Good afternoon! We vacationed with our children from June 1st to June 8th. We loved it. The staff was polite, there was plenty of food, the grounds were beautiful, and the sea was wonderful but a little cold (we knew this and wasn't worried). The hotel speaks English or Turkish, but we communicated well with our basic English. The rooms are slightly updated, and everything is clean. The rooms are small. There's a pool with slides and a regular pool. There's a small shop, and the prices are the same as everywhere else. We enjoyed our vacation, the region is great, and we liked the hotel. Thank you so much to the staff, you're great!

Vacationed in this hotel and was very satisfied! The staff is friendly, always with a smile and ready to help - a real level of service. The buffet is varied and very tasty, you will not stay hungry. The sea is clean, clear, swimming is a pleasure. The territory of the hotel is large, green and well-groomed - it is pleasant to walk.

From small minuses: there are few sun beds on the beach, and they are quite close to each other, I would like more space. There are also dogs running along the beach, which is a bit disturbing to rest.

In general, the vacation was excellent!

We had a wonderfull week at Petunya.The staff is very friendly. We got a quiet and renovated room. The cleaning lady was changing the towels and cleaning everyday and we had very pleasant conversations. The territory of the hotel is small, clean and compact, full of flowers and trees. The food was very good. The location of the hotel is perfect for evening walks. I was staying with my girls 5 and 9 years old..we really did not want to leave. We miss you already. Thanks for everything Petunya (23-30.08, room 8107).

I know very well what 4 star hotels in Turkey means but: - beach is extremely small, and if you want to get sunbads and umbrella, you should wake up between 6 and 7 am. to reserve it - so forget unlimiyed vacation sleeping. What is also really bad and unprasant is that, even if you reserve it you could face situation that local tourist come, move your towels and take your place (and do it even when you are at lunch brake) - no one will help you in that situation (security, hotel stuff...) - at beach whole day's some dogs without owner sleep, run, fight and no one clean after them it! - the big objection is the cleanliness of plates, glass, cups... you should take a very deep look before you find a really clean one! - cleaning of rooms they did at 3 or 3:30 pm. when my wife and I used to be in the room before afternoon swimming - I told them to clean in the morning, but it does not help - be prepared that finding someone from hotel stuff is impossible- just on reception you could speak on English

We were here for 15 days from 18th to 31st May. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations so most things will be new. This is very positive.

The hotel is right on the beach and the turquoise water. If you also want to go into Central Bodrum, it takes about 20 minutes. There is also a nice beach walk outside the hotel where you can run or go for nice walks.

The staff are very accommodating and also the guest managers, Guler and Erkan have a professional attitude.

The only negative - is that we feel that the food is not the highest class, this may be because we went during the low season, but we experienced the hotel as very full. There are not many children's options in terms of food.

Another problem that the hotel has is that many guests take too much food, we are talking several plates.
We know that the hotel is all inclusive, but I think the hotel and their manager should act here both for the environment but also think about other guests.

We spent a 7-day vacation at Petunya Hotel. The hotel stands out for its well-maintained grounds, full of greenery and flowers. The rooms are recently renovated and equipped with everything necessary.

As for the food, it is quite varied and fresh – you won't go hungry. Unfortunately, the tableware is old and worn out, and at the bar, drinks are served in worn-out plastic cups that look unappealing. Sometimes, the dishes in the kitchen were not properly washed.

In addition to the main restaurant, the hotel has a fast-food restaurant with a wide variety of tasty food. Near the beach, there's also a pastry shop offering sweets, snacks, ice cream, and fruits.

We got the impression that the hotel is overcrowded for its capacity – if you arrived later to the restaurant, there wasn't much food left.

As for the hotel's beach, it's a total disaster: it’s dirty, with trash in the sand that wasn't cleaned at all during our 7-day stay. The sunbeds are old and too few, and on top of that, they were reserved early by guests. If you came to the beach around 7–7:30 AM, it was hard to find any available spots. Some guests would leave their towels on the sunbeds all day without actually being present, leaving others who wanted to enjoy the beach with no available space. The hotel urgently needs to solve this issue, as it ruins the entire vacation.

We also didn’t experience much animation or entertainment at the hotel, which made for a rather passive vacation.

Overall, it's a good hotel for families with children. Our stay was okay, except for the beach situation

I advise you to avoid this place with small children!!!! I have just finished my stay in this hotel. From the first day only problems, the hotel day starts at 3 pm, although other couples who did not have children received their rooms almost after a short while, unfortunately families with children had to wait almost until noon. After receiving the room and unpacking at the hotel, it turned out that the air conditioning was leaking in the room. They changed my room, you could even say that it was unfinished, dirty, no shelves in the wardrobe, problems with the electrics and many others ... after two days I managed to repair all the defects with the help of their technician. But unfortunately I lost two days and the second thing was that someone was constantly moving around in the room. Additionally, it was unpleasant that you could hear drilling behind the wall because the hotel had not yet finished the renovation, which was very bothersome for my 8-month-old daughter. food of average quality, additionally in the last hour of serving the meal they do not replenish so you have to eat leftovers and it also happened to me that the staff asked the guests to leave the restaurant 15 minutes before the end. People of Russian nationality were much better trawled than others the rest. The staff speaks very little English. I do not recommend avoid this hotel at all costs!!!!!

I did not see the hotel worthy of comment, because it was a mediocre hotel in every way. The food is average, the rooms are old, the area they serve as a playground is neglected (the wooden boards attached to the slides have come off, it's just a matter of time for a small child to fall through that gap), and on top of that, they can't send my daughter's thermometer, which I forgot in the drawer, and they keep saying we will get back to you about the issue. it took its place in my mind as an ordinary hotel that never calls, makes people search many times, is unaware of the awareness of business service and responsibility, and serves like a neighborhood grocery store.

Every time I go I leave satisfied. All the staff are friendly and helpful in every way. Rooms are cleaned regularly every day. The sea is magnificent. The food in the restaurant is very delicious, I recommend especially the cracker kebab.
