Smaller pool ideal for people who like peace and quiet, we spent every day there, large pool provided many attractions if someone does not mind louder music and more people

Back in June, I had an amazing stay at Kustur Club Holiday Village and honestly can’t recommend it enough! The hotel itself is lovely – great food, beautiful surroundings, and such a nice atmosphere

I’ve been here since I was a kid. I’m 46 now and still I feel like I’m 6. This is the best place for a family. Everything is under control, secure and great staff

The rep didn’t give any hotel information just tried to sell us the trips - we’d have much rather the hotel times, where to get what and all the amenities the hotel had to offer! The hotel is lovely, it is very clean and well cared for, the food is great and something for everyone, we went in September and there were some queues and very few tables at 7

30 - 8 so I couldn’t imagine what it would be like in the height of summer. The pools were gorgeous and always spotlessly clean, plenty of beds all day

Absolutely lovely hotel with the most amazing entertainment team! They’re so lively and really keep the vibes up all day long!!! Zoe and Buse are the sweetest chattiest girls ever and so easy to get along with!!! Deffo recommend x

We also had a family turkish bath experience at the spa and was a good price which was booked in by one of the staff whilst we were at the pool which is a cheaper way to book rather than in the spa

Lots and lots of things to do, places to go. Rooms are big, pools clean, and restaurants delicious

The food was plentiful and tasty, and there was always something available to eat at any time of the day. We never noticed any excessive waiting in line. The staff were always friendly and helpful

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights in mid-August with my wife and our 15-year-old daughter. Even though it was peak season, the place never felt overcrowded and we did not experience long queues

Like in many resorts, some guests reserved sunbeds early in the morning by leaving towels, but even after breakfast we were still able to find sunbeds by the pool or the beach without any problem

However, this hotel urgently needs a major cleaning, as the bathrooms and floors are full of rust, dust and limestone spots

We stayed at Ephesia as a group of four (actually five 🤰) in May, and it was beautiful. A great hotel with large, comfortable rooms. Plenty of opportunities to spend time and a wide choice of pools

Beach was so lovely and clean and just a couple of minutes walk. Swim up rooms were definitely a must, though we were using all the other swimming pools as well

Wonderful animations and evening activities. Very good food and a large selection in the restaurant. The only downside was that the bartenders did not speak English very well, which made communication a bit difficult

Amazing hotel with incredible and wonderful staff and great views. However the greatest part of this is what the animators and barman’s have done to create fantastic atmosphere and experience for the entire audience

Thanks for them we have spend the best time together and as well as incredible and we create unforgettable memories which are hard to forget about we were feeling like a part of turkey family with them

Take drinks and snacks with you as the park is expensive. Hotel pools are clean and busy, pool bars are good, well staffed and always with a 5 minute queue. You do need to your needs early

We particularly enjoyed being able to cut a piece off a huge honeycomb every day to put in our yoghurt and cereal. If you don’t like beeswax there was also honey in a bowl you could choose instead

There was also a kids buffet section tucked away at the back of the restaurant with things like pizza, plain pasta & chicken nuggets for any fussy eaters. The main restaurant also had an ice cream parlour just outside

Lunches and dinners were served also for a good amount of time and included a large variety of different choices, evening meals seemed to be themed and we enjoyed Turkish, Asian & seafood on these different evenings

The room was clean, had ample wardrobe space and included tea & coffee making facilities and a free mini bar that was replenished every day with cans of Pepsi, fizzy orange, 7up and water

When we first arrived at the hotel at 1:00am we were greeted by polite and friendly staff who checked us in and took us (and our suitcases) to our room

Wifi was paid, this wasn't mentioned. Hotel doesn't have proper beach, but ramp where guests jump into 2 meters deep water

Reading the reviews before we got to the hotel, I was very scared not knowing the people giving the bad reviews are either had to please or do not have any joy at all

The animation team are amazing at what they do and kept us all entertained during the day and night. Evening shows and mini disco’s. Good size swimming pools and a inside pool and lots of sunbeds

I'll love to write on behalf of my family and I that went for the party holiday (over 35 people), we had the best holiday this year at the hotel. The food was fabulous 👌, the staff were very helpful,friendly and nice

I had a massage and hair treatment and we all had professional family photos in the hotel, for memories. Such a great holiday in a fabulous location. Nearby shops were so good I literally cleaned out my account buying

The views from the restaurant and bars were lovely. The staff were friendly and helpful in most cases. The pool areas were alright, but the pools are very deep in most places and would not be ideal for a lot of people

We had a wonderful time for a 3rd year in a row especially thanks to Koray, Yağmur, Yiğit, Batın, Aysu, Vika, Selim and DJ Ozzy!!! Thank you for all the smiles and warm memories! We also want to thank our friends from the bar: Hasan, Hüseyin, Ismail, Furkan and Selim! We can't wait to return to the hotel and we definitely recommend it for a wonderful time!!!

Review of BATIHAN BEACH RESORT & SPA – Summer Holidays 2024 and 2025 I chose to spend my summer vacation at Batihan Beach Resort & Spa for two consecutive years, in 2024 and 2025, and the experience was good enough to make me want to return again in the future

Prices have doubled from 2024 to 2025 for the same all inclusive option, the food is good, the pools are good but the service staff are invisible or something at the pools, I tried to find someone to help me find a free sunbed but couldn’t find anyone, guests put towels on sunbeds at 6 or 7 AM to reserve and go to have breakfast, and as the hotel is so crowded any body coming to the pools after 8 will...

Cleanliness is maintained at a very high standard throughout the hotel, including the rooms and the pools

The waterslide schedule at the pool could be longer; the operating hours feel a bit short, especially for families with children

Staff all lovely and helpful and spa massages were amazing. Indoor pool tiny, and not that nice, jacuzzi didn't work. Entertainment was outside and didn't start till 1015pm so too late and too cold

Unsure of the reasoning, maybe running out with it coming to end of season? Regardless, unacceptable when you pay for all inclusive. We went to the lobby bar instead and they were putting alcohol in so we stayed there

24 hour bar above reception also excellent esoecially if you arrive late in the evening. Rooms were cleaned daily and pretty spacious we felt for a family of 5 sharing an interlocking room

We noticed on our last 2 days that our room key worked in other doors! My son accidentally went to the wrong room and the key worked, so beware! Lastly we caught a bar man at the sunset bar not putting alcohol in the cocktails

First of all pros, a lovely hotel, pretty modern, very clean, friendly staff. Choice of bars and places to go in the evening were good and waterpark was absolutely fantastic

Just a couple of negatives the food gets very repetetive, its the same foods at lunch and dinner most days. The snack bar was good but again repetetive

Location good although not really near anything without getting a bus/taxi, but having their own beach was a big plus

It is an old 5star hotel. I have been there 7 years ago, and then they had only one pool. Now must be much better. The rooms are very nice. The animation was superb too. Unfortunately they do not have sand beach.

The hotel doesn’t have terraces, which is a bit of a downside, but the sauna is excellent. The indoor and outdoor pools have clean water, though the areas around them, especially the toilets, need better maintenance

It is almost more than 10 years I was there, but the great memory of the hotel is still shining on my dreams. the view is spectacular and the service was really good. all the crew were very polite and friendly

the most important factor which is food most of the time was really great and made from best and fresh ingredients

Historical , lovely atmosphere , silence city , wonderful weather , dreamy Aegean , nice staff , but not enough room service and finally suggest you If you want use all facilities the best time is summer . Enjoy it .

Our stay coincided with the national Turkish day and Halloween and they really blew the celebrations out of town we enjoyed so much celebrating with them. Thank you so much for having us Palm Wings!

they have so many pools that even the hotel was fully booked you didn't fell over crowd, plenty of sunbeds, the kids area with all the slides it was exactly what we need, even the adults enjoyed :) only that for this time of the year the water in the pools was very cold

Lovely hotel and we all agreed the food selection was excellent, with something for everyone and the A la Carte restaurants were lovely also There were no information packs in the rooms to say meal times, pool times or what daytime animation or games were available

We also enjoyed the evening animation shows, although it would be helpful if notices were in the hotel to warn that it is a rural area, very prone to mosquitoes, and near the sea, so very cold at night in October

we was here for the first time on the 27th September for 7 nights, the temperature was just perfect to enjoy, the location of the hotel was beautiful you have the sea and the mountains as well

The location on the beach was so lovely. We had a family photoshoot there and we made a few trips into Kusadaci town centre which was only a 15 min taxi ride right from the hotel

The pool is clean, but there is a serious race for sunbeds at the hotel. At 9 in the morning, sunbeds are placed and reserved with towels around both the beach and the pool. Most of them are not used during the day

The location in Kuşadası is definitely the highlight — the sea view is incredible and the private beach area is a big plus. The staff were generally helpful and the atmosphere around the pool and beach was relaxing

However, the rooms are a bit outdated and the cleaning could be better. The food was okay but got repetitive after a few days. Despite the flaws, I still enjoyed my stay thanks to the views and the overall vibe

So far I’m on my second day here and I can already say it’s the best hotel I’ve stayed at. I’ve seen previous reviews leaving negative comments about the place, but I can honestly say the hotel has zero faults

The food in the restaurants is diverse and delicious, and although not as extensive as in some higher-category hotels, everything offered is absolutely tasty. The staff is dedicated and very helpful

There are also a few bars that serve both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks all day, which was perfect whether you wanted a refreshing drink by the pool or something stronger

Always plenty of sunbeds however some of the sunbeds were a bit worse for wear (broken or old). The only downside about this holiday was the buffet food. It wasn't cold or bad quality but a lot of it was strange to me

We had a great time at this hotel as a family of 4 including a 7 and 8 yr old. The hotel including the room was really clean. Staff very helpful and approachable

Most sunbeds are gone by 8am, even earlier if you want them around the shallow pool, but we enjoyed being around the deeper pool which was a little quieter and less busy

Pools are well maintained and supervised by lifeguards all day. The a la carte restaurants were brilliant, great food and service, much better than the buffet and nice to have table service

Aircon in the room was a bit of a pain for us, as you couldnt leave it on all day, so after a hot day by the pool, it took a while for the room to cool

Location of hotel, staff of hotel, food in the hotel and especially the view of hotel against to the sea incredibly amazing. I can highly recommend this hotel to everyone who wants a vacation with no problem or issue

Regarding the beach, it's quite difficult to access from the deep and wavy shore, but it's more convenient to use from the pier

Families with small children shouldn't think they'll be spending time on the beach while their children play. Our only concern was the lack of proper separation between adult and children's pools

The hotel is definitely family-friendly, and the staff is very friendly and always available

The staff only show interest in new arrivals on the first day, and on the second day, they delay your order

We think hygiene rules were slightly violated. There were many people not wearing swimsuits or clothing suitable for children at the pool. Perhaps the hotel could be a little more cautious in that regard

This is by far the best hotel during our tour. It has a nice pool and facilities. The buffet breakfast and dinner were excellent. Wish we could have stayed longer but our tour was stupid.

We enjoyed our stay at Charisma Hotel. The room was comfortable and clean, with a beautiful view to the ocean. We loved the beach and pool area, as well as the breakfast.

Stayed at the Charisma De Luxe Hotel in Kuşadası and overall had a really good experience. The standout is the setting—gorgeous, sweeping views of the water from around the property, especially by the pools

It’s very kid-friendly, with great swimming pools that kept the little ones happy for hours. The rooms were okay—clean and functional, but fairly standard and not as impressive as the views

If you’re coming for luxury rooms, temper expectations; if you’re coming for the scenery and pool time with the family, this place delivers

It was brilliant in every way! The staff, the room, the views, location and wow the variety of food available at the buffet was exceptional! It was a luxury very of a buffet where they also had a cooking station that changed each day/night

Be warned! Hard bed! Not much sleep all week. But lovely area. Enjoy swimming pool. Foods is ok especially with me being fussy. Had pancake for my breakfast. Pizza is one of delicious!

From the first moment of our arrival, we loved the view of the bay and islands from our balcony. The room and service were excellent. The beach was lovely and allowed some great walking. The Aegean is indeed wine-dark.

Good move to pay for upgrade to a sea view on arrival , room spacious and cleaned daily with fresh towels and toiletries provided , disappointing mini fridge only stocked once per stay with cola Fanta lemonade but all inclusive and could take drinks to room if needed Buffet style food always something to eat , salad , soup ,cold , hot and a variety of desserts , Turkish delight at breakfast , coffee...

Unfortunately, wedding guests also used the main cocktail bar, which created long waits and no evening seating. Many of us ended up sitting on poolside sunbeds

The Tusan Beach Resort has many facilities to make a family holiday a success. They have pools, table tennis aqua fun park for kids, several restaurants and bars. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful

Otherwise, the food is excellent and sufficient, and the area is beautiful and peaceful, like a resort. The alcoholic beverages have a good alcohol content, but they're not delicious

Overall, it was a good value for money hotel. If you can find a reasonable price, you shouldn't pay a fortune to stay there

There are various entertainments during the day and a nightly show. I stayed in an apartment positioned up a steep hill away from the main building, they all have air con a balcony or patio and large bathroom

Great place with an incredible view, all amenities, polite staff, everything up to standard for a vacation.

Also the amount of stray dogs, we have never been somewhere before with issues such as stray dogs or rabies epidemics but as reassured by staff they are all cared for by the covenant tagged and monitored and regularly vaccinated, the views are absolutely out of this world and our room was stunning, we stayed in a bungalow and all though there is a lot of walking there is a regular transport system...

The hotel's elevators are very inadequate. There's a strong odor in the corridors during meal times, I suspect due to inadequate ventilation

The only downside of the pool area was the salesmen coming into the hotel, we found it quite annoying especially when we actually booked with one of them, but we’re still hounded every day by the same man

Visited for a week beautiful hotel unreal food and staff are so nice so many things to do lovely weather this time of year it’s right in front of the marina and it’s a beautiful walk only a couple of minutes away from the clothing markets market about 30 minutes walk or taxi cheaper in bus/dolmush 50 cent each way really enjoyed and will come back again !

The pools were well maintained and sunbeds regularly cleaned and tidied throughout the day

I went to Ramada hotel in November. It was extremely great experience. The weather was great for this time of the year. I had to say I will come again

I would definitely recommend the markets this time of year are very cheap and also if you’re going for a shopping holiday

The live entertainment was great and the town is absolutely beautiful. The whole hotel was spotless extremely clean

Staff - all really friendly and helpful Beach - the hotel do clean it, but some debris does get swept from down the beach Overall - would definitely recommend and we'd love to go again

This hotel was amazing. We spent 10 nights here and didn’t want to go home. Food was amazing and the entertainment was even better. Would definitely recommend!!

The pools are glorious, and you never have to worry about fighting for a spot because there are plenty of sunbeds to go around

The hotel and room were both spotlessly clean, even the pool toilets/ shower blocks were pristine. The food was exceptional, with a large range of food at breakfast, lunch and dinner

A solid 4/5! Was so worried as some of the reviews are horrific, however I was very pleasantly surprised. Hotel was super clean, including the bedroom. Fresh towels, bins emptied, bed made every day

Location is really nice, bars on the sea front are a short walk away, you can ask for directions at reception as its not obvious if you go for a walk Our room had a sea view which was nice, we were all inclusive and there was a decent range of food on offer from both the main dining area and outside eating areas

Would probably avoid the wednesday market / bazaar as it was draining haggling, there are shops locally if your after shopping they were a bit more laid back although being the end of season there wasn't as much variety as the market

But that being said, my 6 year old niece LOVED Asma (Member of animation team) and also massive shout out to Emre for looking after us the whole week, providing us with water polo, darts & playing cards with us in the evening

Only about 5/10min walk to ladies beach & 10min drive into Kuşadası costing about €7. I’d love to come back in the summer to see the hotel at its full potential with evening entertainment & warmer weather

Location is perfect, beautiful sea views at dinner & while sun bathing. Lovely to have a private beach, and the pier also had nice views over to ladies beach
