Very very bad

Me and a friend booked a hotel on October 7th to stay 1 night. They let me sleep in room 507 but the air conditioner couldn't be used.

He said it wasn't the hotel's fault.

He made no effort to help with changing rooms. But he called someone he didn't know for a long time.

He said he waited 5 minutes, about 10 times, waiting to call someone on the phone and say he would come and fix it.

Finally, my mother is getting old and can't stand it and asks to sleep without air conditioning. And my friend has allergies.

I told the hotel to find me a new place to stay. But he made me wait another 30 minutes.

They talked in Turkish and laughed at me and my friends. He made us walk with our bags to sleep at a nearby hotel, which was really disgusting.

Like a 2 star hotel Everything smells bad. My friends and I cried because our vacation was no longer fun.

They tricked me into thinking that the hotel would be able to use air conditioning. But it doesn't work. I'm trying to sleep quickly. Because I have to continue traveling.

This time made me dislike your hotel's service in resolving the problem. Which is slow and not very good.

He has no experience in communicating with other hotels. and say it's not your hotel's fault

I can tell you that I will never recommend anyone to come here again. Until we receive better responsibility.

We stay there 10.14-16. 2024. There are no wifi for 2 days and the elevator on the right locked us up in , we pressed the emergency phone and emergency button they were not working. We were freightened that the elevator would drop. Somebody used the elevator at -2 floor and we finally went out. We told the front desk and kitchen stuff they didn’t take any actions or procedures seriously at all.

The staff in the kitchen were great. However I tried to call reception to explain that the WiFi was down. He couldn’t seem to grasp what I was saying and asked me for my passport number. I was trying to explain to him that the WiFi is down meaning that the entire network is no longer visible. After asking my question again he hung up the phone on me . Ridiculous service. When we went to the front desk he continued to be indignant So all 4 of us decided not to extend our stay and to leave for a better hotel that doesn’t think it appropriate to hang up on customers. Would not recommend.

Great location as it was in walking distance from the city center and yet was in a calmer street.

Hotel rooms are small and smelled like cigarettes. They were old and had carpets which were not clean at all.

Hotel staff was accommodating and tried their best to make our stay comfortable.

Breakfast had many options including fresh omelette.

The rooms are not like on the pictures, but old, dirty and have smoking smell.
We asked for another room because of the smell, which we easily got, but that had a bad smoking smell too and so had several others.
The rooms did not had a clean and new floor like on the pictures but old carpets full of stains. Similar the rest of the room was dirty and the bathroom had a strong bad waste water smell.
Lastly, the breakfast had a larger variety but barely anything tasted well.
