Babadan Boutique in Icmeler

Arrived very late at night. Exhausted due to delays and were taken to our room. Once left alone we were disheartened at the size of the room. The double bed almost took up the full width - for 2 tall adults this meant we had to take it in turns to either walk to the balcony or walk to the bathroom as you were literally sideways with your back to the wall to get round. I have attached a photo showing the bottom of the bed and the space is left to shuffle to the balcony or back across to the bathroom. Floor space was non existent to the sense that you couldn’t even leave your suitcase on the floor to look for items you needed. I noticed cigarette burns on the bed throw and a hole in the wall at the bed. Not even a kettle in there so literally just the bed and bathroom. Furniture was cramped, old fashioned and tired. The bed frame looked ancient and depressing. The bed was noisy and every movement provided you with lots of squeaking. Slept there one night and left in the morning to look for somewhere else as to have stayed there would have totally ruined our holiday. We took the hit and paid for another hotel and it was the best decision we made. Now in a room with a separate bedroom. Sockets aplenty, a sofa, tv and kettle and fridge. Balcony is twice the size but we have so much space. If you only need a bed this will fit your needs but for a few quid more you can have so much better and it can be the difference if it making or breaking your holiday. The location was decent but our move was even better. I’ve attached a photo of the bed and the hole in the wall but to be honest I didn’t want to lift the mattress as I was worried what I might have found. I also got eaten alive in there that one evening so couldn’t sleep between that and the creaking everytime I moved an arm or a leg.

Also very misleading as this is the hotel and the hotel is not the same as the apartments with the same name. Some of the reviews under this hotel are actually for the apartments which are owned by different people and a much higher standard.
