Dirty pool, same breakfast 9 days (without any meet), small and dirty rooms, they doesn't change sheets 9 days, without towels, without toalet paper, without fen, they forced us to by drinks from they shop even we drink it in rooms, air-condition every 3th day stoped working, but we pay extra 30 euros for air-condition. Internet doesn't worked. Also we payed extra 30 euros for fridge who is small, dirty and don't freeze very much. I know that it's a hotel with 2 stars, but they don't have basic things for life. Try to spend money to improve your hotel, and nobody will regret to stay in your hotel.

Pool closed, dirty, breakfast same and bad, everything is dirty, i understand it's a 2 star hotel but at least they could clean. I gave two stars because the staff is at least very friendly

This is one of the worst places I have ever been to: it doesn't have a proper safe, the door doesn't lock as expected, there is no shower (and the water that goes from the tap drains directly into your room); moreover breakfast is poor and tableware has remains of previously eaten food.
Please avoid staying in here.

I'd give it a zero if I could. We've had nothing but trouble since we have arrived. First impression the hotel common areas are dirty, the staff very rude and not willing to communicate even when they know how to use Google translate. Limits on how much breakfast we can eat and same thing everyday, and not being able to fulfil simple requests after agreeing to it like pack breakfast for a trip, transfer a message to roomates, kick guests out, not giving us a remote control for air conditioning, no lights in the hallway, not changing towels when requested or cleaning the bathroom. And many other small things. Plus our wardrobe smells like mould so we couldn't use that either and warm water only from 10am-6pm. And now he turned the aircondition off because I asked him to turn the temperature up a bit. Oh then he turned off our electricity.
