When I arrived 15 minutes after dinner time, I was told there was no food left because I was late, even though there had been enough food for the guests present earlier.
During the night, I woke up several times due to an electrical problem that caused the lights to switch on and off by themselves.
The air conditioning in my deluxe room was not working, which made the stay uncomfortable.
The balcony was very dirty, and as a result, the room got dirty very quickly.
There was no hot water in the sink, which made basic washing inconvenient.
The staff were not friendly, most of them did not speak English, and they often made me feel unwelcome.
In the afternoon, when I asked for some desserts at the snack bar, I was told they were finished. Only after complaining to a higher staff member and reminding them that I had booked all-inclusive, did they finally bring me a few brownies.
During checkout, I mentioned all these issues, but I was told that it was “because it’s the end of the season.” This is not an acceptable excuse for offering such poor quality and service.
I stayed in October 2025
- There was a small rock in one dish, as well as a small hair inside one of the cookies. When asked the waiter claimed it came from one of the hotel visitors, how could it appear inside the cookie?
- The personnel come up to you stressing you with looks as if they want you to leave. Didn’t feel relaxing.
- They got orders wrong and items were missing from menu. We were served uncooked quinoa.
- Hardly any vegetarian proteins in the buffet beside some meze.
- The coffee was ran out quickly and they didn’t refill it on any of the occasions. There’s a chance you won’t get any coffee.
Room:
- AC/air pump doesn’t work, doesn’t matter how many degrees you put as it automatically goes back to cold.
- Terrible sound isolation, you could hear people coughing and walking all night. We woke up multiple times per night.

- Beautiful view but not very walkable surroundings.
However, on arrival the hotel tried to extort an additional 30 euros a day for sea view and balcony.
They tried to push us into a room up several staircases, with a very small window, no balcony and no sea view in the old part of the hotel or pay the extra. We refused and insisted we had, in writing via email, a sea view and balcony. Finally they agreed we could stay in the better room and we weren't charged.
Room was great, view excellent with lift in new part of the hotel with lively sunbathing decks.
Lunch was excellent. Cocktails were great and all included.
Good location - 10 minutes by taxi to Bodrum. Nice food. Decent sized pool. Good views of the sea. Bad points: basic rooms in need of refurbishment, old furniture. No entertainment of a night. Drinks, cocktails not very nice. Slow Internet which drops out.
We arrived at the hotel at around 1:00am and were shocked to find a live cockroach in our room. This made us feel extremely uncomfortable and we immediately reported it to the hotel staff, who moved us to another room for the night. Unfortunately, this second room was in even worse condition. The drainage smell from the bathroom was unbearable, the overall bathroom condition was very poo, and we did not feel comfortable staying there.
The following day, we also found another cockroach in that room. When we complained again, the hotel did not offer an upgrade or any proper solution. Instead, they simply cleaned our initial room and moved us back there the next day, early afternoon.
This is not the standard of service or quality we expected, especially given the price paid for what was advertised as a 4-star hotel. The presence of cockroaches, poor room conditions, and the hotel’s failure to provide an adequate resolution caused us significant discomfort throughout our stay.
