This is like our home. I’ve been here since I was a kid. I’m 46 now and still I feel like I’m 6. This is the best place for a family. Everything is under control, secure and great staff. Lots and lots of things to do, places to go. Rooms are big, pools clean, and restaurants delicious. However, this hotel urgently needs a major cleaning, as the bathrooms and floors are full of rust, dust and limestone spots.

We stayed 5 days and enjoyed the break. The only thing which we didn't know was the amount of walking that needed to be done do get to the places we went to . Visited this hotel as a family of 3, couldn’t say a bad word about it. Absolutely amazing from start to end. Plenty of food and drink choices for adults and kids. Entertainment all throughout the day and at night is amazing! Never not anything to do, will deffo be coming back.

Hmm 5 star?...3 star at the most! Two boys football teams there for a tournament when we were there,they ran riot through the bar area both evenings with little supervision. Our second time here, nice area near Ladies Beach, but some areas of the hotel need a major renovation. Staff were mostly good to be fair. If it was listed as a 3 star it would be acceptable.

They try very hard. We were there only from evening until early morning. The hammam is strange, small, but it is there. Karaoke and a show program for children. Billiards. The pools were not working because it was raining. The view is unrealistically beautiful

We was really disappointed that there was no Spa and Wellness in the hotel how it shows on the pictures!
