Staff were very friendly, our room as others have said was clean. Overall a very nice hotel but the rooms and bathrooms are small and our bathroom in particular was in need of a refurb. Breakfast was typically Turkish - a reasonable choice but the warm food was cool to cold which is not uncommon in Türkiye. A microwave to warm up your breakfast would be a useful addition to the dining area.

Staff is superb and very helpful. Rooms and hallways are very clean. Location is near the beach. Breakfast was plentiful and very fresh, including eggs, waffles, yogurt, cheeses and many kinds of fresh fruit and vegetables.

Rooms are basic but clean. The hotel is ideal it’s on the seafront and within easy reach of all restaurants and bars. The pool and pool area are clean we never had a problem with sun beds or umbrellas. Our Second visit to the Gunes pronounced GUN ESS,its a little gem,clean tidy and lovely staff found it with Jet 2 last year and decided to go back again on 18 Sept 2017. We only do B&B and the breakfast was ample,its right on the beach lots going on in Cali's,water taxi or Dolmus to Fethiye and beyond,launch yourself from the Gunes you will be delighted and the BROTHERS will be returning

Worked very well for us. This hotel was very well located for us. It is 100 meters from the Rhodes ferry landing and easy to find. Staff were very friendly and helpful and spoke pretty good English. The hotel's location was good for us. The breakfasts weren't very good, but there was a limited selection. The hairdryer and refrigerator in the room weren't working, but we didn't bother to report the issue. The air conditioning wasn't working, but we did report it and it was quickly fixed. It is 800 meters walk from Fethiye Station, 1 km walk to the beach, and 1.2 km walk to the old town. You have to change trains to stay here. The facilities are old, but very clean. This Turkish public bath is great. I experienced the full service, which lasted about 2 hours and cost 1,300 liras. Mixed bathing requires a certain level of psychological preparation
