Good deal for good price. We stayed there for 3 nights and enjoyed our stay. Checken-in was fast and easy. Reception staff is very helpful, especially, Mehmet. We went a lot all inclusive hotels, and this is the best one, to be honest really good price. Very clean. Even the bathrooms are very beautiful. Super super super. 👍👍👍

We stayed 3 days in the Hotel Charisma de lux in Kusadasi which has a high reviews, after that we came to the Suhan 360 hotel. In comparing with Charisma, Suhan 360 is better better en better. Meals, stuffs, services, hygiene... all of them. We actually booked the standard room, but they gave us the swim up room, we are very satisfied. We”ll definitely come back next year.

The hotel has the nicest location, 7-10 min walk to the Ladies beach (the best beach here imo), when we came our standard room was very clean. Breakfasts are nice (eggs, three types of cheese, green and black olives, cucumbers, tomatoes, butter, bread, jams, chocolate paste, tea and coffee.) and the terrace is super nice, very cute at night. This new hotel, located close to the coast of Kuşadası and in the city center, is a very comfortable and cozy hotel with the most modern structure in the region and I can wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone. Recently renovated (ex Marina hotel ) this luxury hotel is very close to Marina of Kusadasi . Our room was comfortable and clean with marvellous view in the city . The buffet style breakfast was very rich with many delicious choices The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful . In general our stay was amazing . We would highly recommend this hotel .

From the outside, you would drive past this place. However, when you go inside, the decor is really smart and tidy. We were fortunate to have stayed in 2 different room types; 1st one was a double room but single beds. Tidy enough. 2nd room was a king-size, beautiful finishing, massive ensuit and a balcony.

Good clean hotel, friendl staff, good food, sheets and towels changed regularly, two minute walk from Ladiies beach, Buz stop right outside for Kusadasi Town centre, only five minutes away, 15 minutes if you walk. Very pleased, will visit again, loved it.

This Hotel does not pretend to be more than a 2-3* at most the rooms are functional with basic amenities. Air con is included in the price but the safety boxes are kept in reception not in the room and are like most chargeable Having said this the hotel is clean, bedding changed every day and staff are very friendly and helpful its on a good location- close to a popular beach with good restaurants...

We enjoyed our time at Nilya Hotel. The room was as shown in the pictures, and it was nice. It is close to the Basilica of St John as well as to the town centre. The hotel is situated on a small hill, next to the castle, and not far from the train station and the mini-bus station to Ephesus. The most hospitable hotel owner I met on my trip to Turkey! He helped me print my boarding pass and offered any assistance he could. His own little courtyard was very cozy, and there was parking available. I highly recommend it! The rooms were a bit small, but for most people visiting Ephesus, it was perfectly adequate for a short stay!

Our stay was very nice, the owner was always at the property, the room was clean and big, but as you can see they also take daily guests to the outdoor pool and for this reason the pool is always crowded and noisy, the breakfast is nice and sufficient, the facility is clean

The hotel owner and staff are very attentive. It's one of the cleanest places we've seen. It's a quiet place, surrounded by nature, where you feel right at home. It's also a perfect choice for children. You can go with peace of mind.

It is a very nice place. However, it was not pleasant because people were allowed to use the pool area for the day. Even if they were allowed to use it as a family, it would have been better. There were young people jumping in the pool and cursing among themselves, which made us feel uncomfortable. It does not look nice in a family place. Everything else was perfect.

The property is stunning and tranquil with a beautiful view. The breakfast was the best I have had in Turkey with homemade preserves, and very plentiful. The hotel staff (includng the owner) are very friendly. The propoerty is about 5 min drive away from a town and very quiet and green. When we stayed, the pool wasn't open but it would be a nice place to relax by the pool after visiting Ephesus in a hot day.

The room was quite small to accommodate four people. One of the beds was unmade, and the owner seemed quite annoyed when we asked her to make the bed. The towels looked old and tired.
