The rooms were spacious, comfortable and cleaned every day. The gardens and grounds are absolutely stunning and are an absolute credit to the Hotel and all the staff who work so hard everyday to keep them pristine

Favourites for us was watching the sun rise up at sunrise bar with a coffee , dining at moonlight under the lights, lykia terrace for breakfast and lunch , Turkish coffee from the agora bar , cocktails at sunrise and sunset were amazing

There were lots of fun activities to do all through the day. We paticularly enjoyed the darts, aqua gym, boccia and archery run by friendly fun staff and also enjoyed the slides ,kayaks and paddle boards

Most beautiful setting I’ve been to ( I’ve done turkey numerous times , Mexico , Dominican , Greece , canaries etc ) The location really is outstanding. Views from every bar , restaurant , pools, terrace

The food and drink is accessible at all times during the day with fantastic options on different places to go. We found all the food venues to have a great choice with delicious fresh food

There was a large selection of different cocktails which we thoroughly enjoyed. The pools were a little chilly but once you were in soon got used to it , the sea was still lovely and warm

I'd been wondering why no one posted photos of the hotel's food until I checked in – they were too busy taking pictures to get food! There's a dedicated buffet and dining area for children, which is very thoughtful

The hotel environment and service are very new, and every staff member is very friendly and polite. Ice cream and drinks are available 24 hours a day and are delicious

The food was incredibly plentiful, perfect for those with a generous budget who want to stay for a few more days. The kids absolutely loved the evening activities

The cocktails were the best we tried, but none satisfied us. There are performances every night, creating a fantastic atmosphere!

The hotel also has a small shop where you can buy everything you need

We celebrated a friend's birthday at this resort with 30+ people. Plenty of activities to keep all ages entertained. Food wise the buffet restaurant was the most varied and seemed to have something for everyone

Overall the experience was really good. The food is fantastic with options for everyone. Pools are nice and the bars have all the branded drinks. Entertainment for the kids everyday

We tried 2 of the dinner restaurants - but the service was very slow and the food wasn't really suitable for the kids. The entertainment in the evening was fun

Shout out to the yoga instructor who continued with a hathya yoga session despite the stormy weather and even managed to teach us a few aerial yoga moves

There are mosquitoes everywhere and the water in the swimming pools are cold in October but we all still managed to enjoy ourselves

There was nothing in the surrounding areas of the hotel but if you're just looking to stay resort based then this is perfect

We were the only Asian family in the entire resort, so the staff called me by name as soon as I arrived at the front desk. It's very relaxing to be with my family. There are unlimited drinks and snacks

The staff are also very friendly

We want to thank Fatih bey at the reception because he always made sure everything was alright and kept checking on us. We also want to thank Sercan bey from Paprika à la carte because he was really nice and efficient

There are many choices for breakfast and dinner, but the taste is average

This is my second time at Jiva Beach and 7 years later the service is still excellent. The restaurant has a new extension ,the variety of food is exceptional and so is the service, the staff can't do enough for you

4 night stay in a corner suite. We don’t normally do all inclusive but we didn’t need to worry, this place is fantastic. Food and drinks were amazing, staff very friendly and the place was spotlessly clean

The animation team really make the evenings come alive and are so present throughout the day. The choice In the main restaurant is vast and although not Michelin star quality it is certainly more than value for money

The setting is incredible: a private bay with clear sea and in August an amazing temperature. It felt tropical! The secluded private location felt special and the views from all parts of the resort were incredible

Gone are the bead curtains at the bathroom doorway – replaced by elegant wooden doors that are both stylish and practical. • Food Quality: The culinary offering has noticeably improved

For me what brought us back to Hillside was still there the atmosphere and warmth created by the team and the location are right up there with some of the best resorts I have visited

Some nice extra touches like mid afternoon snacks and then hot dogs pre dinner! It is hard not to over-eat here! A really brilliant place and a we are excited to return

A particular highlight was the fresh prawns, a welcome upgrade from the mushy ones we encountered in earlier years. Every meal felt fresher and better curated

We were here during my birthday and got surprised with cake, fruit and wine in our room. Such a caring move and I was so thankful

Stayed here from 15-22 July 25, Myself & my friend Joanne (Princess) :) There was a slight issue when we arrived about not having a twin room, (that was requested with TUI) it was a double, I sleep quite poorly so didn't want to keep disturbing Joanne, after about half an hour the issue was resolved with an upgrade to a family room, so that we had the 2 beds a double & a single, as we were very tired...

This hotel experience was absolutely perfect! With its stunning beachfront location, I could enjoy breathtaking sunsets every evening, the afterglow casting a shadow over the sparkling waters, creating a truly captivating atmosphere

Food was very good, we visited both of the on site restaurants, the Turkish & the Italian. The Italian was our favourite, BUT it was very very hot up there, suggest closing the windows & having the air con on

The pool is gorgeous, perfect for relaxing under the sun, and the whole place has a wonderfully calm, happy vibe that makes you never want to leave. A lovely spot for a truly memorable stay

The staff are friendly and polite without being pushy (which is important for a brit!) We really appreciated the communication they gave us and the helpful nature that they all have. Welcoming, warm and wonderful stay

I was there for 10 days in july 2024 with 10 of my family members, and we had excellent experience enjoying every day. We are still in touch with some of them. The hotel is in the middle of green, so nice

I also tried delicious king-size gözleme (made by a very nice woman near the restaurant). In both cases I had rooms under the roof. However, some of the equipment needs to be repaired/replaced

The forest road with the choir of frogs is a fabulous place in the evening)). The staff is polite, friendly and worked conscientiously. They were always ready to help and answer my questions

The entertainment is top quality and has something for everyone. The food is great and varied and my girlfriend and I have had a fantastic 5 nights with a welcoming and warm hosts

This hotel is great value for money. The staff was friendly and helpful. The outdoor parking lot was safe.

The rain shower head could be used but difficult to adjust the temperature of the water. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially the young man at the reception. He spoke good English, very polite and attentive

Staff is superb and very helpful. Rooms and hallways are very clean. Breakfast was plentiful and very fresh, including eggs, waffles, yogurt, cheeses and many kinds of fresh fruit and vegetables

He showed us the rooms and served us a fruit platter when we checked in. Breakfast was good for food but bad for coffee. Only instant coffee was provided and the taste of the coffee was so bad

The location was good, near the beach where you could easily find restaurants there. The room was clean, decent in size with a balcony. The most disappointing part was the bathroom

It was small with poor ventilation, so it was very humid. The shower cabin was super tiny. Water could not come up to the hand shower head because of water leakage in the hose

I will start with the cons; 105 steps up to your rooms, as it is placed on an island, not geriatric-friendly at all And you have to descend the same number of steps to reach the water (water is not amazing if you are a sea-enthusiast), the infinity pool is very nice though Overpriced restaurant options, and water taxi fees Completely isolated which is a pro and a con at the same time, coz if you need...

The rooms and common areas were spotless—cleanliness was clearly a top priority, and it really made the stay comfortable. The overall atmosphere was relaxing, and every detail was well taken care of

The location is beautiful, just a short boat ride from Calis Beach on a lovely island with a cooling breeze. The breakfast was very nice, and eating on the shaded terrace overlooking the sea made it a great experience

It has a pool and beach area, and as the hotel is small, there were always plenty of beds available. There are public ferries into Fethiye if you can drag yourself away, and the hotel provides regular trips to Calis

Being on an island isolates it somewhat from the bustle of Fethiye. Ocean snorkeling or poolside relaxation is available. The Ada restaurant food was very good. The 10 minute water taxi ride ran many times a day

Beautiful location! The staff is wonderful and very hospitable. We enjoyed our stay :) The complementary boat ride to the main land is very short and convenient. I will recommend ECE to anyone visiting Fethiye!

But you need to cross a very busy dual carriageway to get to the beach. Noise from the road can be annoying of a night. Would not like to cross with small children

I was very pleased with how clean the property was the room was spotless very good shower adequate wardrobe space breakfast was excellent Celine the lady at reception was very nice and helpful memmet at breafast was very well mannered

Nothing bad to say in all honesty. First visit to Turkey and after a stay at this lovely hotel it definitely wont be the last. Lots of sun loungers every day around a great pool area which was clean and relaxing

It's only a short walk to all the restaurants calis is a great beach if you cant do hills. a small water taxi takes you into fethiye. all in all a great place to stay x thank you to the staff xx

Staff were all friendly and helpful and location was within a 10 minute walk to the beach, restaurants and bars. A visit to Fethiye was a great trip but nice to return to Calis Beach area

Pool bar served lovely snacks throughout the day and into evening. Not to everyone's liking I know, but the cats at the hotel were friendly and not a bit of trouble

I could go on but suffice it to say I was very pleased with my stay, and although short and sweet this time, I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future

I was so looking forward to staying at this boutique hotel which is situated right next the Marina. I stayed many years ago and had given it a 10/10, but unfortunately it’s become very run down and in need of restoration

I’d stayed at this hotel previously.  It’s a perfect location for me - close to the port, but right in the middle of the an area for shops and restaurants right out your door.  The service is efficient and friendly

Great location just inside Old Town and across road from port marina where you can walk and choose your boat trip. Small rooms without any real good view, but with a small balcony and some mountain hillside view

Breakfast was excellent! The air conditioning unit was a bit peculiar and didn't feel very fresh; it would turn off whenever the bathroom light was switched off. Despite this, we were able to sleep comfortably

Can't get any better location wise, and since Fethiye is about outdoor adventures and exploring Old Town shopping & eating you don't spend much time in your room so small & clean room is very acceptable

stayed here in Sept last year, absolutely loved it it here, staff, hotel, pool and location are brilliant, cannot wait till this Saturday when we are back here

Not very special. The room are outdated, but you are there only to sleep. Nice swimming pool and when you cross the boulevard you are on the beach. Many restaurants and bars nearby.

Will be booking at the same spa again this year

We had a lovely two weeks here hotel was very quiet which suited us but only a five minute walk from the beach,staff where very friendly especially Nadi nothing a problem for him we'd definitely stay here again

The rooms are spacious and cleaned every day and the grounds are kept immaculate. The pool is lovely and surprisingly warm which I loved. There's not a lot of loungers but we always got one

It is so peaceful and relaxing. We kept leaving 20 lira tip every time we went to the bar but when we were going back they wouldn't charge us for our water saying you've spent enough

We arrived the early hours of Saturday morning to suprise my daughter and her partner and my little poppy who arrived 2 days before and what a surprise they got

I've never experienced this before in turkey. They are such a lovely family. All in all a fantastic week and will definitely be back

The location of the hotel is good because it is right on the beach. However you need a car to get to downtown Fethiye and the marina. There are very few restaurants in the area

I strongly recommend Costa Restaurant which was a block away from the hotel. Even though the property was not what we saw in the pictures we managed to have a good time. You definitely need a car to stay in this resort

Overall area and the location was good, the accessibility to pool was also helpful. Our unit was not very clean and basic necessity items were missing or in non-usable condition. Beach accessibility was good.

Calis promenade is also lovely, with plenty of bars and restaurants and the stroll down there at sunset is wonderful. The walk from the Sunset Beach club though really needs improvement

Sunset is a lovely place to stay - quite quiet even in peak season with plenty of pools to ensure you always get a spot. The mini shop on site is well stocked so you can just chill out

Obviously as they got broken whoever is in charge of the property just replaced them with whatever they found in the supermarket. Even so the kitchen was also poorly equiped

The hotel also offers many excursions that were priced similarly to packages we’d purchased through third party providers like Get Your Guide, but included a transfer to the pick up locations of the excursions

Been staying at Club E for almost 20 years (excluding Covid years)- very friendly staff & excellent service. Good food & ideal location a short walk to the beach.Recently refurbished. Booked again for 2026.

The hotel its self is set in a beautiful garden with sun beds for everyone and a great pool area which as a very relaxing feeling and great for chilling out also with outside dinning ,the rooms are very spacious clean and comfortable with everything you need, the service is excellent the staff are absolutely fantastic nothing is too much trouble for them from checking in to leaving, Faith, Sulemon...

Special mention to Suleiman and Fatih for the entertainment around the bar on barbecue night…fantastic dancing!! There are a lot of returning guests here which says a lot and we have never found so many chatty and friendly guests as we did on this holiday which was lovely

Except for the parking problem, everything else is good.

Excellent and beautiful location. It’s now my favorite hotel in Fethiye and I stay here often. Staff very helpful with extra requests and help with luggage, etc. lovely breakfasts outside overlooking the harbor.

This hotel was very well located for us. It is 100 meters from the Rhodes ferry landing and easy to find. Staff were very friendly and helpful and spoke pretty good English

The breakfast was a free buffet which exceeded our expectations. The breakfast room has a great view of the harbour with indoor and out door seating

I went there with my family and enjoyed the week when we were there, Mr Kemal was extremely helpful and gave us many good places in Fethiye to go. Very english friendly and good quality. Great included Breakfast as well

Sit on the patio at dusk and watch the moon rise over the mountains behind the lights of Fethiye harbour. Magical! What really sets this hotel apart from the others is the outstanding staff

Pros: Good location, lots of food nearby, in the center of town. Disadvantages: The room card was invalid several times during the two days of stay, and the front desk's English was not good enough for communication

The room was good overall, the hotel looked grand overall, and the room was a good size. There is no problem putting the suitcase in there. It is not particularly new. There are many cute cats in the hotel lobby.

If there was one thing that was disappointing, there was no large central light in the room other than the auxiliary building, so it was a little uncomfortable haha

It is a very nice hotel where you can go and stay once it is opened. Especially when the terrace restaurant is opened, the view is not enough.

The room was large and clean ~~ The breakfast was varied and delicious ^^ The staff was friendly and it was a good value for money hotel

We used the beach bar, not the hotel - it is such a great spot! Firstly the staff are fab, really welcoming and good banter and make an effort to remember your name which is such a nice touch

The hotel shows its age but serves its purpose well. The pool is excellent and situated right by the beach, providing a perfect spot to relax

We arrived and one of the rooms the AC wasn’t working, the toilet seat cleaning facility wasn’t working! The AC was fixed same day but the toilet water cleaning system stayed unfixed. The bed mattress was uncomfortable

The breakfast was another highlight, offering a wide variety of healthy and delicious options to start the day. The staff also went out of their way to assist me planning my next trip, and finding a public transportation

Overall, the Yeniceri City Hotel provides a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and exceptional customer service. I look forward to returning in the future and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Fathiye

Great location with easy walking distance to many amenities , promenade, boats , shops and restaurants. If you choose seaview room you'll get a balcony with views across Fethiye bay

I had a great stay at Yeniceri City Hotel. The location was convenient, right by the harbor, Dolmus stop and old town. The hotel was very clean and the staff very helpful. The breakfast was very good also
