But the absolute highlight for me was the entertainment team. They put in so much effort every single day to keep everyone happy and having fun, from games and activities during the day to the brilliant shows at night

Back in June, I had an amazing stay at Kustur Club Holiday Village and honestly can’t recommend it enough! The hotel itself is lovely – great food, beautiful surroundings, and such a nice atmosphere

The rep didn’t give any hotel information just tried to sell us the trips - we’d have much rather the hotel times, where to get what and all the amenities the hotel had to offer! The hotel is lovely, it is very clean and well cared for, the food is great and something for everyone, we went in September and there were some queues and very few tables at 7

I love ❤️ my zumba class with zoe and the staff are very funny and friendly and nice happy thay came up sit next to you and toking to you

The guy could find us on the system but still said we needed a voucher, in the end he said we must come back and speak to reception and see our TUI rep tomorrow morning, it took for ages and by which point we missed dinner and were offered a cheese sandwich instead - really not the greatest of starts or welcome we’d been expecting

Very easy to get to Kusadasi which was €7 in a taxi and less than 10 mins away - we tried the Dolmus bus but never again we were squeezed in and it’s very hilly to get to town so we’re getting thrown all over - I’d much rather a taxi! There are very few English, lots from Poland, Germany and Belgium

Saving the best until last - The entertainment - fantastic! A great bunch of caring, hard working, wonderful people who made our holiday. They immediately remembered our names and made us feel really special all holiday

Pleasantly surprised! Excellent resort. We went on a last-minute trip without too many expectations and came back with smiles on our faces and wonderful memories

The sea is definitely not its strong point, but it has everything you need to relax and have fun, for adults and children alike. Good food, pleasant staff and lots to see in the surrounding area

Amazing hotel with incredible and wonderful staff and great views. However the greatest part of this is what the animators and barman’s have done to create fantastic atmosphere and experience for the entire audience

Good move to pay for upgrade to a sea view on arrival , room spacious and cleaned daily with fresh towels and toiletries provided , disappointing mini fridge only stocked once per stay with cola Fanta lemonade but all inclusive and could take drinks to room if needed Buffet style food always something to eat , salad , soup ,cold , hot and a variety of desserts , Turkish delight at breakfast , coffee...

From the first moment of our arrival, we loved the view of the bay and islands from our balcony. The room and service were excellent. The beach was lovely and allowed some great walking. The Aegean is indeed wine-dark.

Very nice and friendly people. The view is absolutely great. The food is good and the room that we stayed was very specious. Nightly entertainment was fun as well. Will definitely come back.

Rooms are spacious with all facilities one needs, Wifi is good in rooms and most public areas

We had a mixed experience at this hotel. There are some really lovely aspects, but also areas that definitely need improvement. The Good: The lobby is beautiful and gives a great first impression

The food was of good quality, hot and replenished quickly when things ran out

We particularly enjoyed being able to cut a piece off a huge honeycomb every day to put in our yoghurt and cereal. If you don’t like beeswax there was also honey in a bowl you could choose instead

Lunches and dinners were served also for a good amount of time and included a large variety of different choices, evening meals seemed to be themed and we enjoyed Turkish, Asian & seafood on these different evenings

The room was clean, had ample wardrobe space and included tea & coffee making facilities and a free mini bar that was replenished every day with cans of Pepsi, fizzy orange, 7up and water

When we first arrived at the hotel at 1:00am we were greeted by polite and friendly staff who checked us in and took us (and our suitcases) to our room

We were pleased to be notified that the oasis restaurant downstairs was open and we were able to go get something to eat after our long day travelling

Mia at the karaoke stand ,you are a very good person, let no one tell you otherwise 😘

The only thing i can complain about is the Internet service, please do something about it, your hotel is 5stars so having free Internet only at the lobby is a no no. But above all thank you for a very beautiful holiday

Wifi was paid, this wasn't mentioned. Hotel doesn't have proper beach, but ramp where guests jump into 2 meters deep water

Reading the reviews before we got to the hotel, I was very scared not knowing the people giving the bad reviews are either had to please or do not have any joy at all

I had a massage and hair treatment and we all had professional family photos in the hotel, for memories. Such a great holiday in a fabulous location. Nearby shops were so good I literally cleaned out my account buying

Review of BATIHAN BEACH RESORT & SPA – Summer Holidays 2024 and 2025 I chose to spend my summer vacation at Batihan Beach Resort & Spa for two consecutive years, in 2024 and 2025, and the experience was good enough to make me want to return again in the future

The outdoor areas are beautiful and relaxing: lots of trees, well-kept grass, and plenty of shaded spots where you can unwind – a perfect environment for a peaceful holiday

Despite these small drawbacks, the hotel offers excellent value for money, and the overall atmosphere makes you want to come back. With God’s help, in 2026 I will spend my summer vacation at Batihan again

Cons: The parking area is quite small, but this is compensated by the fact that you can park on the nearby side streets, which are full of surveillance cameras

The waterslide schedule at the pool could be longer; the operating hours feel a bit short, especially for families with children

It was a very clean hotel, has so many options for food which is great, there are so many pools which is really good for a change of scenery. The staff are absolutely fantastic

24 hour bar above reception also excellent esoecially if you arrive late in the evening. Rooms were cleaned daily and pretty spacious we felt for a family of 5 sharing an interlocking room

You can get taxis into the market however we got a local bus which was only 250 Turkish lira (£5) for all of us on a 35 min ride to shops! There was a high range of food however my family are all vegeterians and we struggled finding any meals without meat, every night consisted of the same chips, pasta and rice! At lunchtime in the sunset bar the ladies were extremely helpful by making us margarita...

First of all pros, a lovely hotel, pretty modern, very clean, friendly staff. Choice of bars and places to go in the evening were good and waterpark was absolutely fantastic

Just a couple of negatives the food gets very repetetive, its the same foods at lunch and dinner most days. The snack bar was good but again repetetive

Location good although not really near anything without getting a bus/taxi, but having their own beach was a big plus

The number of staff is insufficient, they do their best, but due to this, there are disruptions, especially in the restaurant

The location in Kuşadası is definitely the highlight — the sea view is incredible and the private beach area is a big plus. The staff were generally helpful and the atmosphere around the pool and beach was relaxing

However, the rooms are a bit outdated and the cleaning could be better. The food was okay but got repetitive after a few days. Despite the flaws, I still enjoyed my stay thanks to the views and the overall vibe

The food in the restaurants is diverse and delicious, and although not as extensive as in some higher-category hotels, everything offered is absolutely tasty. The staff is dedicated and very helpful

Grand Blue Sky Hotel in Kuşadası is truly exceptional. The rooms are spacious with a magnificent view of the sea and the hotel’s beautiful garden. The cleanliness throughout the hotel is impeccable

The housekeeping staff do an excellent job, and any request we made was fulfilled within ten minutes by the reception. The pools are exceptionally clean and regularly maintained

Kids made loads of friends, didn't manage to stay up for the entertainment though as it was really late. Overall, a fab holiday, no major issues, will definitely go again

Good hotel but actually mini club is so fun for the kids they have so much activity and ceren very good girl she is so friendly I love her so much and mini disco is so funny thank you for everything

Most sunbeds are gone by 8am, even earlier if you want them around the shallow pool, but we enjoyed being around the deeper pool which was a little quieter and less busy

This made the experience less enjoyable so we always tried to get into one of the other restaurants. Fresh waffles and ice cream throughout the day were great for kids

Aircon in the room was a bit of a pain for us, as you couldnt leave it on all day, so after a hot day by the pool, it took a while for the room to cool

Even though I chose a standard sea view room, they gave me a land view room. Later, they insisted that the hotel doesn't have a sea view room

We think hygiene rules were slightly violated. There were many people not wearing swimsuits or clothing suitable for children at the pool. Perhaps the hotel could be a little more cautious in that regard

First of all location of hotel was perfect. Rooms are clean and comfortaible. All foods also good quality and delicious. restaurant,lobby bar staff very friendly and good

This is by far the best hotel during our tour. It has a nice pool and facilities. The buffet breakfast and dinner were excellent. Wish we could have stayed longer but our tour was stupid.

It’s my third time at this hotel and the only thing I can say is that I will always recommend this hotel to anyone that asks

It was brilliant in every way! The staff, the room, the views, location and wow the variety of food available at the buffet was exceptional! It was a luxury very of a buffet where they also had a cooking station that changed each day/night

The staff at the hotel, in the bar and even the staff at the water sports are so lovely and friendly. They make you feel comfortable and welcoming

We was really disappointed that there was no Spa and Wellness in the hotel how it shows on the pictures! The biggest reason why we booked this hotel was the Spa but notting from that, of you don't have Spa it would be fair enough to remove the pictures from the site , The staff were very helpful and friendly, Food was always good and fresh

A good hotel for those looking to recharge from the rigors of everyday life. The sea is wonderful, the scenery is stunning, the food is a 4-star, but you won't go hungry

Their Staff was super nice, especially the entertainment team which made our stay more fun. Huge thanks to Shiro, Ice, Leo, and Ezgi who were so communicative and made our stay so enjoyable

The bar said it was 24 hours never stayed up long enough to find out and drinks ok but not really a drinker nowadays. Also the coffee shop was the best I have used experienced from any hotel that I can remember

Visited for a week beautiful hotel unreal food and staff are so nice so many things to do lovely weather this time of year it’s right in front of the marina and it’s a beautiful walk only a couple of minutes away from the clothing markets market about 30 minutes walk or taxi cheaper in bus/dolmush 50 cent each way really enjoyed and will come back again !

Clean lots of beds around the pool just a really nice experience the only thing let it down was the Drink but everything else was perfect going back again in may 2026

I went to Ramada hotel in November. It was extremely great experience. The weather was great for this time of the year. I had to say I will come again

You can reach Kuşadası only by dolmuş (minibus), about 15 minutes away, costing around €2 one way. 5/10 Good value for money and great for families looking for a calm, relaxing stay

The outdoor pools were quite cold ( between 7-14 october)and the weather wasn’t perfect — around 22°C during the day and two rainy days. Luckily, the indoor pool was warm and perfect for relaxing or swimming

It’s a good place for a quiet family holiday if you don’t expect luxury. The only downside is the location — quite far from any town or village

The gym was open, clean, and well equipped — a big plus. The hotel itself was clean but clearly a bit worn out. There are three bars offering drinks, cocktails, and snacks between lunch and dinner

We arrived around midnight, and there were midnight snacks available in the restaurant. There's also an option to order food to your room; the menu is available at the reception

The staff were nice, helpful, and worked efficiently, though not very talkative, lot of young and nice people. Communication in English was basic, but enough to manage

The restaurant has tables with small chairs and a smaller side table attached to allow families to eat together easily. They have different themed nights for the food with some staples each night

The hotel and room were both spotlessly clean, even the pool toilets/ shower blocks were pristine. The food was exceptional, with a large range of food at breakfast, lunch and dinner

Not a lot of entertainment, which was to be expected as it was coming to the end of the season, but what they did have was very good

We only stayed one night as part of a tour. This hotel does have excellent views. The bed was super soft and worn out. The showerhead and faucets are rusty and old, and NO HOT WATER!!!

Only downside is the shower, wasn’t very powerful & always seemed to flood but no big deal. Food was good, varied and always found something to eat

Our second time here, nice area near Ladies Beach, but some areas of the hotel need a major renovation. Staff were mostly good to be fair. If it was listed as a 3 star it would be acceptable

I did find that the entertainment team tended to stick with the younger people though and only seemed to want to know anyone else when bums on seats were needed

Location is really nice, bars on the sea front are a short walk away, you can ask for directions at reception as its not obvious if you go for a walk Our room had a sea view which was nice, we were all inclusive and there was a decent range of food on offer from both the main dining area and outside eating areas

The entertainment team was very funny and my son liked them. Ferry was very funny and quite friendly with kids. He was my son's best friend during our stay. There was a few event every night for whole family

This is my first time visiting this resort and i have enjoyed every minute here. Food has been on point no issues. Swimming pool and the entertainment was spot on. Got to go on the jet skis twice what an experience

The scenery is beautiful, the hotel is a bit expensive,the rooms are good,heating,lighting,cooling is good. The shower drain was clogged of fashion where I was staying.

We stayed there for 3 nights and enjoyed our stay. Checken-in was fast and easy. Reception staff is very helpful, especially, Mehmet. We booked standard room and he upgraded us to suite room with sea view, we loved it
