Reviews
First and foremost, the dining service was extremely inadequate for a group of 48 people. The so-called set menu consisted of only a single dish, which is completely unacceptable for a hotel accommodating such a large group. While the dish varied each night, it was still just one option, leaving no choice for guests.
The breakfast was incredibly poor—the selection was extremely limited, lacking even the most basic variety that one would expect from a hotel.
However, the most unpleasant experience was the hotel's unprofessional and disrespectful behavior towards its guests. We were rudely warned that we were not allowed to consume alcohol either in the lobby or in the hotel's outdoor seating area. The tone used was completely inappropriate and highly unprofessional. If a hotel accepts a group of 48 students but then claims to be a "family hotel," it only makes a fool of itself.
Overall, this hotel failed to meet even the most basic hospitality standards. I would not recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and respectful place to stay.
Breakfast was very poor even omlette was an extra changes if you like to have. That was awful. Just an egg. After check out tea or coffee was an extra.
Night shift receptionist told us that hotel is a family hotel and alcohol is forbidden to drink at the hotel. As hotel if you accept group of student you should tell us before our stay that alcohol os forbidden in the lobby or in front of the hotel.
Worst stay ever. NOT RECOMMENDED. find somewhere else to stay...
I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the gracious hospitality extended to me during my recent stay at your esteemed hotel.
I am pleased to commend your staff for their exceptional service, which was characterized by professionalism, cordiality, and attentiveness. The room I occupied was immaculate and well-maintained, thanks to the diligent daily care provided by your housekeeping team.
However, I regret to bring to your attention two areas that require attention. Firstly, the internet WiFi service was extremely slow, rendering it practically unusable and causing me considerable inconvenience. Secondly, the sound isolation between rooms was inadequate, resulting in excessive noise levels that included even mobile phone vibrations, which disrupted my sleep quality.
I trust that you will take the necessary steps to address these concerns, as they can significantly impact the overall guest experience. I appreciate your attention to my feedback, and I look forward to the opportunity of returning to your hotel in the future.
Thank you for your kind attention.
Sincerely
Tarek
