The room is very small. Every room has a balcony, but it's small too, you can only fit one chair and that's it. AC is alright. The hotel's location was good for us. The breakfasts weren't very good, but there was a limited selection. The hairdryer and refrigerator in the room weren't working, but we didn't bother to report the issue. The air conditioning wasn't working, but we did report it and it was quickly fixed. The rooms are old, clean, and odorless. Overall, everything was fine and in line with the price.

Disadvantages: The room card was invalid several times during the two days of stay, and the front desk's English was not good enough for communication. Our stay at the Reis Hotel was amazing! As soon as we checked in, we were greeted with kindness and helpfulness. The hotel was located in a great central area, everything was very close.
