Hotels with sea view in Kusadasi

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights in mid-August with my wife and our 15-year-old daughter. Even though it was peak season, the place never felt overcrowded and we did not experience long queues

The food was plentiful and tasty, and there was always something available to eat at any time of the day. We never noticed any excessive waiting in line. The staff were always friendly and helpful

Like in many resorts, some guests reserved sunbeds early in the morning by leaving towels, but even after breakfast we were still able to find sunbeds by the pool or the beach without any problem

There is alot of uphill and down hill walking and with little children it wasn't easy. To go from the children's aqua park to the children's playground area was a good 10 min walk uphill

We stayed 5 days and enjoyed the break. The only thing which we didn't know was the amount of walking that needed to be done do get to the places we went to

Also the aircon wasn't cold at all. the breeze outside was better than the inside

Wonderful animations and evening activities. Very good food and a large selection in the restaurant. The only downside was that the bartenders did not speak English very well, which made communication a bit difficult

We stayed at Ephesia as a group of four (actually five 🤰) in May, and it was beautiful. A great hotel with large, comfortable rooms. Plenty of opportunities to spend time and a wide choice of pools

The fabulous entertainment team mentioned above were still working during the nighttime shows, they never stop! We loved this holiday and will definitely be returning

Pleasantly surprised! Excellent resort. We went on a last-minute trip without too many expectations and came back with smiles on our faces and wonderful memories

The sea is definitely not its strong point, but it has everything you need to relax and have fun, for adults and children alike. Good food, pleasant staff and lots to see in the surrounding area

We particularly enjoyed being able to cut a piece off a huge honeycomb every day to put in our yoghurt and cereal. If you don’t like beeswax there was also honey in a bowl you could choose instead

Lunches and dinners were served also for a good amount of time and included a large variety of different choices, evening meals seemed to be themed and we enjoyed Turkish, Asian & seafood on these different evenings

The room was clean, had ample wardrobe space and included tea & coffee making facilities and a free mini bar that was replenished every day with cans of Pepsi, fizzy orange, 7up and water

When we first arrived at the hotel at 1:00am we were greeted by polite and friendly staff who checked us in and took us (and our suitcases) to our room

We were pleased to be notified that the oasis restaurant downstairs was open and we were able to go get something to eat after our long day travelling

There were very limited options but I definitely have no complaints about that as we were just happy to not have to go to bed on an empty stomach

Wifi was paid, this wasn't mentioned. Hotel doesn't have proper beach, but ramp where guests jump into 2 meters deep water

Reading the reviews before we got to the hotel, I was very scared not knowing the people giving the bad reviews are either had to please or do not have any joy at all

Was upgraded on arrival, to a beautiful Sea view/pool view suite which was a lovely surprise. Our stay was made extra special by the warm, friendly staff

I had a massage and hair treatment and we all had professional family photos in the hotel, for memories. Such a great holiday in a fabulous location. Nearby shops were so good I literally cleaned out my account buying

I'll love to write on behalf of my family and I that went for the party holiday (over 35 people), we had the best holiday this year at the hotel. The food was fabulous 👌, the staff were very helpful,friendly and nice

NB: For people complaining about the food being cold, if you want a scalding hot food, their microwave is available in the dining area,please use it

We had a wonderful time for a 3rd year in a row especially thanks to Koray, Yağmur, Yiğit, Batın, Aysu, Vika, Selim and DJ Ozzy!!! Thank you for all the smiles and warm memories! We also want to thank our friends from the bar: Hasan, Hüseyin, Ismail, Furkan and Selim! We can't wait to return to the hotel and we definitely recommend it for a wonderful time!!!

Review of BATIHAN BEACH RESORT & SPA – Summer Holidays 2024 and 2025 I chose to spend my summer vacation at Batihan Beach Resort & Spa for two consecutive years, in 2024 and 2025, and the experience was good enough to make me want to return again in the future

Pros: The staff are exceptionally friendly, always smiling and ready to help with anything you need. Their professionalism and genuine desire to make your stay pleasant truly stand out

The outdoor areas are beautiful and relaxing: lots of trees, well-kept grass, and plenty of shaded spots where you can unwind – a perfect environment for a peaceful holiday

Cons: The parking area is quite small, but this is compensated by the fact that you can park on the nearby side streets, which are full of surveillance cameras

The animation team is absolutely top notch with amazing entertainment every evening and games & activities throughout the day. The food was very good with loads of variety and we enjoyed whole fresh grilled fish everyday

Unsure of the reasoning, maybe running out with it coming to end of season? Regardless, unacceptable when you pay for all inclusive. We went to the lobby bar instead and they were putting alcohol in so we stayed there

24 hour bar above reception also excellent esoecially if you arrive late in the evening. Rooms were cleaned daily and pretty spacious we felt for a family of 5 sharing an interlocking room

We noticed on our last 2 days that our room key worked in other doors! My son accidentally went to the wrong room and the key worked, so beware! Lastly we caught a bar man at the sunset bar not putting alcohol in the cocktails

First of all pros, a lovely hotel, pretty modern, very clean, friendly staff. Choice of bars and places to go in the evening were good and waterpark was absolutely fantastic

Just a couple of negatives the food gets very repetetive, its the same foods at lunch and dinner most days. The snack bar was good but again repetetive

Location good although not really near anything without getting a bus/taxi, but having their own beach was a big plus

It is an old 5star hotel. I have been there 7 years ago, and then they had only one pool. Now must be much better. The rooms are very nice. The animation was superb too. Unfortunately they do not have sand beach.

It is almost more than 10 years I was there, but the great memory of the hotel is still shining on my dreams. the view is spectacular and the service was really good. all the crew were very polite and friendly

the most important factor which is food most of the time was really great and made from best and fresh ingredients

Historical , lovely atmosphere , silence city , wonderful weather , dreamy Aegean , nice staff , but not enough room service and finally suggest you If you want use all facilities the best time is summer . Enjoy it .

This hotel definitely not the 5 stars hotel. I had an issue with aircondition in my room and I asked to fix it several times, lastly after 2 days of chasing the guy on reception the repairman came and fix it

The location on the beach was so lovely. We had a family photoshoot there and we made a few trips into Kusadaci town centre which was only a 15 min taxi ride right from the hotel

Hotel is great. Kids animation is amazing. But the weather is too windy and sea is cold - can't swimming in the beginning of June.

We've had such an amazing stay here. The hotel staff were amazing and so friendly. The water park was the best fun we've had in ages

they have so many pools that even the hotel was fully booked you didn't fell over crowd, plenty of sunbeds, the kids area with all the slides it was exactly what we need, even the adults enjoyed :) only that for this time of the year the water in the pools was very cold

The food was always on point, fron the restaurants to the gozleme stand to the ice cream and waffle stand and the pool snacks always hit the spot. Would definitely come back here in the future and bring my bigger family

We also enjoyed the evening animation shows, although it would be helpful if notices were in the hotel to warn that it is a rural area, very prone to mosquitoes, and near the sea, so very cold at night in October

The location in Kuşadası is definitely the highlight — the sea view is incredible and the private beach area is a big plus. The staff were generally helpful and the atmosphere around the pool and beach was relaxing

Grand Blue Sky Hotel in Kuşadası is truly exceptional. The rooms are spacious with a magnificent view of the sea and the hotel’s beautiful garden. The cleanliness throughout the hotel is impeccable

So far I’m on my second day here and I can already say it’s the best hotel I’ve stayed at. I’ve seen previous reviews leaving negative comments about the place, but I can honestly say the hotel has zero faults

The food in the restaurants is diverse and delicious, and although not as extensive as in some higher-category hotels, everything offered is absolutely tasty. The staff is dedicated and very helpful

The housekeeping staff do an excellent job, and any request we made was fulfilled within ten minutes by the reception. The pools are exceptionally clean and regularly maintained

The garden is stunning, filled with vibrant flowers and well-maintained. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone, and it’s definitely worth the money

Pools are well maintained and supervised by lifeguards all day. The a la carte restaurants were brilliant, great food and service, much better than the buffet and nice to have table service

We had a great time at this hotel as a family of 4 including a 7 and 8 yr old. The hotel including the room was really clean. Staff very helpful and approachable

Kids made loads of friends, didn't manage to stay up for the entertainment though as it was really late. Overall, a fab holiday, no major issues, will definitely go again

Good hotel but actually mini club is so fun for the kids they have so much activity and ceren very good girl she is so friendly I love her so much and mini disco is so funny thank you for everything

Most sunbeds are gone by 8am, even earlier if you want them around the shallow pool, but we enjoyed being around the deeper pool which was a little quieter and less busy

We stayed here in June and couldn't ask for more. Hotel is great with okay location, as no direct access to sea, but there is shuffle bus and only takes 5 minutes to get there

Even though I chose a standard sea view room, they gave me a land view room. Later, they insisted that the hotel doesn't have a sea view room

We think hygiene rules were slightly violated. There were many people not wearing swimsuits or clothing suitable for children at the pool. Perhaps the hotel could be a little more cautious in that regard

The hotel is definitely family-friendly, and the staff is very friendly and always available

And also you can swim in the near sea. The food is also delicious and there are many kinds of drinks and fruits. Especially, the viewing is very beautiful

It was brilliant in every way! The staff, the room, the views, location and wow the variety of food available at the buffet was exceptional! It was a luxury very of a buffet where they also had a cooking station that changed each day/night

By far the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at! I want to go back so badly! It’s absolutely beautiful. Views are gorgeous and the breakfast and dinner buffets had many options and each was equally as tasty as the other

I found staff to be welcoming and polite. The gym is huge! Never been to a hotel with a gym as big as this one. I also paid for the spa and the experience was worth it. I would take advantage of the spa

We enjoyed our stay at Charisma Hotel. The room was comfortable and clean, with a beautiful view to the ocean. We loved the beach and pool area, as well as the breakfast.

One of the best hotels that we have stayed in. I really wished I had booked the sea facing room as the property has great balcony space for people to enjoy. The lounge is awesome and they have happy hours twice in a day

From the first moment of our arrival, we loved the view of the bay and islands from our balcony. The room and service were excellent. The beach was lovely and allowed some great walking. The Aegean is indeed wine-dark.

The Tusan Beach Resort has many facilities to make a family holiday a success. They have pools, table tennis aqua fun park for kids, several restaurants and bars. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful

Good move to pay for upgrade to a sea view on arrival , room spacious and cleaned daily with fresh towels and toiletries provided , disappointing mini fridge only stocked once per stay with cola Fanta lemonade but all inclusive and could take drinks to room if needed Buffet style food always something to eat , salad , soup ,cold , hot and a variety of desserts , Turkish delight at breakfast , coffee...

Found this to be a lovely hotel , from friendly reception staff to a great location

However, there were two minor issues: the WiFi was unreliable, and the bed was a bit too hard for our liking. Despite these small inconveniences, we thoroughly enjoyed our time and would recommend this place to others

Rooms are spacious with all facilities one needs, Wifi is good in rooms and most public areas

Otherwise, the food is excellent and sufficient, and the area is beautiful and peaceful, like a resort. The alcoholic beverages have a good alcohol content, but they're not delicious

The workers were so lovely and accommodating, the shows were amazing, the views were INSANE!!! My partner unfortunately injured his hand on the second day and the medic onsite was so helpful and caring

The hotel's elevators are very inadequate. There's a strong odor in the corridors during meal times, I suspect due to inadequate ventilation

Also the amount of stray dogs, we have never been somewhere before with issues such as stray dogs or rabies epidemics but as reassured by staff they are all cared for by the covenant tagged and monitored and regularly vaccinated, the views are absolutely out of this world and our room was stunning, we stayed in a bungalow and all though there is a lot of walking there is a regular transport system...

The only negative was the food wasn’t great, very very repetitive and not to our taste as it was catered a lot more to more local countries or local tastes which is okay I suppose but we didn’t have a lot to eat or choose from so hopefully there will be more variety in future

It is also close to the little pool with the slides and children’s area, the reception will call taxis for you to enter Kusadasi centre or you can get the dolmus from outside the security gates but we always used taxi

Visited for a week beautiful hotel unreal food and staff are so nice so many things to do lovely weather this time of year it’s right in front of the marina and it’s a beautiful walk only a couple of minutes away from the clothing markets market about 30 minutes walk or taxi cheaper in bus/dolmush 50 cent each way really enjoyed and will come back again !

I went to Ramada hotel in November. It was extremely great experience. The weather was great for this time of the year. I had to say I will come again

The live entertainment was great and the town is absolutely beautiful. The whole hotel was spotless extremely clean

I would definitely recommend the markets this time of year are very cheap and also if you’re going for a shopping holiday

The restaurant has tables with small chairs and a smaller side table attached to allow families to eat together easily. They have different themed nights for the food with some staples each night

There was a snack bar and patisserie open in the afternoons to grab some bits to eat. The waffle service in particular was amazing with a range of toppings to go on top. There was also an ice cream cart available

The beach area was stunning and they had plenty of sunbeds and parasols available, most days we had 3 sunbeds to ourselves with no issues. The rooms were always freshened up every day and clean towels provided

The restaurant was another highlight, the food was brilliant with a massive variety to suit everyone, and the service made it even better

An absolutely brilliant family holiday! We recently stayed here as a group of 11, and every single one of us had an amazing time

Location is perfect, beautiful sea views at dinner & while sun bathing. Lovely to have a private beach, and the pier also had nice views over to ladies beach

We came at the end of season, staff were very freindly and helpful, we had a family room which was clean and adequate for what we wanted

Location is really nice, bars on the sea front are a short walk away, you can ask for directions at reception as its not obvious if you go for a walk Our room had a sea view which was nice, we were all inclusive and there was a decent range of food on offer from both the main dining area and outside eating areas

But that being said, my 6 year old niece LOVED Asma (Member of animation team) and also massive shout out to Emre for looking after us the whole week, providing us with water polo, darts & playing cards with us in the evening

A solid 4/5! Was so worried as some of the reviews are horrific, however I was very pleasantly surprised. Hotel was super clean, including the bedroom. Fresh towels, bins emptied, bed made every day

Amazing hotel, great people and animation. Nice renieuwed rooms and food enough. Very childfriendly, but also relaxing for people who doesn't have kids. This hotel is everything you need

First time we come here, and we are so happy, because hotel is totally new, food very testy and different, restaurants always clean))) Room also very clean, every day they cleaning

The most important reason why I like it is that the staff is friendly, the food is delicious and they are meticulous about cleanliness. It is especially nice to eat with the view

We have stayed 3 nights there as a family and very satisfied. The pool was pretty clean, the foods were avarage and staffs were kind. The reason why i did not give 5 stars is so rush and loudly.

The entertainment team was very funny and my son liked them. Ferry was very funny and quite friendly with kids. He was my son's best friend during our stay. There was a few event every night for whole family
