A very warm welcome on arrival after leaving the hotel at the airport at 3 a.m then a four and half flight and then one hour and a half transfer we need it! All the staff are friendly and helpful. It’s a family run hotel and they are all so nice. The location is close to the centre of the village and you can find nice Restaurants for dinner. We really enjoyed to have dinner at Bueno Vista which is a couple of minutes walk from the hotel. Only con is that the beach is located in the Marine and it is not that pleasant as it’s by the road and has yachts parking either side.

Stayed next door to here. It looked lovely - very nice apartments, 2 outdoor pools, pool bar. Can't comment on indoor areas or food but it is located in a quiet area, which is a short walk to the centre of Dalyan.

Very nice place. Friendly family run Hotel. Nice clean rooms. Beautiful Gardens and pool. Would recommend a stay here. Perfect location for the weekly market every Saturday & a short walk into the centre of Dalyan

The hotel is very close to the market, about 10-15 min walk into town. Lovely swimming pool. Turkish breakfast each morning and the twin room was fine for the money paid. The two daughters didn’t speak good English but tried to help out. The cleaning lady was very nice. Good value for money for a budget holiday

Extremely good swimming pool, hotel was nice and in quiet area. We had beautiful views of the mountains and pool. Nice location. Room was cleaned on a daily basis. We had working Wi-Fi and working air conditioner. The owner was very helpful and friendly. Suggested places to eat and helped with other matters too. In hindsight we should have stayed here for longer and hired car and come back in...

A charming mid size resort located about 15 minutes from the town centre and river. Rooms and the hotel are kept clean and have what you need for you to enjoy your stay. Amenities include a fridge in the room, three pools, a spa and a little water park you can use as much or as little as you like. Lovely hotel in a quiet location . Many positives, the staff very friendly from the cleaners upwards. Special mention to Arif who was always on hand for any issues. Bar staff and pool staff were very helpful and always smiling even with their long hours. Rooms adequate and cleaned every day. No cups in your room, but for £2 you can buy 2 from the supermarkets.
