etc. place slides well dirty rooms

We had a family holiday in peace and good business.to make the dressing, first-aid bags or boxes have minor flaws.

If you want to spend the whole day in the hotel..the buffet limited time, you're sunk..if I travel to get a place to stay..staff is friendly but indifferent to the ideal.

Nice hotel but the problem is the area hight place you should walk still there or going by car can be much better.

This hotel is outdated, needs a whole renovation, location is good minutes to City centre, no parking, not accessable for disabled people, the view is beautiful, the open buffet is good.

The hotel is lovely with a fantastic view. It's at the top of a hill so the only downside to it is a steep walk to get there. Staff were very friendly.

Family run nice hotel with full board or bed and breakfast

A cool place to stay, but response to customer was less than expected. We had no towels in the room, and reseption did not respond even after we called asking for them. However, swimming pools are good, staff are nice, and food is not bad.

Its good clean and friendly staff and best if all it is less that a minute from the beech.... if you want better you will have to pay much more
