Lighthouse Beach Hotel

I was there in August 10/2020 and I’m very disappointed because my room toilet sailings is broken and there’s water coming out from it and I don’t know where it came from maybe in another toilet or from in the sea... and I was complaining about it or transfer me to another rooms or give me back my money but they refuse to do it...because all there reasons they are only a worker there and they never fix my problem plus I can’t use their pool .....is dirty and is nothing to walk around your just stock in mountain area.. so if you’re planning to visit this hotel you will see and experience it all good luck !!!

Bad rooms. The staff does not speak English.

I booked this hotel about a month or so, it had 4 stars and lots of good compliments. But when we arrived at midnight in the hotel I never ever seen something so disgusting. The rooms are unreal dirty, the smell is awful and the room its self is definitely not worthy 4 or even 3 stars it looks like a cheap hostel... on the page it says that wifi included. Once we somehow tried to figure out what's going on we tried connecting our devices to at least contact our families back home and there is no connection at all. I went to the reception to find out that there is no wifi included only at the lobby once I got back shocked in the room I wanted to take at least a shower before I sleep and that's where the worst thing I ever heard happened. The water is salty !!! So we basically having a shower with sea water. I went straight to reception asking what is that salty water in the shower and sink they said it's natural coming from the ground. Unreal I've been to 100 different hotels and countries i never ever heard sea water in the sink and shower. The condition of the hotel is really really poor and the customer service even worse. People dont speak english not even reception and no communication when we came here. They just gave us the key and we had to figure out our selfs. The next day morning we woke up to ge our all inclusive breakfast but once we got in there the food was half empty really low option and even worse they dont wash the fruits or vegetables at all. People can get poisoned!!!
The hotel staff give 0 F*ck about the customer experience. I'll never return here if I knew is so disgusting and so awful.

To be honest the only thing that was nice about this hotel was the view. The front desk staff were completely useless and rude however, the staff in restaurant are nice. They said they have all kinds of juice but they never had any of them available. The rooms literally did not have anything except the towels. AC was broken and took them three calls to fix it. The front desk people don’t know any single words in English and they laughed at me when I went to them. Key cards stopped working 2 times in 3-4 nights for both of our rooms. There is no wifi in the rooms and the only place you can find is the lobby. The food is ok but could be much better for such a hotel. I would try to not come back to this place.

The location is good but rooms is very dirty. Personal not ok. The Beach is dirty and more.
