The room is very small. Every room has a balcony, but it's small too, you can only fit one chair and that's it. AC is alright. The hotel's location was good for us. The breakfasts weren't very good, but there was a limited selection. The hairdryer and refrigerator in the room weren't working, but we didn't bother to report the issue. The air conditioning wasn't working, but we did report it and it was quickly fixed. The rooms are old, clean, and odorless. Overall, everything was fine and in line with the price.

Looking at the comments and pictures, we stayed for 10 days and we were very satisfied as a family. The staff is friendly, the environment is quiet and calm, it is very close to everywhere you need to go in Fethiye. There are many corporate or non-corporate markets around. I went with my wife for 2 nights and we had a great time. The location is wonderful, Kabak Beach is within walking distance and it is a legendary beach establishment. It is 5 star hotel quality in every sense. Thank you for everything. I recommend it with peace of mind.

No need to mention the tremendous view from the terrace - just for that one it's already worth visiting But the food is also delicious and quality - freshly-made traditional gözleme, grilled meat, side dishes - you name it. Best place ever I see in Kabak. I didn’t know this location I just stop on the way and ask a person about where is Misafir Evi coz I asked so many people about where to eat quality food with normal price and guess how I am lucky. We came here for our honeymoon, we stayed for a week.The view was so mesmerizing, and there is privacy too. The breakfast is so delicious, has many tasteful side dishes, of cheese, jams and honey. The manager and his wife, the receptionist, are so welcoming and kind. However, the pool had a crack in it which made the levels of the pool drop a few inches, also it kept filling up with dead bugs and insects...

A simply magnificent hotel, the staff are always attentive and caring. We had a wonderful stay here, the view is simply sublime, we were able to enjoy the swimming pool, the jacuzzi, but also the beach which is 30 minutes from the hotel (by car). The hotel is on a mountain. It takes around 20 mins up in the mountains road to get their. The road is terrific, but the view from up there was amazing.
