⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Amazing Stay! We stayed at the Turban in Marmaris this year after trying (and loving) its sister hotel last year. Since we couldn’t get our dates there, we booked the Turban instead and wow, just wow! The biggest difference we noticed was the staff. They honestly made the holiday unforgettable. From the beach and pool bar team (who instantly remembered our drinks and had refills ready before we even asked!) to the restaurant, coffee bar, and reception staff—everyone went above and beyond. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they always made us feel so welcome. The choice of food and drink was also amazing, with something for everyone. The quality was fabulous, and we especially loved the patisserie and ice cream bar, such a treat! The location was fantastic too. Just a short walk into Marmaris or Içmeler, with a stunning beach right on the doorstep. Perfect mix of relaxation and convenience. We loved it so much that we’re already looking at dates to rebook for the same time next year. Can’t wait to be back! xx

Lovely hotel, very friendly and helpful staff, everyone goes above and beyond to make your stay as best as possible. We stayed in room number 1416, we had the same cleaner everyday and she was a lovely lady, every morning she gave us a warm reception and started your day off on a nice feeling. I proposed to my partner and Eden (guest relations team) was awesome, sent wine and fruit to our room and organised us to get a cake made for us with congratulation on engagement on the cake, going above and beyond for us making our special holiday that more special, all the staff in the pool bar and all bars are friendly, approachable, most of them are educated or in university, so can have good conversations with them and good laugh, pool boys & girls are very friendly and make sure you get a lounger, we gave them tips and everyday we had beds waiting for us, small gestures but make your stay that little bit better, great location, beautiful pier, will definitely be back.

This complex is absolutely stunning from the scenery to the jetty some absolutely beautiful views. Very clean and tidy and the staff work so hard - huge kudos to them. Great food choices from breakfast to dinner. In fact so much to choose from was very hard to decide what to eat each day. My only 2 complaints was the evening entertainment.. for me personally I like to party and have paid all inclusive for this but the majority of it was Turkish music so had to venture out for entertainment and pay extra, however highly recommend the infinity bar just to the left of beach entrance. The accommodation bungalows. We were right at the top and the room was so basic. Not enough storage for 3 people but the showers were good. This is only my opinion and others would say different but it’s definitely worth a visit to the hotel Oh and if you get a chance to do the a la carte one evening.. highly recommend the steak house

Pros -Lovely resort with stunning beach and jetty area , large pool , slide area and adult only pool and lots of great food options , plenty of sunbeds and the setting is beautiful .Staff all helpful and friendly easy access to icemalar or marmaris and lots of restaurants / bars out of resort near by . Hotel cats and kittens were so sweet .coffee shop, boba tea bus, cakes , kebab house , Italian , burger place , Turkish so much choice . Great pool bar with djs and beach bar , the service by pool /beach staff amazing constantly bringing drinks / watermelon . Cons - plenty of food options in day as a la cartes do a small menu but only able to use one a la carte during stay in evenings , main building could do with an update to align with rest of resort which is really nice.

We stayed here for 9 nights in April/May this year. We had a great holiday at the hotel the staff were nice and hard working, the place was spotless. The entertainment at night at the beach bar, was probably the best we've had in all the hotels over the years of going to Turkey. The bars were nice to sit out in with a wide variety of drinks, the food at the hotel was fine as well. The hotel is in a great location for Marmaris and Icmeler. We went shopping in Icmeler and for a meal at the Champagne restaurant which was excellent, and would recommend. We liked the hotel that much we are going back for 10 nights in 4 weeks time.

We arrived very late at night, but the reception staff, Haidar and Hamed, were very friendly and welcoming. They handled our check-in very quickly and kindly upgraded our room free of charge. Thanks to them, we woke up with such a beautiful impression and experience of our stay here.

We stayed at the Grand Yazici Turban Thermal Hotel in Marmaris for a week and honestly had a brilliant time. The hotel is about an hour and a half from Dalaman Airport which is long enough for a power nap but short enough to avoid the kids launching into a full chorus of “are we there yet.” The location is excellent. Ten minutes one way and you are in Icmeler, ten minutes the other and you are in the chaos of Marmaris. You can do chilled or wild depending on your mood. We rocked up on a private transfer so there was no crowd at check in. It was quick, easy, painless and before we knew it we were being chauffeured to our room in a golf cart with the bellboy at the wheel. Room 1181 to be precise. The room was lovely and overlooked the waterslide pool. It had a big double bedroom with balcony, fridge, TV and a safe, plus a bathroom that you could actually swing a towel in. Through the hallway was a second bedroom with a single bed, a fold out couch bed, wardrobe, TV and its own little bathroom with a shower. Ideal for families. The only problem was the single beds which felt more like sleeping on an ironing board than a mattress. The pool was our daily hangout. We never struggled for sunbeds thanks to Sami who became our personal hero. Tip him and he delivers you prime poolside territory like you are royalty. Drinks service here is a whole other level. Waiters fly around on roller skates bringing cocktails on demand. Deniz deserves a special mention. This guy could have been chasing X Games gold medals but instead he chose to risk his life every day delivering JD & Coke to me within minutes of ordering. That is true dedication. The pool itself is deep. I am five foot nine and it was up to my neck. I am not exactly tall but I am definitely taller than most children. If you are bringing kids, be warned, there is no shallow end so they will be doggy paddling for dear life. Music around the pool was great. Chill tunes in the morning then full on rave when the pool parties started. The beach was lovely too. The sand is a bit coarse but once you step a few feet into the sea it is perfection. The piers make it even better. We snorkelled every day and saw plenty of fish in all shapes and sizes. Drinks service on the beach was excellent as well and they even brought around fresh slices of watermelon which always hit the spot. Breakfast was where things got tricky. There was plenty of choice if you are happy with continental. Fresh eggs and omelettes, cereals, breads. All good. But as a Brit, I demand a full English and sadly this was just not happening. No sausages worth speaking of, definitely no bacon for obvious reasons, beans that looked like they had retired, and not a single hash brown in sight. It was emotional. Thankfully Musa kept me alive every morning with endless cups of coffee and top class service. Lunch and snacks were much better. We tried the a la carte restaurants which were all good and the on site Doner House was our go to for a ch

Just returned from a fantastic holiday with family from this resort/hotel. We booked a promotional room and couldn't fault it one bit. Really clean. Air Con worked excellent as we was in the main building. Amazing location, Amazing staff and atmosphere. Plenty of space around pool and private beach so no need for the dreaded sunbed wars. This was made much easier by the Amazing Sam who helped us get beds every morning to our liking. The Pool and bar staff very friendly and attentive. Shout out to Deniz for keeping us well lubricated with cocktails and soft drinks without us having to keep going to the bar. Food was excellent at the main buffet and snack/A la Carte restaurants. Thank you to The Amazing Musa. Musa is so friendly and looked after us very well at the main buffet with drinks and service Musa also recommended us the Waterfall restaurant in Icmeler when we had an evening out and the food and atmosphere was fantastic and enjoyed by us all. Definitely recommend. The private beach and jetty is a dream with stunning views and plenty of sunbeds so no big rush to reserve. We went down at all times of day and never struggled to find beds (7 of us) Snorkels are a must to bring with you so you see all the fish and sea life while there. Overall fantastic family resort and will definitely look at returning again.

We had a fabulous honeymoon, the staff couldn’t do enough for us! We had a room in Block B and it was really lovely, the outdoor thermal pool is there and that was lovely. The food was great, my husband is a fussy eater and there was always something for him. Great range of drinks local and premium, the grand bar was a favourite, chilled atmosphere and the drinks were great. The a la carte restaurants were all really nice, we used the Chinese and the Italian and would recommend both. The beach is gorgeous, clear water and plenty of sun beds. We would definitely return!
