Me and my family have spent our vacation in this hotel already twice (summer 2022 and 2023). We are still happy with it. Nice servis, tasty healthy food, good drinks, kid-friendly, quiet. Most probably we will come back to this hotel again, safe zone)))

Excellent service, manager Askin is the absolute best, good food, plenty of choise, lovely ambiance. I come back every year! The pool is very nice and clean, parasols and beds are new and comfortable, and so are the rooms. Near to beach and stores

The staff is polite and helpful. We were from April 27 to May 8. There were 2 families in the hotel) the food was good, but there was little fruit. There were only apples and oranges. The food is delicious. No one left hungry. They don’t water down the booze, they don’t skimp on it. Opposite the hotel there is a beach across the road. You need to be careful when crossing, because no one stops for a pedestrian, you have to run across. The waiter Mustafa knows Russian best and tries to keep the conversation going. The furniture and bedding are new, clean, not tired. Flat TV. They don't give you blankets, but you don't need them, it's so warm. The air conditioner works great. The pool is open until 18.00. At the beginning of the season, not all places on the beach are occupied by hotel sun loungers on the 1st line. So we swam and sunbathed there on the sand. I really liked the hotel, it deserves a solid 4 stars! We went on excursions from Susanna, she had the best prices!

A small hotel where mostly retired Europeans live. The two of us were Russians. So it was very quiet there. After 19:00 you can no longer swim in the pool, but the sea is right across the road. Walk 2 minutes. Very polite staff, they speak Russian. The food is tasty, but not very varied. If you eat for 5-7 days, then ok. The rooms are clean, linen and towels are changed every 3 days, but you can ask earlier. Sun loungers and beach towels are available for a fee. As is the second key for the room. The city itself is very cool, good beach (sand plus small pebbles)

IT'S MORE BANNED IT'S BANNED! During our recent trip to Turkey, my family and I decided to vacation at an all-inclusive hotel. We were looking forward to enjoying the sun, the beach and the local gastronomy. Unfortunately, our experience at the hotel was disappointing, if not horrible. Upon arrival at the hotel we were struck by the lack of food choices. Despite being all-inclusive, it seemed like there was nothing to eat. The local cuisine is one of the reasons we chose Turkey as our destination, but we were disappointed to find that there was no Turkish pizza available. It was a missed opportunity to taste delicious local specialties. The hotel swimming pool was also a point of disappointment. It was incredibly small compared to the number of customers present. It was difficult to find a place to relax, and the tranquility we were hoping for was far from being forthcoming. We quickly realized that the hotel seemed to care more about filling its rooms than ensuring a pleasant experience for its guests. The highlight of our disappointment was the meals. The breakfast was simply disgusting, with poorly prepared items and limited variety. Dinner was equally disappointing, with tasteless and unappetizing dishes. We expected to taste delicious Turkish flavors but were met with bland and mediocre food. The height of the hotel's indifference was the behavior of the boss. He seemed completely uninterested in customer satisfaction and was primarily concerned with money. There was no desire to resolve our issues or make our stay more pleasant. Ultimately, our stay at this hotel in Turkey was a disappointing and frustrating experience. We were hoping to enjoy our vacation to the fullest, but we were faced with constant obstacles that spoiled our enjoyment. This taught us the importance of doing thorough research before choosing accommodation, even if it claims to be "all-inclusive". We will definitely not return to this property and hope other travelers have a more pleasant experience in Turkey.

We stayed between 17 July -21 July 2023. The rooms are nice, but the cupboard that they said had a minibar was a makeshift cupboard at normal room temperature. It was of no use. So you didn't have the chance to have cold water in your room. Since we couldn't find cold water, we had to constantly ask for ice from the pool bar, and the friend who gave it gave it to us with a sneer. The employees were not friendly. While eating, there were pestering flies in the food service area. Unfortunately, we came across flies and bees in a few things on the dessert. Swimming flies and bees..... I also took a few photos. For the sake of evidence. Veal was not included in any meals. The desserts were so bad we couldn't eat them.

You cannot find a better one in terms of price and performance. Attention tea lovers, it has delicious tea. It's not right next to the sea, but it's very close. Your room is constantly being cleaned. There is evening entertainment 3 days a week, all the staff plays, it turns the hotel into a wedding house)) I recommend you not to miss the live music on Wednesday... @selcukguven48 The hotel music is very good, I have never heard this good even in the 5 * hotels I have been to. The pool is clean, you can't see any smell of medicine, hair, etc. I would also like to thank Mr. Ferhat at the reception for his interest. I would like to thank Mr. Engin and Ms. Banu for their care for the hotel.

When we entered the hotel, Mr. Ferhat welcomed us nicely, but even though they saw that we had a child with us, they gave us a room on the 3rd floor. They could have shown some initiative or asked our opinion. Anyway, we did not say anything. The rooms ***meat was clean, bar area pool ***meat was clean, the lady working in the bar section ***meat was friendly, there was a cleaning problem in the restaurant part, we couldn't eat because of chasing black flies. They floured and fried the same fish and brought it out again the next day. They did this a lot in some dishes. The restaurant is more crowded than necessary and you cannot find a seat when you go there. If you go there late, you have to sit at the dirty tables and eat. They do not clean it immediately. The waiters are inadequate. It seemed to me that they do not care about customer satisfaction. They did not even ask me anything about the organization. These days, people are always trying to get a seat, you still can't find a place to sit. In the same way, they get up in the morning and put towels on the sun loungers. I didn't like this at all. The food was good, not bad, but I wouldn't choose it again.
