The rooms were clean, but unfortunately there was no air conditioning or fan despite the intense heat. The so-called "pool" in the bathroom has no water connection; you have to fill it with a laundry basket that's there, which is simply impossible. There's also no shower. There's a laundry basket that can be filled with water and a bowl for washing.

We visit Gazligol quite often and prefer this aparthotel. Although it is not new, the building itself and the furniture are in good condition. It is always very warm and quite clean. Excellent Wi-Fi.

Nice and clean budget aoartment We stayed for one night on our way to Antalya, apartment was really big and the hot tub was a nice experience. The bathroom needs some repairing but in all we enjoyed our stay. The staff were nice and polite.

The hotel I entered by chance was beautiful. The pool was important to me anyway. It's an affordable hotel rather than paying big bucks and going elsewhere. A nice place for those who go there.

We used Basaranlar Termal as an overnight stay to break up a long drive, and wanted to try a Termal resort. We knew each villa had its own private thermal pool/hammam-like bathroom. Perfect place for relaxing stay in Afyon. Very convinient location on the busy road but offering quet accommodation. I highly HIGHLY recommend staying at this thermal hotel. It is immaculate, family friendly and includes a jacuzi AND sauna in your own private villa. The staff are SO friendly, they go out of their way to assist you and serve you. Beds are comfy, kitchen is well equipped and overall very functional space to spend time with family to relax. The hotel has multiple free entertainment and activities.The people at the desks were super nice and they were always helpful, the food is great as well. However the layout of the corridors leasing to the rooms can be difficult for older people such as my mum who had a difficult time getting through the long corridor. Other than that everything was great.

I feel at home when I come to Afyon; it's a wonderful place and makes me feel good. First of all, the energy and attention of Ms. Rüya, whose name means "magnificent," was excellent from the moment I entered the hotel. I thank her. It's very fitting that Hilton has such successful people on its staff.

Did not get the chance to stay in this place because our car broke down and it was a 6 hours drive from us. We asked them to cancel for free and the hotel was so understanding and agreed. I do know that if we will be able to travel to this place, I will definitely book this hotel.

Reasonable accommodation for the price. Able to accommodate a family of 4 in a large room. A few things need a little polish, but all in all, a good experience. Greatly appreciated the very hot showers with excellent water pressure!!!

The service is very good, and it has reasonable prices. I really liked Mehmet Ali, a good willing man that is always at your service. He is very kind and he can help you at any time, a big benefit is that he speaks English and you can comunicate easily with him.

Everything was fine, I stayed there before. I've been staying there for 2-3 years, but I know that I sat on the terrace with the lights on until 1:12 at night. The location is fantastic. Upon arrival at night, we found the hotel to be quite old and less comfortable than we expected, but the receptionist was very helpful and directed us to the nearby Soydan Business Hotel. The hotel's facilities were good. Breakfast on the rooftop terrace with its lovely view of the old town and castle was wonderful.

It said it was a single bed, but when I went inside, I was happy to see that the bed was large, like a double bed or a queen bed. There was a small terrace and the windows were wide, so it let in a lot of light.
