Nice view ,
I liked their Club lounge and their service.
The location was good , you could have nice meals at wonderful luxury restaurants around that area.
But the staff at the Gym and Pool’s reception were so harsh and disrespectful coz we were foreigners.
It was my first and last time I stayed in this Sheraton hotel.
I believe there are much more beautiful hotels that people could stay in it .
If you wanna stay only in the room , what’s the point of booking luxury hotels when the staffs don’t like foreigners.
Unfortunately I don’t recommend you . Stay somewhere else my dears.
Lugal is very comfortable and private.
We found the lady's at the front desk to be really amazing and so helpful at the lugal. They certainly made my family feel very welcome.
On the Sheraton side our stay was also good. The 24 hour gym is amazing and the pool was very enjoyable for the kids.
The reception staff in particular on the sheraton side named CAN was really polite and professional. It's great to experience a positive and energetic environment.
