Hotels All-inclusive in Icmeler

The staff are absolutely fabulous and so helpful especially Mizgin who remembered our drinks order, was so friendly and was so attentive with the clearing of our table once we had finished dinner

Just spend one week in orka Lotus beach hotel and I’m very, very satisfied… Great location, lovely atmosphere,delicious food and views made a huge impression on me and my family, rooms very comfortable and clean with A/C

Some days the music was a little loud but we still loved it. We didn't use the smaller pools or the adults only one as they weren't heated. The waterslides were open every day from 10. 30 and again from 2 to 4 (approx)

The fact that you can add more, but maybe that's not a bad location especially at the main pool and at the reception (although always quite catch) and a free safe in the room. In General the 5 stars it deserves

My family and I stayed in the Orka Lotus Beach for a week beginning March 17th in a family room. Here's a little breakdown of our thoughts. Room - The room (6611) was perfect for our family of 5

Pool and Beach - We were in the main pool everyday, gorgeous pool area with spectacular views. The pool bar is lovely and although we didn't participate in the entertainment the staff were so friendly

We went on the hotel boat trip which was lovely and takes you round the islands, lunch is provided but you need to purchase drinks, if you go on a Monday it stops at Turnac where a market is held

Great trip - hotel is lovely great for families coffee from the coffee shop is amazing from Rojin and cocktails from Elyas

Kenan and Elyas have been the best bar staff I could have ever asked for and the man on the beach running with all the beers all 3 were amazing and I enjoyed every second of my trip!

There are so many positives with this hotel, too many to list however, my top points are: staff were great, family rooms (2x bedrooms + 2x bathrooms), pool is big allowing inflatables for the kids, beach with jetty, boat trip from hotel, music, DJ sessions and entertainment

Pine bar a young happy smiling guy called Elyas,ilhan and kenan made us feel so welcome and special it made our holiday amazing thank you guys much appreciated proper professional

The hotel is located a few miles from Marmaris centre which we liked as it wasn’t in the middle of the tourist hot spot but was still convenient using the Dolmus bus to get about

There are no parasols at this hotel and although it’s fairly easy to get a sunbed near the main pool there are only so many which have the shades near them and in July this is advisable! We preferred the pool near the restaurant but there are no rules regarding the reserving of sunbeds, I generally wake up early but by 7

Sexy Alen still top man all staff very good rooms still clean as good spot on thanks for my 10 days the local all good food is getting better very year every one is helpful 💯💯👊👊

We booked a deluxe room with jacuzzi and luckily got the end room in D block (4119) this room was excellent although not huge inside, the balcony is massive! Waking up the next morning with the beautiful view of the surrounding mountains and the pool was stunning

Upon arrival reception staff didn’t really give us any information so I asked to book the safe for the room, she then told me come back tomorrow which wasn’t ideal as we wanted to go a walk so took everything with us

There are 3 pristine pools at the hotel - one near reception, main pool up a level from there and the pool near D block (our preference) and also the water slides pool

I spoke to a few people in different blocks and they weren’t impressed with the size of their rooms so would recommend D block as it’s newer than the other blocks

A lovely swimmimng pool, a small but good gym, the rooms were a bit small but overall good, clean and good view from the balcony. The cuisine had a lot of variety and drinks on the house really helped to unwind

Don’t forget that you are in Turkey and need to adjust your tastes accordingly. Plenty of salads and hot food to choose from but you won’t find bacon and sausage on offer (Turkey is predominantly a Muslim country!)

Having said that, they do have sun beds on a stretch of the beach and I was informed by other guests that the sea was somewhat warmer. There have been complaints from some people regarding the food

I stayed at this hotel in August for a week with my granddaughter and we thoroughly enjoyed it. I went home and told my husband so we’re here now at the end of a 10 day stay

I must say that we haven’t had a problem at all. If you take the time to explore the dishes on offer we think that there is something there for every taste

I have to say that we’ve enjoyed it just as much. The hotel is clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful…nothing is too much trouble

Went all-inclusive with Jet2 and had a wonderful time. Firstly the location is great, being right on the beach and offering wonderful views of tbe bay

The location and setting of the hotel are genuinely lovely, but if you are booking based on the expectation of a recent full refurbishment, it may be worth checking the current room standards carefully before booking

Our main concern was that the hotel was advertised by our tour operator as having been “fully refurbished in 2023” with a “top-to-toe refurbishment” and described as “shiny new. ” This was a key reason we chose it

Another issue was that the all-inclusive offering wasn’t fully available at times, as staff explained it was the end of the season and certain food and drink options had run out

To be clear, our main frustration was with the way the hotel was marketed by our tour operator, rather than the hotel staff themselves who were generally polite and tried to help where they could

For those reasons I wouldn’t say the holiday was terrible, but there were several issues that meant it didn’t match what we believed we had booked

No hot water first thing for a shower in the morning - reminds me of being in Greece in the 1980's! Food in the restaurant is very limited, repetitive and very "Turkish" for every meal

Fantastic stay Very friendly attentive staff. Great selection of food and desserts. Hairdresser and nail bar did not meet my expectations compared to other places. Overall great experience exceptionally clean

A very warm welcome on arrival after leaving the hotel at the airport at 3 a. m then a four and half flight and then one hour and a half transfer we need it! All the staff are friendly and helpful

the food was pretty good considering all inclusive bur many courses cooked to order

But yesterday we walked in Icmeler or in Marmaris itself. Prices in Ichmiler for souvenirs and the like are much lower. We spent several evenings in restaurants of other hotels where there was live music

The restaurant administrator is always in the hall, wishes you a pleasant appetite and constantly asks if you need anything

At Golmar Hotel I had the best massage with Faik there. I booked in two sessions with him and the hip pain I had for ages disappeared after his massage! I highly recommend the spa there and booking a session with him

Will be returning to this wonderful Hotel July 25th after many years I have returned to the area twice since And every time I wish I’d booked the golmar again Have so many great memories of this fantastic Hotel

Basic hotel. Had to pay for air con and fridge. We went half board and only ate in hotel twice. Recommend the hotels boat trip. Location is good. Clean and tidy. Ideal hotel to use just as a Base.

Particulalry worth to mention are: -fresh orange juice for breakfast -Draught carlsberg and tuborg -variety of desserts, vegetables and fruits available during every meal -most of dishes were interesting and delicious -ice coffee, chicken fingers and beef wrap in snack bar, all were really good Most importantly you can really feel the staff is trying to make your stay better

It is one of the best hotels in İçmeler with an all-inclusive concept. The food is especially amazing. I would like to thank the chef, especially the sales manager Mrs Seçil and the waiter Mr Saygın for their attention

We just finished our weekly stay with group of friends, and all of us had a pleasant stay. High variety of food, very nice staff and great drinks are definitely this hotel’s strengths

All the staff are friendly, everything is delicious and of high quality

We had opted for the all-inclusive package, which included breakfast, lunch, dinner, a snack bar, and a 24-hour coffee shop. Unfortunately, the food was very poor quality and even made my partner unwell

It took nearly an hour to get a response from management — and only because a helpful receptionist kept chasing it up with upper management. Eventually, the issue was resolved, but it was a frustrating start to our stay

And you don’t get the all inclusive at the beach

The hotel is spilt between a road and meant that we had to walk over the road for all the amenities such as food and the water slides. Beer was flowing tho and no real problems

Hotel was what yours expect for a 3 star. Food not so good but lots of places to eat around

Overall for a 3star it’s one of those you get what you pay for however there are much better ones out there just as cheap. Also the beach is not a 60second stroll more like couple of mins

Food was very mediocre, lukewarm same food everyday and looked like yesterdays left overs. Staff where not very friendly, you are left to find everything on your own or ask

No explanation of where things are or what is on. We went at the end of season so completely understand certain things are seasonal but there was zero communication

My fiance and I brought my mum for a birthday treat and we all agreed it superseded out expectations. Did all the staff speak perfect English? No, but then I don't speak Turkish

Lovely hotel and staff are friendly. We had a side sea view room and had beautiful views of the bay. Hotel is immaculately kept and food was decent.

We have stayed in over 60 All Inclusive Resorts throughout the years (many in Turkey) We always read reviews on varied Sites before booking a holiday, with our interests being cleanliness and although we are not fussy eaters, we do expect a reasonable and varied selection at the Main Restaurants, and at least the food to be at an acceptable temperature and an occasional menu change throughout our stay...

The hotel was lovely and staff very friendly. The food was very poor At breakfast no fruit slice up to choose Food not warm. evening meals very disappointing never hot

Was given our room No 3406 with key-cards and told the Lift was at the end of the corridor, so onward with all our luggage into the lift and got off at 3rd floor – up and down 2 corridors but no room 3406, then noticed all rooms on this 3rd floor started with a 2 so back into the Lift to try 4th floor where we eventually found our room, knackered and sweating by this stage

Tui booked 2-week holiday 18 Sep – 2 Oct 25 my Wife and I We took the Tui provided Minibus from the Airport which had 2 drop offs at Icmeler then the mountain road to Turunc where we didn’t see anything as it was dark but no problems on route

Fantastic little hotel , food outstanding, staff can’t do enough for you to make your stay just perfect, From the minute you arrive reception staff always have a smile for you , Ferman & his team on the beach look after your every need , if you need help or information Ferman is your man

Waiters/bar staff also look after you very well with a pleasant smile & take time to chat & make you feel welcome, Messi , Irish , ozzy & omar that just to name a few are fantastic, ALL the staff here treat you with respect

Other people can come onto the beach but we've never had a problem getting a bed. The rooms are average size but it has everything you want, including a fridge, kettle and hairdryer. Coffee/ tea is put in the room daily

We always get a seaview room the views are beautiful , lovely to sit with a coffee on the balcony. The restaurant is lovely and the food is beautiful. If you're all inclusive you pick off a menu

Really good vibes in the hotel with many returning guests (like ourselves, we have been here about 10 times now and are never disappointed!)The hotel is fab but what really makes the hotel is the staff

It was lovely to be back at our favourite hotel. We met up with other couples that we had met during COVID. The hotel is adult only and the beach is a few footsteps across the boardwalk

We stayed at this hotel from 15-21st July 2025. The staff were friendly and efficient and were quick clearing away at mealtimes and always said hello and good morning

The food was good - its a small hotel so I wasn’t expecting a buffet spread as far as the eye could see - but there were always multiple options for mains and desserts and fresh salads, olives, hummus etc available

There are always dessert options, but no ice cream. There weren’t many sunbeds but there were always sunbeds available so long as you were down before 10:30am and there were plenty of chairs, tables and sunshades

I did have a wine and a look at a like sprite. Also, there was a horrible smell that came up the plug hole. I did get the chamber maid in. She did come in and clean that 1 time. The smell came back afterwards

We were there for 3 nights, and that was enough time there

Pool was nice and clean and the slide was a lot of fun - the slide is only switched on late morning and switched off late afternoon so be aware of this! Pool is small but you can see what you’re getting in the photos of the hotel

The hotel is spotless lovely and cannot fault it in anyway. oh an the drinks are very good. a big thankyou seastar you and all the team are perfect

One thing that we did find though was that we were ignored during the first few days at meals for drinks orders etc and only once we had tipped the service then completely changed

We noticed a huge tipping culture, which of course is to be expected, but we were disappointed we had to tip in order to receive the good service and not the other way around, and felt pressure to tip immediately

The lifeguard, Mehmet, is an absolute credit to the hotel, he made sure only hotel guests used the beach sun loungers and jetty and kept the toilets locked and clean for guests

After a few days once he got to know us he would keep us sun beds reserved in our favourite spot. The sun beds were also large and very comfortable

The location was the selling point for us and did not disappoint, we were right on the beach and the hotel has its own jetty which was great

long long day and no turtles lots of on off boats to different places. We are looking to go back already. so start booking and get packing Drinks were good. Cleaners every day and water provided

We had a bad experience at the airport with my husband but it didn't stop us enjoying. The place was shutting down but cater to top standard. the shops nearby were practically giving goods away

Absolutely brilliant just back from 12 nights at adult. What can I say hotel great, rooms and hotel spotless. All the staff from cleaners to restaurant, bar and reception amazing

This hotel is amazing food lush always something to eat. salads amazing , bread to die for. pool was freezing but to be expected. and no towels provided so buy some cheap nearby

but heard they are going to get it heated for next year. the hotel is very central loads of shops nearby. umbrella st literally around the corner. rooms are enough tbh but wardrobe space isn't big enough

It’s never easy dealing with difficult guests, but Carlos, Mario, and Ell handled everything with such grace and care that it turned a potentially unsettling experience into a demonstration of just how committed the staff are to guest safety and comfort

The food is varied, there is a bar near the pool with alcoholic drinks

Where to start with this hotel. Location is excellent & fairly close to all amenities. Unfortunately the all inclusive leaves a lot to be desired. The bar had a selection of Tuborg, local vodka, Raki, or local red wine

Soft drinks include coke & Sprite. The all inclusive food was of general poor quality, aimed at the Turkish element of guests. Also these dishes were unlabeled, not great if you suffer from allergies

I'd like to mention a couple of members of staff who went out of their way to make us feel welcome at the Arbatt. Fatih who works in the restaurant, was always cheerful & helpful when asked

Booked here after arriving at another hotel which can only be described as a horror show! We was welcomed & looked after very well, the reception manager was very kind & made our stay pleasant

Our beds were incredibly comfortable, our room was cleaned everyday we were there. The drinks we local beers and branded named soft drinks. The all inclusive is only available until 10pm after that you are charged

you have to hope that a more thorough clean was done when you weren’t looking but i wouldn’t be surprised if not. they also didn’t spray or wipe any of the restaurant tables, just brush crumbs off and relay with cutlery

We had a lovely stay in Mersoy Hotel, kids loved the all inclusive buffet, stuff was very friendly and always responsive to our needs. We had a comfortable suit with two rooms and nice balcony with mountain view

we had a great experience for the price we paid - £220 for a week all inclusive. the food was tasty although very similar each night, and the beer/alcohol did the job, so you can’t complain at that price

some things weren’t great overall though - the cleaning processes at the bar and in the restaurant were minimal

My second stay here and planning another one in 2023. The location is a good compromise, much quieter than the hotels on the boardwalk with parties till 1 AM but still close to the beach and the marina

It is close proximity to the beach(3min walk) and center of town to enjoy the shopping

There isn’t a huge variety of drinks on offer but there’s everything you need, with soft drinks and water readily available, as well as hot drinks being served on the terrace of the main building

We had our first family holiday here. Could use some updating but I understand that they will be doing that over the off-season. Our shower leaked, and so did our front door when we had a storm

For us there were plenty of sun beds, but I'm not sure how it is during the season. There's also a bar down by the sea along with table and chairs under cover so that you can enjoy drinks and snacks down by the sea

He had an amazing time purely because of them. His favourite has to have been Abdurrahim. He was always attentive to our son and us. He always had a smile on his face and was able to make our son giggle every time

I absolutely loved this as I hate sand! There were plenty of sunbeds and lots of shady and very sunny areas depending on where you sat. We went from the 5th to the 15th of October so we were slightly outside of season

There was something for everybody which was lovely. The wait staff were amazing and so friendly. They have high chairs for children. The staff were incredibly friendly to our son and loved to make him laugh

The location of the hotel was great only a 5 minute walk from a good restaurant, which was needed as if you go all inclusive as a Brit you will be very very disappointed. The cater purely for Russians and the odd Turkish

The only thing edible for me was bread chips and boiled egg. The drinks allowed on all inclusive was wine larger gin or vodka and to be honest I don’t think they had any other spirits

Just returned from a week stay at club selen. Excellent location very close to beach and local bars and restaurants. I was given an apartment over the road which suited me perfectly

Staff very attentive and friendly. Lovely food and drinks served at beach front. Family also run the Ibiza beach bar which is excellent for food and entertainment

(You need to buy bottled water outside the hotel, fill it up at restaurant fountain in the otel when empty) Hotel offers small/medium size pool with aqua

There is no brewing equipment in the rooms so it was only the all inclusive coffee machine you could use when it actually worked

Some evenings there was turkey steaks done outside along with fresh fish with staff happy to direct you when needed. Drinks are local raki, beer, wine, whiskey and Brandy

food rehashed every day, 3pmtil 4pm food is burger or chicken, breakfasts are not catered for english, not a good choice for drinks, pool is not too bad bit tiny childrens pool area

I also had one issue with the toilet not flushing correctly one day, she got maintenance on it straight away - I do not understand why people say the staff are not friendly or unwelcoming as this was not the case

Tannar was also very polite and more than several guest mentioned how he remembers them from previous years not something you see in larger complexes The day before we checked out we also got offered a free lunch box to prevent us spending money on food at the airport, this was nice a bonus should have we needed it

Ozay I have seen help eldery people with walking sticks to their room, farteh very quick to clean after your dinner and move the cats along and huseyn will also provide a smile when issuing a drink along with a joke

Absolutely Perfect – Couldn’t Ask for a Better Hotel! I could not ask for a better hotel to stay in. Every single member of staff — including the manager and the owner — were absolutely fantastic

I highly recommend Hotel Portofino in Icmeler to anyone planning a visit. Avoid Marmaris — it’s become like Benidorm! If you want to truly enjoy your holiday, stay here instead

Special mention to Josef and his friend who are very attentive and always smiling ! Rooms very clean and towels and beds changed frequently. Situated across from the beach

The rooms were incredibly clean, and the whole place had such a chilled vibe that it really helped me unwind. I’m so glad I chose this hotel — it truly made my holiday

So helpful, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. Nothing was ever too much trouble. The hotel itself is amazing — relaxed, spotless, and full of positive energy
