Delayed my check in from 2:00pm to 3:30pm due to rooms not being cleaned on time. Be prepared as they don’t provide any towels for the pool. Apparently they get stolen. Room aircon doesn’t work, telephone in room doesn’t work. View is great but service is average.

The hotel's location was good for us. The breakfasts weren't very good, but there was a limited selection. The hairdryer and refrigerator in the room weren't working, but we didn't bother to report the issue. The air conditioning wasn't working, but we did report it and it was quickly fixed. The rooms are old, clean, and odorless. Overall, everything was fine and in line with the price.

Disadvantages: The room card was invalid several times during the two days of stay, and the front desk's English was not good enough for communication. We had a suite with 2 rooms, tea and coffee making facilities, a bar fridge and washing machine. The view of the marina was lovely and we had 2 nice balconies. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and there were lots of nice restaurants near by.

This was one of my favourite hotel we stayed in turkey. I can’t start to explain how kind and amazing Nabil (the owner) was to us. It is a very convenient location and the property is very spacious. While it is an older hotel, I have no complaints at all and I would definitely go back when visiting fethiye.

The place was a15 minute walk to city center where Ölüdeniz bus stop is located. The seafront is about 2-3 minutes walk. You can walk to center by the seafront. It was quiet and clean with, of course, an AC.

An excellent option for the price. Close to corniche, restaurants and all amenities. Very friendly staff. Room had AC and full size fridge which was a blessing when traveling with kid. Will definitely consider staying again when visiting Fethiye.

We’ve had a really nice experience here. The people working there were extremely friendly and looked after us like we were family. Close to The boulevard and also close to the city centre and the bazaar/market. There are a few small shops for food closeby as well. Breakfast was also nice. This is a great hotel for a vacation. Located near the sea. The staff is very helpful! I really liked the room: it was spacious, had a kitchenette (with dishes), and a large balcony which was perfect for enjoying tea in the evenings. The only issue was that the shower drain wasn't working well. After I reported it to the front desk, a staff member came, fiddled with the drain, and it improved slightly. The breakfasts were tasty and filling. The sea is a 7-10 minute walk away.

Pretty neat hotel near the city center. The owner was nice throughout our entire stay of 2 nights, just absent from time to time which wasn't a problem. The pool was decently clean and overall it was pretty quiet despite being near a busy road. The location was close to most things you'd need in the city. Will probably visit again next time :)

It was a great exp. Here we had alots of fun the location was great just walking 2 min to the beach and if you dont like the beach you can get the pool inside the residence And the rooms was clean and a view from each room we where in [ 303 ] and the price was good and i really recomend it
