Good clean hotel, friendl staff, good food, sheets and towels changed regularly, two minute walk from Ladiies beach, Buz stop right outside for Kusadasi Town centre, only five minutes away, 15 minutes if you walk. Very pleased, will visit again, loved it.

This Hotel does not pretend to be more than a 2-3* at most the rooms are functional with basic amenities. Air con is included in the price but the safety boxes are kept in reception not in the room and are like most chargeable Having said this the hotel is clean, bedding changed every day and staff are very friendly and helpful its on a good location- close to a popular beach with good restaurants. But at the same time not too far from the centre of Kuşadası @ 3km or a 3 lira bus ride As already said the food is basic and will not suit all. The abundance of shops and restaurants will mean you won’t starve Would I return? Yes it is a great hotel if you bear in mind the market it caters for this is a budget hotel and the price reflects it. If you don’t plan on spending a lot of time in a hotel and want to just sleep etc then this is then hotel for you

Great stay at lovely hotel. Stayed many times. Unfortunately now it's been demolished so no stay this year! It was such a great location near ladies beach. Great staff. Lovely pool. Sad to see it gone but happy memories. Kusadasi is great holiday resort and all year round town. Fab people. Great shops bars restaurants

Great location for Ladies Beech, 5 minutes walk away. Lovely pool, pool bar and snack bar also available.Lots of sun loungers. Was very quiet and scenic. The room was huge, our room had a double and single bed, they are very hard though. The aircon is excellent. Nice balcony. Breakfast included, was a Turkish breakfast with salads, breads, olives, eggs, sausage, coffee,tea & water. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Bus stop out side which takes you to the centre, only 15tl (50 pence). Very surprised how nice the place was for the cost of it.

Absolutely do not stay at this hotel if your travelling on a family holiday as it is not family oriented at all, full of young adults just looking for a cheap hotel. I made the mistake of booking here for 2 weeks holiday we left after 3 nights would have left sooner if another hotel was available, very old and basic dirty hotel, walls were like paper you can hear everything outside your door which is a steel door like a prison cell, room was absolutely horrible no full bathroom shower/toilet / sink all separate, staff very unhelpful after we arrived after long day travelling 4 of them stood at reception area playing on their phones no help with our bags and when checking in no hello no welcome, I’m in the process now to get my money refunded as travel agent sold us this absolute kip as a nice hotel, do not be fooled by the pictures or get sucked in by its cheap price it’s a dump.

Lovely hotel 5 min walk to ladies beach great pool nice rooms...dated but comfortable..new flat screen TV. ..new shower head..no kitchens now.kettle in room but no fridge :( friendly staff good food nothing too much trouble for them returned again from last year 10 min bus to kusadasi centrum..town centre. Ideal holiday hotel.

Nice but outdated hotel for a short stay. 2 minutes from lady's beach. nice employees. Breakfast and dinner is minimal.

This hotel is the worst hotel I've ever seen in my life if you can even call it a hotel the staff unwelcoming rude and barely speak any English the toilets barely work and the beds feel like bricks the only good thing about this place is the shower everything else is a dump
