the rooms are dirty.
you cant step on carpet.
bad smell every where i had to buy air freshner
the condition in cold weather was not good at all
there was not a trash bin in our room
smell of sigar was in every room
the blankets were not clean the curtains were full of dust and not washed for a long time
the photos they show are in the past and the quality now is a disaster.
the crew were nice and i think with lots of negative points at least they smile.
its a tree star hotel but the servis is equal to a no stared place. i wish the managment spent some money renewing the hotel because Iranian people come there alot and they will come only once if its this way.
