Great relaxing chill out tunes at bars in evening with soft comfortable seating and nice lighting and vibe

The rooms were spacious, comfortable and cleaned every day. The gardens and grounds are absolutely stunning and are an absolute credit to the Hotel and all the staff who work so hard everyday to keep them pristine

There was a large selection of different cocktails which we thoroughly enjoyed. The pools were a little chilly but once you were in soon got used to it , the sea was still lovely and warm

Favourites for us was watching the sun rise up at sunrise bar with a coffee , dining at moonlight under the lights, lykia terrace for breakfast and lunch , Turkish coffee from the agora bar , cocktails at sunrise and sunset were amazing

There were lots of fun activities to do all through the day. We paticularly enjoyed the darts, aqua gym, boccia and archery run by friendly fun staff and also enjoyed the slides ,kayaks and paddle boards

Most beautiful setting I’ve been to ( I’ve done turkey numerous times , Mexico , Dominican , Greece , canaries etc ) The location really is outstanding. Views from every bar , restaurant , pools, terrace

Definitely not a 5* hotel and more like a 4*. A good location on the sea front with a beautiful sunset every evening. The food selection each evening was very good and freshly cooked

I stayed at this hotel for the first time on my own, after always traveling with family or a partner before

We celebrated a friend's birthday at this resort with 30+ people. Plenty of activities to keep all ages entertained. Food wise the buffet restaurant was the most varied and seemed to have something for everyone

Overall the experience was really good. The food is fantastic with options for everyone. Pools are nice and the bars have all the branded drinks. Entertainment for the kids everyday

We tried 2 of the dinner restaurants - but the service was very slow and the food wasn't really suitable for the kids. The entertainment in the evening was fun

Also tried the Indian restaurant and Asian restaurant which were also lovely 24/7 patisserie is great, lots of choice and coffee options were great! Honestly so glad we chose to come here

We had good nights of sleep apart from some noise intermittently coming from delivery in the resort next door?. Another positive is the entertainment, lots of animation and activities from day to day to keep you busy

We stayed at this resort first week of October in the building namned Telmessos. The Family Room was spacious, modern and very clean (thanks to the cleaner, she was amazing and friendly)

The food was repetitive and not high quality. Meat was chewy or dry and apart from yoghurts and the ordinary condiments and gravy, there were no other sauces to pair with the food

For eg, the Doner kebab in the food stalls was great but it had no pairing sauce. The meal could have been satisfying if only they have sauce options such as garlic sauce

It's not a huge resort but that's not a bad thing as there's not too much walking and there is always a bar close by. Beds and pillow are firm and you can ask them to put a foam layer on top of the mattress which helps

We had an amazing stay at Jiva Beach Resort Fethiye. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The location, atmosphere, and overall experience exceeded our expectations

Also, a big appreciation to Executive Chef Serkan, whose food was outstanding. Every meal was delicious, well-presented, and clearly prepared with great care and talent

This is my second time at Jiva Beach and 7 years later the service is still excellent. The restaurant has a new extension ,the variety of food is exceptional and so is the service, the staff can't do enough for you

We were the only Asian family in the entire resort, so the staff called me by name as soon as I arrived at the front desk. It's very relaxing to be with my family. There are unlimited drinks and snacks

Stayed here from 15-22 July 25, Myself & my friend Joanne (Princess) :) There was a slight issue when we arrived about not having a twin room, (that was requested with TUI) it was a double, I sleep quite poorly so didn't want to keep disturbing Joanne, after about half an hour the issue was resolved with an upgrade to a family room, so that we had the 2 beds a double & a single, as we were very tired...

Food was very good, we visited both of the on site restaurants, the Turkish & the Italian. The Italian was our favourite, BUT it was very very hot up there, suggest closing the windows & having the air con on

I was planning to try the spa services but the behavior of the lady at reception wasn’t good. Special thanks to Aybeniz at the front desk for her beautiful smile and hard working

Beach was mostly with waves, it is pebbly-sandy beach, there is also ladder-entrance from the sea-bridge. Sea was warm even in September and you can swim if there are no too big waves, otherwise you can float on waves

Beach is not some Oludeniz-blue, sea was clean, warm, but it's not very transparent probably because of the waves, and it's most of the part shallow. There are several creeks and a river which flow into the sea

Only I am not sure did they clean room every day, and bathroom, they did once I asked, and probably once on their initiative, for other days I am not sure, they cleaned terrace at least once, though

It's nice and interesting resort in forest, with lots of plants like palms, with 300m path through the forest to the beach. It gives abundant impression, but not too much (I liked that)

Hotel is 30 km from the Fethiye, opposite of the Oludeniz direction. I was in late September and lot of guests were families with little kids, mostly Russians and Turks

Food was excellent, although if you are for example vegan, you should tell them in advance, or give up on the hotel, since there is not much written what is in food

Sunset is a lovely place to stay - quite quiet even in peak season with plenty of pools to ensure you always get a spot. The mini shop on site is well stocked so you can just chill out

I strongly recommend Costa Restaurant which was a block away from the hotel. Even though the property was not what we saw in the pictures we managed to have a good time. You definitely need a car to stay in this resort

Overall area and the location was good, the accessibility to pool was also helpful. Our unit was not very clean and basic necessity items were missing or in non-usable condition. Beach accessibility was good.

Calis promenade is also lovely, with plenty of bars and restaurants and the stroll down there at sunset is wonderful. The walk from the Sunset Beach club though really needs improvement

The location of the hotel is good because it is right on the beach. However you need a car to get to downtown Fethiye and the marina. There are very few restaurants in the area

Obviously as they got broken whoever is in charge of the property just replaced them with whatever they found in the supermarket. Even so the kitchen was also poorly equiped

Parking is very limited on the streets at night. If you’re facing the sea, it’s quite noisy until 2:00 am or so. The rooms smelled to smoke wafting from the staff floors below. Breakfast was good.

I was very pleased with my stay at the Ata Park Hotel. It's centrally located, and the staff are especially friendly and helpful

The WiFi was strong but is not on a secured network so the computer had complaints of its own. A happy hour with seating in the courtyard by the pool precedes the buffet dinner

Our Terrace suite with to Hot Tub outside was simply one of the best rooms my wife and I have stayed in, Simple, small and cozy with built in large flat screen that comes out of the bed's baseboard with a remote control , really cool

Some of it seems a bit antiquated - my room had only one spare mains socket and no USB but it was fairly quiet at the front of the hotel and I had a nice little balcony overlooking the harbour

Especially since it was confirmed on the Internet and they didn't know anything about it at the reception

so chilled ,nice staff,rooms cleaned regularly, and the fantastic staff in the restaurant bar are friends for life

Absolutely incredible! I don’t understand ANY negative reviews; the food is delicious, the staff is courteous, polite and caring

The hotel is in a great position on the seafront, we were in the annex across the road from the seafront part of the hotel

The room is spotless, the ac works, the bathroom incredibly clean and the room has a balcony. Not sure what anyone is complaining about at 50 euro a night

There is a easy access to the sea. The beach is covered with small stones. There is a swimming pool as well. The swimming pool is placed next to the restaurant so it's easy to have a snack

Would have been nice to have a kettle in the room as would have liked to sit on the balcony and relax Cleaning isnt of best standard (we moved a bed and found a greeting card from what we assume was the previous guests) but did visit most days to change towels and linen was changed mid week We loved the Turkish breakfast, nice choice, lovely and fresh

We had a sea view room and it was ideal to view the sunset. The omelette man was a star 👍 Staff very friendly and helpful. The bar and pool area is great

The reception were very good when we checked in, and always helped if we needed it. The room was clean, with a nice shower. Breakfast was basic Turkish (you are in turkey) with a chef cooking fried, scrambled or omelette

Rooms basic but is a 3 star but more than adequate as qe spent all day by/in the pool and the bar! Everyone, staff and clients all very friendly and extremely helpful. Lots of other guests have been there many times

particularly liked the rabbit bread and honey No complaints Bar was great. Could order food at the bar that came from the hotel restaurant and it was nice. Decent portion, tasty and fresh

Just back from a week stay, wasnt sure what to expect but had a great time. Rooms are somewhat basic but you do get what you pay for, though the air con and mini fridge were a great touch

Light bulbs were replaced when asked. Gentlemen on reception was very helpful & friendly. Pay extra for safe deposit box £1 per day. Great location on the sea front

Clean rooms (the ones in the very front a bit too small), a completely redesigned, highly professional (and equally priced, at least for ₺ earners) Italian restaurant & bar, great pool area, instant access to the warm waters of the Mediterranean & overall customer-friendly staff

There's still room for improvement such as the addition of digital color TV's and hot water to every room but the pros should outweigh the minimal cons in the end

stayed here in Sept last year, absolutely loved it it here, staff, hotel, pool and location are brilliant, cannot wait till this Saturday when we are back here

You probably won't regret the time you'll have spent at this tiny, cozy hotel and the colorful Çalış coastline

Nice place to stay close to the beach and very handy for the shops and restaurants

Yana and Nodir were extremely helpful and even recommended an amazing hammam nearby! We have been welcomed by two glasses of fresh orange juice which just shows again how great the atmosphere was

This hotel was the highlight of our 10 day trip to Fethiye. The room, the garden, the breakfast - everything was perfect and up to the highest expectations

Getting to the city wasn't complicated at all, a taxi boat was arriving within 10 minutes (though it can get quite expensive after 22: 30)

We were kayaking around the island and enjoying the private beach and the calm for 6 days and we would definitely stay longer next time!

I spent two nights here and had really enjoyed everything! The hotel is on an island right across Fethiye

We had a lovely two weeks here hotel was very quiet which suited us but only a five minute walk from the beach,staff where very friendly especially Nadi nothing a problem for him we'd definitely stay here again

The rooms are spacious and cleaned every day and the grounds are kept immaculate. The pool is lovely and surprisingly warm which I loved. There's not a lot of loungers but we always got one

It is so peaceful and relaxing. We kept leaving 20 lira tip every time we went to the bar but when we were going back they wouldn't charge us for our water saying you've spent enough

We arrived the early hours of Saturday morning to suprise my daughter and her partner and my little poppy who arrived 2 days before and what a surprise they got

I've never experienced this before in turkey. They are such a lovely family. All in all a fantastic week and will definitely be back

Lovely hotel, recently renovated to a high standard. Pool, breakfast, rooms all great. Best of all is the staff, most of which have been there for years. They are polite , friendly and helpful

The hotel its self is set in a beautiful garden with sun beds for everyone and a great pool area which as a very relaxing feeling and great for chilling out also with outside dinning ,the rooms are very spacious clean and comfortable with everything you need, the service is excellent the staff are absolutely fantastic nothing is too much trouble for them from checking in to leaving, Faith, Sulemon...

He is tireless and nothing is too much trouble. Going to try and book again but TUI are not turning up for their contract meetings (same with the Oykun) and we will be emailing TUI separately about this

The breakfast was a free buffet which exceeded our expectations. The breakfast room has a great view of the harbour with indoor and out door seating

Excellent and beautiful location. It’s now my favorite hotel in Fethiye and I stay here often. Staff very helpful with extra requests and help with luggage, etc. lovely breakfasts outside overlooking the harbor.

This hotel was very well located for us. It is 100 meters from the Rhodes ferry landing and easy to find. Staff were very friendly and helpful and spoke pretty good English

Room came w/2 comp bottles of water & a mini-fridge. Had a circular room table & desk. Across the street from where you catch the ferry to Rhodes

Except for the parking problem, everything else is good.

If there was one thing that was disappointing, there was no large central light in the room other than the auxiliary building, so it was a little uncomfortable haha

The room was good overall, the hotel looked grand overall, and the room was a good size. There is no problem putting the suitcase in there. It is not particularly new. There are many cute cats in the hotel lobby.

It is a very nice hotel where you can go and stay once it is opened. Especially when the terrace restaurant is opened, the view is not enough.

It's close to Starbucks and a mart, and it's great to walk around at night. I didn't use the swimming pool, but the view was amazing

It's very good, the room was upgraded for free, the city view room, but there is a passage in the corridor to go out to see the sea

We arrived and one of the rooms the AC wasn’t working, the toilet seat cleaning facility wasn’t working! The AC was fixed same day but the toilet water cleaning system stayed unfixed. The bed mattress was uncomfortable

I had a great stay at Yeniceri City Hotel. The location was convenient, right by the harbor, Dolmus stop and old town. The hotel was very clean and the staff very helpful. The breakfast was very good also

Room clean with a big balcony facing the seaside. Hotel switches AC on unlike some 5* hotels I’ve stayed at. Location is close to the old town where you can find everything within walking distance

Later, after sitting on the sofa for several hours, when it was time to clean the room, the receptionist had the cleaning staff prioritize cleaning a room for me so I could check in early—very thoughtful! The room was very clean, and the location was convenient, close to the street with many restaurants and cafes nearby

We went at 23 o clock at night the guy from reception he came with his scoter to show us the road to go to the parking next to hotel! Very nice atmosphere in the room and a lot of space! The hotel is located in the very center of Fethiye. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The breakfast is a bit basic, and coffee is not included. The rooms are pleasant and clean, with a nice view

The breakfast was good, and the cleanliness was acceptable. However, for 1000 RMB, we felt it was still overpriced. The room was rather small, the bed was quite high, and the bedding was only average

Hotel is clean and well situated. Two taxi stations near, balik bazar and port. Reception is nice and helpful. They serve breakfast in the cafe in the same building which is very convenient

Hotels in Fethiye are generally quite expensive, and parking is pricey too. This hotel boasts a great location, being very close to the marina and convenient for shopping

Indoor and outdoor eating seats. Bus stop right there as well, but we walked ten to fifteen minutes to town and all over. The pool was just being filled so not usable, and cold

We had to book in at very late notice and a long holiday in Turkey. The hotel managed to find us a great room overlooking the marina, and let us check in early

It is in the area of Karagozler. There is a nice restaurant which is called Yengec, 2 mins away. The room was clean, good location.

We would recommend staying at this accommodation if you really want to relax away from the crowds and have privacy

We came here for our honeymoon, we stayed for a week. The view was so mesmerizing, and there is privacy too. The breakfast is so delicious, has many tasteful side dishes, of cheese, jams and honey

The manager and his wife, the receptionist, are so welcoming and kind. However, the pool had a crack in it which made the levels of the pool drop a few inches, also it kept filling up with dead bugs and insects
