Otel Safran Palas in Yenifoca

Despite repeating my reservations and check-in requests (for a two-night stay), we were harassed on the second day, even though Baha, the hotel employee, was friendly and helpful, but the other staff were rude and sullen.
On the first day of our stay, while sitting on the balcony, a staff member yelled, "Bro, turn the music down!" I said, "I'm not your brother."
Furthermore, the music wasn't turned up to full volume, and their own noise kept us awake. This behavior was unacceptable in a pleasant, welcoming place like Foça.

In addition, an additional "tax" was levied as a government tax during our stay. I didn't object because it was a small amount, but as someone who has traveled all over Türkiye, this was the first time I'd ever paid such a tax. The room wasn't cleaned; there wasn't even any water in the room. The towels were dirty. The bathroom door was difficult to open.
And there was no room phone, a must-have. We had to use our mobile phones to reach the reception desk at any time.
In short: This is a hostel that is amateurishly managed and carries the name of a 3-star hotel.
